hello,Hello ManyChat Community 👋,I’m a marketing manager and I’m looking for help with organizing incoming messages while using the new Follow-to-DM feature.I want to enable this feature, but I’m concerned about how it will affect my client’s inbox. My client receives a high volume of new followers every day, and if each follow triggers a DM, it will flood the Primary inbox and push our active conversations and leads further down.Ideally, I would like all Follow-to-DM messages to be automatically routed to the General tab instead, so we can keep our active leads and important conversations easily visible in the Primary inbox.Is there a way to set this up inside ManyChat, or a recommended workflow to prevent Follow-to-DM messages from overwhelming the main inbox?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!Thank you! 🙏

Is there any way to make an automation that lets customers comment on an instagram post to add products to their basket? for example if I made a post about a cushion cover could customers comment SHOP to receive a link that would take them to our website where this item is automatically placed in their basket for a quick check out?

Hello, I have an automation and at the end I’m sending a link to website.  However, I have no idea if link was clicked or not.  Is there a condition or something that I can check if link was clicked, and if not to ask them about it?  All I’m doing right now is tagging the user with “warm lead”  How can I increase this engagement by checking if link was clicked?  Thank you

Hello Manychat users,I have an automation where they users have to click one of the choices to proceed.  But if they type it instead of clicking, the flow stops.  How do I re-engage them and put the back on the flow?

Hi, I have integrated Kit to Manychat. First the integration whet fine. But in Manychat i don´t get access to the system field for email. For example when I build a flow at some point I want to choose furst system field and then email. But in the scrowl down meny There is no system field I can choose. The same thing happens when I connect a form from Kit into the flow. I have pictures of what it looks like but I don´t know hoe to upload the pictures in this form. I appriciate your helpKaren

How can I add an image along with the text and link in Reels automation? I mean, when someone responds with the word link in my Reels, the automation sends link and text information privately. The question is, how do I also add an image?

I'd like to know where to upgrade my plan, but there's no page in the app showing this.I'd also like to know what features are available with the free version. Hi everyone 👋I’m currently building automated WhatsApp funnels via ManyChat for coaches and consultants in the DACH region — and I came across something that could be a real gamechanger for WhatsApp automation: WhatsApp Forms (or in-app forms).These are forms that open directly inside WhatsApp when someone clicks a link or an ad – allowing the user to fill in fields (like name, email, preferences, etc.) without having to send a keyword first to trigger the flow.I’ve seen that platforms like Spoki already offer this kind of native WhatsApp form experience, and it would be incredibly helpful for ad campaigns and smoother lead onboarding.My question: Does ManyChat currently support this type of native in-WhatsApp form? If not yet, is it something that’s planned or already on the roadmap for 2025? Or is there any known workaround (structured messages, template hacks, etc.) to simulate this? Would love to hear if anyone has insight on this or if the product team can share any info.This

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout. Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.VR/Dan

Hi - basic question but it’s not clear on the website. I have the Pro account for my instagram but I would like to be able to use MC across Facebook AND TikTok. TT isn’t available for the UK yet but do you need to pay PER PLATFORM to access the more advanced features? So I would need another Pro account for Facebook?

Hello,I’m experiencing a consistent issue related to affiliate tracking when using ManyChat Instagram DM automation.Here is the situation: I use an Instagram Comments Automation flow. When someone comments a specific keyword under my post, ManyChat automatically sends them a DM containing my affiliate link. Users click this link and make a purchase. However, the affiliate platform (Impact.com / Hepsiburada LinkGelir system) does not record the sale or assign any commission. When I send the exact same link manually (not via automation), the commission tracks correctly. So it appears that sales made after clicking a link inside an automated DM sent by ManyChat are either: Losing the affiliate tracking parameters, Going through an intermediary redirect within ManyChat, Or being filtered out by the affiliate platform due to the referral source not being recognised. I have already disabled URL shortening inside my Flow, but I cannot find any settings to disable link tracking, sm

I set up the automation in ManyChat correctly because I’ve done this before for other clients, but it’s not working.It does send the reply to the comment, but it doesn’t send anything via DM. What could be the issue?In the Facebook settings page:https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messagingManyChat appears there on top, but when I go to select the recipient for Instagram, I don’t see the ManyChat option. What could be happening?Also, my account is on a trial plan. Could this be affecting it?

Hi all,Pretty new to MC; been setting up some Instagram automations and came across a challenge.I’m trying to set up a funnel that sends an automated follow-up message 48 hours after the first message. However, I’m being told I can’t do anything over 24 hours. Which makes this funnel pretty useless.ChatGPT says it’s a setting related to my FB/IG, but I don’t see it. Is this because I don’t have a verified account or something..?

Hi, I need help in where to find the JSON code, or How I enable Manychat as Partner app in facebook ads manager? It’s not showing as a Partner app. 

I connected a new WhatsApp number to Manychat (it’s also connected and configured in Meta Business), but I can’t send or trigger any messages — they just stay indefinitely pending Meta’s approval. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue since I’m not receiving any error messages or feedback, and all configuration items appear as OK.I’ve added some screenshots of the number’s configuration below.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?
