Flujo de trabajo para implementar el assitants OpenIa Tengo una consulta. He desarrollado un flujo de trabajo para una conversación en Instagram la cual va a ser atendida por un Assistant de OpenAI, con su propia base de conocimientos. La conexión al asistente de OpenAI la hago mediante Replit, que es un webservice hecho en Python, que luego conecto mediante peticiones externas a Manychat. Mi pregunta es si sería posible hacer que el asistente tuviera la capacidad de gestionar más de un mensaje del usuario a la vez, ya que he visto a una persona que fue capaz de hacerlo.Porque la función actual es que si envió un mensaje el chatbot lo procesa, hasta que no llega la respuesta no gestiona los siguientes mensajes que envía el usuario

Olá a todos!Sou novo por aqui... estou tendo problemas ao conectar a conta do Instagram no Manychat.1- ele pede pra logar no Facebook, isso deu certo.2- Em seguida ele pede pra conectar tbm o Instagram. Eu coloco as credenciais e aparentemente funciona.3- quando deveria finalizar e voltar pra tela do Manychat, nada acontece. Alguém passou por algo parecido?

Are Instagram automations down for anyone else? I posted on IG Reels today like normal (I’ve been using Manychat for about 2 weeks with no issues), and today the DMs were not triggering.Is anyone else having issues with Manychat today?

Hello! Would a support member or a community member be kind enough to hop on a call to help me setup the automations on Manychat? Right now I’m doing this script:Comment “word” for resource!They comment then get the resource, but then that’s all that happens. I want to create an automation that will followup with these leads even AFTER I send the resource so I can ultimately convert them to paying customers or at least join my community to potentially convert later. It would also be cool if Manychat allows me to do automated replies to common questions which I would love to setup as well. I get the question of “how do I start day trading” very often. I would love to learn more about the capabilities of manychat on a call and I appreciate your help.

I’m trying to join Manychat, but i really can’t connect my instagram account. In order to join, i need to also select my facebook, but it doesn’t find the page. If it doesn’t find the page, manychat ask if he should create it. When i press ok, the messagge “Something went wrong.” Pops up. I really don’t know i watched every tutorial but nothing can help me.

 I see in my Manychat account that I have 100 subscribers. These are people I can see who have engaged with me via DM on Instagram but it says that they subscribed. Can someone please explain to me what this function is? I haven’t enabled a feature for someone to subscribe so I'm not sure how that's possible through my DM's. Also the subscribed contacts appearing in many chat don't include all of my DM's so I'm not sure how it's being filtered.  How do these contacts work on Manychat? Is there a functionality beyond just listing some of the people who DM’d me. 

Hi guys,I have a problem. I set up ManyChat today, followed all the instructions. I connected my Instagram account, but I can't add any automation because it keeps saying "Instagram channel is not active."Has anyone had a similar issue and could help me?I also tried to remove my Instagram channel, but after typing "remove" in the window and clicking CONFIRM, another red window pops up with the message "Something went wrong."Please help 🥺  

Ja tentei de todas as formas conectar o manychat ao instagram, porem aparece esse erro aí, que um pedido foi enviado porem nao acho esse pedido. nao sei mais o que fazer.  

How do I unlink my account? Someone linked a business account to manychat and now I can't use it 

Olá, criei uma conta no Manychat para usar a automação no whatsapp, pelo que entendi eu não consigo mais acessar o app do whatsapp Business com o número novo que comprei, correto ? Essas mensagens que irei receber só terei acesso através da plataforma Manychat, seria isso ? E se eu precisar entrar em contato com o cliente fora da automação criada terei que usar outro número de WhatsApp ou consigo através do Manychat? 

For some reason the instagram permissions are lost for the account and have no idea what the problem is. We disconnected Manychat from the backend of Facebook and connected it again but its still not working. Is anyone dealing with the same issue?  

Everything is set up correctly but it just doesn’t work. The same flows work when the trigger comes by stroy reply, live reply or direct message but comment replies on reels and regular posts do nothing. I have sent a total of 3 tickets to support and I only get the same standard message, even though I have said in the ticket that I have already followed all those procedures.I have seen this thread  and I understand the issue may be out of Manychat team’s hands, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel my pro account because I have no reason to pay for it.

When I send a link to a Telegram group or my DM’s with the bot there is a pop-up when the user clicks the link. (see screenshot). I used a bot from a different company before, there was no such pop-up, the user instantly got redirected to the group/DMs. Is there a way to remove this pop-up on ManyChat for links to groups/Dms? Thank you! :) Screenshot 

Hello, wondering if Manychat has a tool that automatically sends a private message right after any person uses a particular hashtag or keyword?That could be a message with special offer, unique discount code etc..

 I hope someone can clarify this problem for me. I created an Instagram ad with a post that I had already published and for which I had activated an automation so that it would respond to comments and send messages directly to the DM. However, once the advertising started working, the automation does not respond to comments.Has anyone gone through the same thing? Could you give me advice or recommendations? My client is mad at me. Thank you so much.
