Hi,I build a flow and after they have given me their email address I have an 'action on reply' that their response with their email address will be added to my flodesk segment form. but when I go to flodesk the email addresses aren't being added.how do I fix this issue?

Fiz o post e a automação no dia de hoje e tudo funcionou bem até passar da meia-noite, quando um novo comentário chegou e não recebeu a resposta ao comentário nem a DM para continuar o funil de conversa. Este problema persiste desde semana passada, quando fiz todo o passo a passo que o chat IA indicou (atualizar permissões do app, confirmar que o Manychat pode acessar as mensagens e etc).  As palavras-chave não são passíveis de erro de grafia (visto que são numerais), então não sei mais o que fazer pra resolver, preciso de ajuda.

Estimados, tengo una duda sobre cómo detonar un mensaje plantilla a whatsapp cuando se genere un lead desde un anuncio de formulario de clientes potenciales. En una parte de la guía oficial de manychat se describe el paso. pero, es para un mensaje de anuncio que va directo a whatsapp, siendo una interacción que si o si genera el usuario. mi caso es diferente, debido a que el usuario llena el formulario nativo de facebook, entrega sus datos y finaliza con un botón que dirige a una landing que contiene un video VSL. (no quiero que ese botón sea un link a whatsapp) pasado determinado tiempo el flujo se detona ya su vez tiene una serie de configuraciones que califica el plomo y evalúa si la información recibida en dicho aterrizaje.dicho lo anterior alguien me puede ayudar con aquello? Cabe mencionar que este escenario lo intento configurar con make como método alternativo, pero me insta a solicitar que se habilite la API para darle ese manejo.

We noticed that an “Offers and announcements” message is appearing in our chatbot, even though we did not add this in our automation. Most of our customers are receiving it, and we do not want users to see information that is not part of our chatbot flow.At the moment, we are not sure where this message is coming from or how to disable it. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently, or does anyone know what might be causing it and how to turn it off? It has been happening in our chatbot over the past few days.  

How do I setup a ManyChat automation and Make Scenario to automatically reply to Instagram DM’s with AI (I will be using Relevance AI module in Make). I have seen a video on how to do this in n8n, but cannot find any resources on how to achieve this with Make. I have connected Make to ManyChat.

Hi Friends,I'm part of the Manychat Partner Program and I referred a new user who signed up using my referral link. The one-month free trial that's supposed to be applied through the referral isn't showing up or being applied to their account.I can confirm the signup is being tracked, I can see my client's email listed under Signups in my PartnerStack dashboard, so the referral was attributed correctly. However, on their end, the free month doesn't appear to be active or applied.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there a delay between PartnerStack tracking the signup and the free month being applied in Manychat? Any help or insight from the team or other partners would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, my Instagram account @annevilalta is still linked to an old Manychat account that no longer exists. When I try to connect it to my new account, I see "Request Sent" and can't proceed. The previous account owner is unreachable and the account has been deleted. I can provide proof of ownership. Can someone help me disconnect it from the old account? Thank you.

Hi everyone, I know that sometimes Comment Replies can be going out slower, but now DMs after somebody comments have been missing in large number of cases.Leads would comment the right keyword, for the first time on that post, all of that. Manychat permissions have also been refreshed yesterday. Does anybody else keep having that bug, and if so, I’m curious how have you been able to solve itThis is seriously impacting our business, as both this and new follower automation haven’t been working for months now

Percebi que a automação não tá sendo disparada algumas vezes quando enviam a palavra-chave para mim na DM, não sei se é porque esses usuários não me seguem ou se é a palavra-chave, por ter acento. A palavra-chave é “Imã”. Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso? Porque não é o caso de não funcionar, a automação até funciona, mas não tá disparando pra todo mundo que envia a palavra-chave.

Quiero Detener la Automatizacion justo en el momento que el lead escribe por fuera de ella, para que el bot no siga enviando info, hay alguna manera?Probe con una etiqueta ejemplo si el usuario envia un mensaje  (NO CONTIENE PALABRA “UNALOCURATOTA”) asi como nunca la van a adivinar la automatizacion se ejecutaba y asi detener el flujo pero resulta que no se puede usar solo esa condicion.no se si existe otra manera logica de hacerlo

Hi, I'd like to ask, is it possible to set up automation on Instagram when two profiles collaborate. A person would comment on a keyword and then a message would come to them. I know it works on one account, but I'm wondering how it is for a collab post. Thank you for the reply.

Facebook is already connected and working fine, but when I go through the Instagram connection steps, I keep landing on this screen:"Your account is already connected to .... Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner."I've already hit Request Sent, but we have no idea which ManyChat account the Instagram is tied to — it was likely set up by someone previously who is no longer with the brand. What’s going on with the facebook page reel comments to dm feature? For the last 2 weeks nothing has been working - no automatic replies, no messenger dms are being sent.Is there any way to get this working again because I have a viral video right now with over 2,000 comments and I’m pretty sure this is costing me lots of money.

I have a template I want to share protected and locked for editing. When the template is uploaded into a new account, it uploads correctly and looks ready to go, but the only trigger available to turn on is for message keywords. All the other triggers are grayed out, disabled; and, well… locked. Despite the fact that I selected them in growth tools and they are visible in the automation folder. They simply can’t be enabled because they are locked for viewing (which is what I want). But I also want them to be able to actually use the template lolI know there must be a way to enable the triggers, because what would be the point of sharing a locked template if they can’t actually enable the triggers to turn the automation on? That would defeat the purpose of a locked template, so I’m sure there must be a way! I just can’t figure it out.TLDR: how do you enable a trigger on a locked template without viewing the automation? The toggle switch is grayed out/locked.Thanks in advance!!

My use case: leads fill out a Tally form (with explicit WhatsApp opt-in consent), Make processes the data, and I need to automatically create the WhatsApp contact in ManyChat to deliver personalized results via an approved template.The endpoint appears in my API swagger documentation and accepts whatsapp_phone as a parameter. But when I call it passing first_name, whatsapp_phone, and consent_phrase, I get this error:"Permission denied to import wa_id. Please contact support to enable this feature"I've confirmed:- Pro plan active- WhatsApp Business number connected and active- Approved template (resultado_diagnostico) already set up- Explicit opt-in consent collected in the form- The createSubscriber endpoint is visible in my swaggerI've seen other posts mentioning this requires internal enablement by ManyChat support. Hi everyone,I’m trying to figure out whether there is a way to use a keyword trigger or at least a workaround to start an automation whenever a user sends a file through WhatsApp. More specifically, I’d like to trigger a flow when someone uploads a document such as a PDF.I’ve tried using conditions such as "message starts with https" and "message contains pdf", based on the way files appear in the Inbox as links (for example: https:// manybot-files.manychat dot io/example.pdf), but that approach didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am using IG with ManyChats. If I post in Facebook with Keyword responses, will the automations work with Facebook or do I have to have separate automations?
