Hi. I have an automation that is triggered from Make when a custom field is changed, e.g.: However, even when I see in the live chat that custom field has changed: it's not always triggered. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see any errors in the logs. Is this a Manychat bug? It's affecting my products

Heya! I’m trying to set up 2 automations on the free plan, but I can’t enable them/turn them on with the “Turn on this trigger” button (on the Automations page). I get the message “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.” However, I see the following features listed under the free plan on the website:Automate conversations. Unlimited custom flows to engage up to 1,000 contacts Create custom keyword triggers (3 keywords)Can you not set up any automations with trigger words on the free plan? These are the only 2 automations I have.Edit: I figured out the issue shortly after posting this. The issue is that I’m trying to apply it to “All posts and reels,” however the free plan only allows you to enable it for a specific post or reel. Hope this helps someone else!

Criei um fluxo de automação para mensagens na DM do instagram com algumas palavras-chave, entretanto todas as mensagens que clientes que ainda não me seguem me enviam, entram para a caixa de solicitações e o manychat não realiza a automação. Dessa forma, ainda tenho que fazer manual. Como resolvo isso?

Hi - I have an account set up to send an invitation to our broadcast list on a timer set to go out 23 hours after the last interaction with a contact.The invitation is being sent correctly initially with the message inviting them join and then the follow up button where they can actually opt in.  You can see that in this photo:   But then,  about an hour later it sends the initial message again, but without the follow up opt in message.  See below:  This has been happening for several days on multiple conversations so far.Obviously we don’t want it sending that first message twice - and especially not without an option to actually sign up 😅Any ideas on why it’s doing this?

The process involves capturing a description provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field (CUF) in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the OpenAI API.I have encountered difficulties in getting the variable containing the user's description to be recognized and properly processed in the JSON structure of the HTTP request body. The "Send External Request" action is configured with all necessary details, including the OpenAI API URL, POST method, and header (Content-Type: application/json), but the CUF variable does not seem to be transmitted properly.Furthermore, after several hours of attempting, the functionality sometimes starts working as expected, only to stop working again without any changes on my part. I have a flow on manychat where chatgpt talks to whatsapp. can respond, but cannot maintain a coherent conversation. I had an idea of ​​​​using Make, to save the data entered by users in WhatsApp and generate a conversation field so that chatgpt can speak coherently and then return that field to manychat to give it by message to the client, but I can't achieve it. somebody help me?

Evening all!  I hope you’re well this evening.   I have noticed recently that when designing flows that have an “Action” where you as the User is notified (if they have a question or with whatever) if they reach that “Action”, you, as the User, are STILL notified (through the Manychat app on the phone) the moment they send a DM that contains your trigger keyword.  How do I turn that off?  Ideally, I would like to not be aware that they are going through my flow *unless* they hit an Action in the flow that I have set up to notify me specifically.  If I could turn this off, it would drastically reduce the consistent, unending notifications that my phone rings off with lol

new in manychat need help..Is there anyway i can bulk whatsapp an imported list asking them opt-in if interested? what’s the best practice?

I have been using ManyChat PRO during the 14-day trial and last week, everything regarding automations was working amazingly well, that is until Tuesday when the automated replies began to get completely chopped after the first sentence?Is there a reason why my automated replies are now being shortened to just a few words? Is there anything on my end I need to change to not have this problem happen? Thanks in advance for any help :) 

Hey, im trying to run my first Facebook Ad automation. I have the auto setup, but in Facebook Ads manager, this portion of the how to dent seem to exist and im stumped. Any help is appreciated “ call-to-action button that says ‘Send Message’. This button will open up a conversation with the user in Messenger.In the Partner app section, select the 'Select message flow' option. Then, choose Manychat as the Partner app from the dropdown list. Next, select the specific automation in the Message flow.”

Pessoal estou há alguns dias com um problema no Manychat e não sei como resolver, ele não arrasta o fluxo o que dificulta muito o trabalho em fluxos longos. Já tentei mudar o navegador, já tentei copiar o fluxo, já tentei iniar um novo e todos aparentam o mesmo problema. Ele edita porém não arrasta a tela quando clico com o mouse para arrastar. Já troquei até mesmo o mouse. Alguém já passou por isso? Sabem como eu posso contactar algum suporte?
