Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana

I’m trying to connect a Professional Instagram account to a new Manychat account using “Connect Via Instagram.” I approved access to comments and messages, but Manychat then displayed “Your account might not support this method yet” and returned to the Connect Instagram screen.In Instagram, “Allow access to messages” is on, and message requests are set to Everyone. The account has never successfully connected, so I cannot use Refresh Permissions.What else should I check to make this Instagram connection work?

Hi ManyChat team,We opened Critical support ticket #557166 almost 48 hours ago and unfortunately we still haven't received a response from the Support Team.This issue is severely affecting our business and our lead generation process.Our Facebook content is currently generating hundreds of leads through comments. The ManyChat automation is triggered correctly and the public comment replies are working, but the private Messenger messages are not being delivered to the vast majority of users.Our automation has registered over 600 messages sent, but only around 1–2% are being delivered. This makes our Facebook lead generation funnel practically unusable despite the social campaign itself performing extremely well.We have already checked the Facebook/ManyChat connection, refreshed permissions, checked Conversation Routing and performed several tests. The issue persists.We also followed up on ticket #557166 via email today.Could a ManyChat moderator please follow up internally with the Supp

Hi! I'm building a flow for TikTok, and when I went to test it, it wasn't working.I tried using the Preview option, but it says it's not working. The flow is supposed to be live, but when I send the keyword to test it, the message isn't being delivered. On my end, it actually shows that it's a violation.I'm not sure how I'm supposed to test the flow if this is happening. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how I can test it?

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat-to-MailerLite integration and could really use some help.The Setup: Trigger: Instagram User comments a specific keyword, e.g., "Fix" Flow: An automatic DM is triggered asking the user for their email address. Action: The email is successfully captured in ManyChat, and an action is set to send that email data directly to MailerLite. The Problem: Everything was working perfectly for the first 135 commenters, but then it suddenly stopped. ManyChat is still successfully capturing and storing the emails. The data is just not being pushed over to MailerLite anymore. I’ve already checked my MailerLite account, and there are no issues, limits reached, or errors at that end. What I’ve Tried So Far: Refreshed the MailerLite API key. Deleted the MailerLite action from the flow and entirely recreated it. But the emails are still stuck in ManyChat and aren't moving over to MailerLite.Any advice on how to fix this is much appreciated. 

I hate that the first initial message comes with a button, it gives away that this is not a natural conversation. I want the customer to respond naturally, not hit a button is there anyway to get rid of that button?

Buenas, soy nuevo en esta comunidad a la que entre por probar Manychat, así que estoy aprendiendo.Creé una automatización con un chatbot para conectarse con Instagram, en el flujo además conectaba con ChatGPT, hasta ahí todo muy bien, solo trasteaba un poco, pero después de probar decidí eliminar esa atomatización y para mi sorpresa el chatbot sigue respondiendo, además de haber entrado en un bucle infinito (funciona mal). Viendo en las opciones de Manychat, en automatización ví que también había una papelera, así que también eliminé esa automatización de la papelera. ¿Alguién me puede ayudar? ¿Por qué algo que está eliminado sigue funcionando en una cuenta de instagram?¡Gracias de antemano!Willi

Out of nowhere I was logged out of my account and now I can't log in anymore! I tried everything from clearing cookies, different browser, different device, but the same issue persists.I just spent two days building complex chat automations and they're all lost now!!! I'm missing out on customers and I need this fixed ASAP!I've already reached out to Manychat support twice and no answer. This is so unacceptable.I'm a paying customer and I get locked out of my account with zero explanation and now I'm missing out on tons of clients and serious income. This is not how you should treat paying customers.Customer support is extremely slow and I would never recommend Manychat to anybody. 

Hello,We have a critical issue in our flows.Recently, we have received some whatsapp messages form our new users. These users were created via Direct channel and don't save the "phone" field, but only "whatsapp ID".Our API flows search the user by "findBySystemField" API for the phone, but they can't find the user. Then we try to create the user but the Whatsapp ID already exists error is triggered (and Whatsapp ID isn't showed by API).How can we manage this situation? Something changed and we are receiving a lot of these errors. We cannot resolve this using custom fields, because we would not be able to fix the existing customer base.It is a critical issue for us, and it did not happen in the previous versions.Does anybody else have this issues?

Hi, I set up a TikTok automation where people are asked to DM my account a word (“ticket”) to receive an auto-reply with details about an upcoming event I’m hosting. I set up a very simple automation, and it’s live, but it never fires when I test it from a separate account (or in the previews tests). I’ve checked my permissions, refreshed my TikTok connection, and tried rebuilding the automation. What else can I do to figure out what’s wrong with my automation?

I have it set it up to say hi, send a message, then send a free resource. It says Live and has been live for 3 days. Since sending I have recieved 25 new followers but no messages have been sent. I checked by following myself from a different account and I can confirm i didn’t receive the flow. Any Ideas?

Tudo bem?Estamos enfrentando um problema sério de faturamento/billing envolvendo WhatsApp Business API + ManyChat e gostaríamos de ajuda da comunidade ou de alguém do time ManyChat.A Meta informou que nossa conta NÃO está configurada com Faturamento Mensal (Credit Line), porém, internamente, está aparecendo uma associação de crédito/billing vinculada à ManyChat, o que está bloqueando pagamentos e atrasando nosso projeto.Já falamos com: ✅ Meta Credit & Collections ✅ Meta Business Support ✅ Suporte ManyChat E a situação ficou em loop:👉 a Meta diz que não é com eles👉 e precisamos confirmar/remover qualquer vínculo de cobrança da ManyChatNão consigo tirar dessa forma de pagamento. 

I just can’t seem to figure out why this automation isn’t working. The intial DM works, but when they press the first button, nothing happens. I can’t see what is wrong with this, it’s my first time using manychat  

i have the free account manychat. I have been setting up automation for a few posts but noticed, I had someone commented using keyword and no automation was triggered. My IG didn't notiify me either, in the activity page, that someone comments on ny reels either ( I just reported that to Instagram directly) idk if that has anything to do with manychat not being triggered in my reels. I check to see if the automation is live, and it does in fact have it in red box on top left saying “LIVE” . even showing all my automations in list view, they all say LIVE in red.  I don't even know where to find the flow part where it shows arrows , based off of what I seen in the past questions, so IDK if that is a hidden issue either .  I’d appreciate you for helping me work through this, in advance!  

Alguém que fale portugues poderia me responder umas perguntas basicas antes de eu adquirir o produto? Estou com uma dificuldade… meu DM do instagram esta mandando uma mensagem de boas vindas, e isso nao está aparecendo na configuração do meu manychat. Isso pode ter sido fruto de tentativas antigas minhas, mas nao estou achando e nem sabendo procurar de onde configurei isso. Eu prciso remover isso antes de criar uma nova automação….  

My Instagram integration is working correctly. Keyword automations and DM triggers work, but the 'When someone new follows you' trigger never fires. I have already reconnected Instagram, and new followers are not triggering the Follow to DM automation. Could you please check whether Follow to DM is properly enabled for my workspace?

I’m running a Facebook ad that uses a Manychat automation with the User clicks a Facebook Ad trigger. The ad is currently live in Meta Ads Manager, and I want to make some edits to the automation.Before editing, I plan to pause the ad in Ads Manager, update the automation in Manychat, reactivate the trigger, and then turn the ad back on.My question is: when I do this, does it affect Meta’s learning phase for the ad, or will the campaign continue learning normally after the ad is turned back on?

Now, practically, what I want from the flow is I want to create a flow that I can then reuse, and that if a person sends a specific keyword that I set up previously, then it will ask him, hey, do you want to download it? where ? do you want it to your inbox or email?Practically, and I want from them their email address. That's the main goal. And no matter how we do it, it sends only the first initial message and then it stops. I used the prerdesigned simple commnt to DM flow and it doesnt work. I tried this for the entire day since morning, probably about 15 hours  - but its not firing away the entrire flow. Hi everyone,I am building an Instagram comment automation: one automation, triggered on anypost or reel, with a list of keywords. When someone comments, I want the flow tocall my own server with "Make an external request" and get back a link thatdepends on which reel was commented on, because each reel offers a differentresource.Two questions:1. Is the ID of the post or reel that triggered the flow available as a variable   that I can include in the external request?2. Is the text of the comment available the same way?Thanks a lot.
