Hello, I would like to build a chatbot ai for whatsapp. But recently I saw that meta introduced an ai tax to use third party ai chatbot with whatsapp.Is there a way to avoid this tax? Or do I have to use chatbot without ai?

Conectei o número através da versão beta Conexão com Coexistência, a principio tudo funcionando 100%Criei meu primeiro fluxo como teste onde o usuário envia a mensagem para iniciar a partir do “a mensagem contém” no teste feito dentro da plataforma a mensagem chega e está funcionando, porém quando envio a mensagem através do whatsapp o fluxo não se inicia. segue abaixo algumas imagens 

Hay algunos chats de WhatsApp desde los cuales me hablan, pero sus mensajes NUNCA llegan a la plataforma. Esto implica que las automatizaciones nunca empiezan, y por ende los clientes terminan siendo ignorados.Los mensajes que yo envío desde Manychat sí son visibles, así que es como si estuviera hablando solo.Uso WhatsApp Coexistence, pero este problema es relativamente nuevo, ya que no sucedió durante los primeros meses.Es imperativo que pueda solucionar esto, ya que realmente entorpece todo el negocio y no es sostenible.

Is anyone else having problems when all (literally all settings, including channels, automation, contact and subscription) disappear?I have used Manychat for more than a year. I logged in as usual through Facebook and saw just a new account 😩And I don't know why. I didn't delete automation, channels, or any integrations, and I paid my subscription last week.It seems like there might be some bug.

I’m having WhatsApp messages inconsistencies. Some messages from WhatsApp are never showing up in Manychat’s platform. However, the messages I send to them are indeed visible, but it’s as if im talking to myself because the chat only shows MY messages.The problem is, as the messages from my clients are not being recieved by Manychat, the automations never starts, so the conversarion ends up ignored.The whole “automation” thing gets useless. Is there any solution to this problem?Some deatils: I use WhatsApp Coexistence, but this issue is relatively new (it didn’t happen the first few months)

Hola, agradeceria si algun experimentado/a me ayudara a configurar el chatbot que quiero hacer. Ya hice la ceunta de META agregue el numero de telefono (nuevo sin uso previo) luego lo vincule con 360dialog exitosamente. Ahora el problema lo tengo al querer vincular Manychat con Meta/360dialog para poder armar los automatizmos en esta app. No lo logro. Alguno hizo algo semejante recientemente y queira compartirme su experiencia? desde ya muchas gracias 

I am using Manychat now for 5-6 weeks. setup and login was very difficult. however i was able to login with my mobile phone what never worked on my Macbook. but two days ago i was logged out and now i can’t login anymore. anyone experienced the same?

Many of these are from existing followers, applicants, or active clients where I want to respond personally and not trigger automated AI replies. I only want the AI automation to respond to truly new inbound messages.Ideally, I want the system to work like this:New inbound messages from users → trigger the AI response. Once I personally reply in the DM thread → the AI should automatically shut off for that user. Soy nueva en Manychat, queria hacer una automatizacion para whatsapp para liberar el tiempo de contestar a leads vacios y poder intervenir en los leads calificados o interesados.Hasta ahora tengo una automatizacion cuando me piden info por whatsapp donde le doy opciones del producto a elegir y depende del producto sale un mensaje con un archivo adjunto(info) y le agrego una etiqueta para saber sobre que producto esta interesado. Ahora quiero agregar un seguimiento automático que en caso de no responder nada por 12hs se le haga un mensaje de seguimiento para reactivar la conversacion, y en el caso de que responda a la info se active el bot IA de WhatsApp para continuar con la consulta. Alguien me daria una mano? 

 I’m having an issue registering my WhatsApp Business with ManyChat in the coexistence section. During the registration process everything seems correct, but at the end it doesn’t appear as a channel anywhere and I can’t use it. However, on my phone app it shows that I’m connected to a business, but in ManyChat nothing appears.

 Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s follower DM automation. The automation is active, permissions are granted, and the account is properly connected. However, the DM is not being delivered to new followers and the automation is not triggering at all. I’ve already reviewed all settings and connections. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Hello, I have published my automation for FB & IG Dms but when i tested it live nothing happens when the keywords are triggered in the DMs. I also noticed during the preview that the multiple choice options don’t pop up on 2 of the questions. I have currently disabled the keywords while i research why its not working for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I set up a new automation for comment on instagram, although it seems pretty simple, it’s not working.I see the name on contact, but no message triggered or stats updated, still at 0.   

The following message appears when I try to set up the welcome message to new followers. I contacted Meta, they checked everything and there is no restriction from their side. Anyone else has experienced this? How to fix it? Thanks!  

Hi, I have an automation which creates a lead in the CRM whenever a user comments under specific instagram post, now I want to get instagram comment content in the automation to add it in the crm, but I only have instacram account username, nothing more, I need to add this coment, and any additional information like post link (if trigger is set to all posts) to the lead so sales managers can group and process them accordinglySo how can I get the content of the comment?(same issue I have with DMs, how can I get the actual message sent from the user in automation?)

Tentei usar o cupom no dia 21/jan que era a data de validade do cupom, mas o site do Manychat deu a seguinte mensagem: "cupom está expirado".Mandei um print da tela e o email em que recebi as informações do cupom, provando a valide do cupom, para o suporte do Ultra Black Friday no mesmo momento. My “message contains” automations are triggering (not sure if running correctly) , but unlike post or Reels reply automations, which have a high CTR, all of my “message contains” automations show CTR as N/A. Why does this happen? Is there something wrong with them?Here how it shows:Here the start of my automation (i guess all the 72% of CTR came from “User comments on your Post or Reel”): Is this right?Or when user sends a message the first step automatically bypassed?

Dear all, despite I can use and link correctly manychat to my instagram account, it seems I cannot do the same with my FB messenger as I need to use the automation on both.When I go on settings and then I need to select my page which is OneforallOrbassano, but as you can see in the image the button to connect is grey and say only FBPAGE ADMIN che get access.. I’m confused...I’m already a FB admin.Can anyone help me please?Thank you  

I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems.
