Hello ManyChat Community,I have been attempting to integrate my TikTok Business account (username: ragnar_spirit) with ManyChat for several months now, but every time I click Connect and grant permissions, I receive a generic error message stating, “Something went wrong.” Despite multiple retries, the process fails at the permission‐granting step. My TikTok account is verified as a Business account and is registered in the USA. The problem has accured months ago, but I’m writing now, cause I need it support, I would be grateful.Details of the Issue: Account Type: TikTok Business (not Creator or Personal). Geography: USA‐based account (all settings reflect United States region). Error Message: After logging into TikTok and approving all requested permissions, the integration page immediately displays “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” There is no additional diagnostic information or error code. Attempts to Troubleshoot (so far): Verified that I’m using the correct T

How can I set up the automation for “Say hi to new followers” in Manychat for this scenario? When a new follower followed me - I want to send them an instant message but WITHOUT any CTA.Right now, this feature requires a CTA to set this LIVE. But I don’t want that. I’ve seen someone has managed to do it but I can’t seem to properly set it up. Can someone help? Thanks!

I am using the pre-build variable and it is not working whatsoever. I’ve already tried to replace it with manual {{}} and still not working. No name after “Hey...”

When I try to link it, I get a message saying the account is already connected to another ManyChat account but I honestly can't remember which one I may have used before.Could you please help me figure out which ManyChat account my Instagram is linked to, and guide me through how to disconnect it so I can reconnect it to the correct account?Thank you!

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support.

I have already subscribed to manychat pro plan but I need to implement in my service a retargeting campaign via WhatsApp and Mail, I don’t know what’s more convinient, to get new tools or manychat is a good option for this…

Hi,In almost all the content I’ve seen online (YouTube videos, blog posts, tutorials), it is clearly stated that deleting contacts should reduce the number of active contacts used for billing.However, in my case, this is not happening: I deleted contacts from my list But the number of active contacts used for billing does NOT decrease So my question is very simple:👉 Is this a recent system change in ManyChat?👉 Or is there something wrong with my account?Because right now, my experience directly contradicts all publicly available information.Would appreciate a clear answer. Is there a trigger on tik tok for when someone follows you?

I’ve set up the automation, filling in all the suggested inputs. When I test it, it only sends the first one and doesn’t give the user the button to click, or anything past that. So I don’t actually get to send the link. I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same issue. And I can’t find the link to contact support. Can anyone help?

This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. Hi ManyChat community,We are a D2C brand (Bloc — blocinsects.com) running Instagram automations and have hit several issues we need help resolving. Listing them clearly below:ISSUE 1 — New Follower permissions not workingWe are trying to set up the "Say hi to new followers" Basic Automation. When we click Update Permissions, it fails to authenticate through Instagram. We have been told by other tools that Meta has recently restricted DMs to new followers unless there has been prior interaction. Hello, community, i can’t get this issue solve no matter how, i design a simple flow like the screenshot below: When i test this, i found that, after the AI step send the link, when i reply ‘thank you’, the AI reply ‘welcome with the link again’, how can i get this solve? i tried to prompt the AI don’t include the link in the message when saying welcome, but it doesn’t work.
