Good day, everyone. I encountered a problem while using AI Step in the evening. Does anyone know how I can give a task or a example flow to AI Step to stop in the morning? I already used a condition for a task to proceed to the next step flow, but it doesn’t work. Thank you!

Eu tinha meu whatsapp businesS, deletei ele para conectar ao manychat, entrei e percebi que nao ia conseguir usa-lo para alem das integrações. Cliquei para desintegrar e agora queria ter o whatsapp business, mas nao consigo. Imagino que deve ser por essa integração. Mas detalhe, eu ja desintegrei… o que faço agora? Esse número era para trabalho. E nao consigo suporte do manychat

Olá!Estou passando por um problema aqui e espero que alguém consiga me ajudar na solução do mesmo.Comprei um novo número para vincular o WhatsApp Business ao ManyChat e já está vinculado, tudo certinho. Porém, quando vou conectar o número no App do WhatsApp Business, aparece um erro escrito: O WhatsApp está temporariamente indisponível. Tente novamente em 1 hora. Sendo que, o problema não está no WhatsApp - aplicativo - pois já fiz todas as recomendações.Alguém sabe o que preciso fazer? Pois preciso continuar tocando meus projetos adiante. 😕Desde já, agradeço a todos pela atenção dada ao post.

If the user enters fewer or more than 9 digits, the bot should prompt them to enter a 9-digit game account number. 

Can you schedule a Manychat automation for a future post that you have scheduled?  For example I use Loomly to schedule future posts and I want to have Manychat recognize the post in the future and start the automation.  How do I do that?  Or can I? 

Is there a way to have contacts deleted through an automation? I keep trying to set one up but it doesn’t fully work. Thanks!

How do I set it up where any message that comes in to whatsapp will trigger the automation? I have tried where if the it doe not contain a certain word it would trigger it but that is not saving for some reason. Thanks,

Hi, I have a billing question. I was billed 10000 contacts but I deleted some of the contacts so it is around 6000 contacts. Does anyone know why this happens?Can I delete the contacts and stay under few contacts and get billed less? ( I don’t contact the customers 1:1 and only use dm automation. Solo se envía automático el primer comentario cuando comentan algo, pero pasadas 24h manychat no envía los otros dos mensajes. que estoy haciendo mal? Como lo arreglo? Gracias

No entanto, se ele clicar em qualquer botão, a mensagem não deve ser enviada. Tentei várias configurações, mas ainda não consegui fazer essa Condição funcionar corretamente.
