Hey there! I am trying to use the DM automation option on the Free plan. No Pro options are in use but I am unable to “Go Live” as it keeps forwarding me to the Free trial pro option which ultimately charges you in 14 days. How do I opt out and go live in the free version? Thanks!! 

I am trying to upload bulk emails in the manychat, but it is keep showing me the error. However, I tried to add custom field that is not working. Please guide. 

Hey everyone, I collect email lead from insta dm to send it to a google sheet. but in instagram when users reply with a dm containing a return to lign, the external request doesnt work and show me this message (screen below). apparently the caracter /n corresponding to return to lign is not supported or understand.my automation is working perfectly fine for others types of responses. 

I’m wondering if anyone has figured out how to manually respond to a comment with a flow. Similar to how you can respond to a direct message in “Live Chat” with a flow, except it would be a comment, not a direct message. Thanks! 

Please help me find the best way to deliver message by using Manychat AI on Facebook ads.I run Facebook ads to pull users send messages in messenger. Overall, I have 2 flows activated. First, one flow with trigger“when user click on ad ad”, I feel it is  very annoying because Manychat does not allow to have next step after the first message for click ads trigger.Second, I have another flow with AI Step. This will happen if user do not choose any “available quick reply”but they send direct message. Trigger is “User send a message”.Thing is when users send a first message, AI Step automatically says something like: “Hello, I am an AI ChatBot, how can I assist you today?”. Mo

Does anyone know whether the WhatsApp chat history would stay in ManyChat if I decided to remove the WhatsApp number from ManyChat?

When we setup trigger for all posts we are unable to activate it. But when we select specific post the trigger is properly working. We are on Pro Plan.   

Facebook new Meta updated , then Facebook's pre-scheduled posts aren’t showing on ManyChat Automation have someone can find a solution? Thank you

Manuchat isn't showing the scheduled posts for me to use in Facebook automation. I can’t scheduled it on ManyChat, just can automation when the scheduled post was posted on Facebook. It’s so annoying. Where is the problem? How can I fix it? 

Hello, I have set up an automation in tiktok where they are to send private message me a keyword to trigger an automation.  I have received over 300 messages and they are all going to my “Message Request” folder all sending me the keyword and nothing is being triggered.   Is there a cap on this?   This was working fine as of yesterday and then all of sudden no automation being triggered.  

 Can anyone here help me to find out why my Flows in Manychat suddenly disappear? While my old campaigns are still working, but cannot setup new campaings with the Manychat flows. It happened when I was setting up new campaings. As usual, I moved to “Partner App” to select my flow for Facebook ads. When I clicked on it, there was nothing appearing, I have tried to refresh many times but I did not work. 

I’ve been using ManyChat for about a week. Yesterday I built a new flow, and now I can’t choose ManyChat as the destination in Ads Manager. Has anyone else run into this? If so, how did you reconnect ManyChat to your ad account and get the integration working again?

It was working a couple of weeks ago and so I have no idea what's going on.I’ve emailed support/ticket created and they keep telling me my data was deleted! I didn’t delete or request for it to be deleted. Also, I’ve don't some research on here and it says accounts can’t be reactivated past 90 days…. my account was much less than 90 days old! I’m going around in circles here as now they tell me I have to create a whole new Facebook profile, but my instagram business page and Facebook business page are all linked to my personal Facebook! #frustrated

I created the following automation but the messages are not being sent on WhatsApp.There is a balance in the wallet, but I saw that the contacts that arrive in the spreadsheet are not being created in Manychat…What could have happened?Kiwify sends a webhook to a Sheets spreadsheet with data from abandoned cart leads, Manychat captures the information and sends the message.  

My automations used to run smoothly, but last week I've experiencing issues when users try to open links in buttons It simply does not work, nothing happens when clicking. Many real users reported that for me. Also when I test it, does not work for me either Any help?

I’m trying to exclude certain contacts from receiving my paid WhatsApp broadcast template, but they still seem to receive it. I’m excluding them by adding a tag and using the “tag isn’t xx”. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to properly exclude contacts?

Hello, We managed to integrate events from ManyChat with my ad manager, for example, the purchase sent from a workflow, now I'm hitting a wall since those events that I return to Meta Ads cannot be used to optimize a message campaign. For example, if you generate a campaign that has the objective of sending an Instagram message (DM), you have no way to optimize the campaign for the event that we send from ManyChat, making the return from ManyChat to Meta Ads useless. Has anyone found a way to give value to the events?

Since we need to delete WhatsApp business account on mobile phone. Then we can back up existing conversation to manychat account?

Am I missing if we can add a delay before sending the auto response in feed?  right now it sends the like and response immediately.

It looks like I’ve connected my mini chat. I had to connect through Facebook. It wouldn’t allow me to do it on Instagram. I can see many chat connected in my business Facebook account but now I have no idea how to log into mini chat. it keeps wanting me to connect and I feel like I’m already connected
