Hi, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with new many chat subscriber delays from facebook messages.Starting on 4/27/26, Most new users who message our business facebook page has a few minute delay before manychat system adds them as a new subscriber.  So basically if a new user sends their first facebook messenger message at 1:00pm then their subscribe time will likely be 1:02pm or after for some reason as apposed to before it was immediate. Also at the same time this issue has also caused the first welcome message to not automatically send which has caused us to have to manually send a majority of them, to fix this issue we created a rule within manychat that checks after 2 minutes to see if they are subscribed to the welcome message and if not it sends it which has helped fix some of the sending manually. The other issue at the same time is when our automation ask the new customer for their emails, after the customer sends their email it does not go to the next step

When I went to reactivate, I noticed something strange.On your public pricing page (manychat.com/pricing), I can see the new plans introduced on March 2, 2026: Free — $0/mo (25 Active Contacts) Essential — $17/mo (250 Active Contacts) Pro — $39/mo or $29/mo annual (2500 Active Contacts) Business — $99/mo or $69/mo annual (7500 Active Contacts) These look great and the Active Contacts model fits my use case perfectly — I have around 13k contacts in my database, but only a few hundred are actually active in any given month.However, when I go to my own account billing page, I only see the old plans: Marketing Automation — $95/mo Inbox — $99/mo Manychat AI — $29/mo (add-on) There is no option to switch to Pro, Essential, or any of the new Active-Contacts-based plans. The "Compare plans" table in my account only shows Free / Marketing Automation / Inbox — no sign of the new tiers at all.My

For the past two days, we've been having problems with our WhatsApp messages and our bot. The ManyChat bot's replies are not showing up on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web, but they do appear on our mobile devices.The ManyChat bot works and replies to messages, which are recorded in the ManyChat conversation and displayed perfectly on our mobile devices, but they don't appear on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web. When we log out of WhatsApp Web and re-link it using the QR code, the old messages do appear, but the new ones still don't.Is there a reported bug or issue that could explain this?

Hi there, I am new to Manychat and just wanting to integrate my Instagram to it but getting errors. We have a professional account and in Manychat it is showing that I have allowed access but I am getting this error in Meta. Can anyone help? 

Hi, thanks for reading. I have a business and I'm trying to create an AI to answer Instagram DMs for my clinic. I've created a workflow that goes to Make and saves the DM questions, and Openia responds. When it finishes answering, I ask if it wants to end the workflow, but it never completes because the word "no" doesn't work and doesn't close the flow (in this case, "no" to the question ofwhether it needs more help). I have a button that takes it to the end of the workflow, but I'd like it to work naturally, so that MenyChat interprets it correctly. I should mention that when I test it on the mobile app on the right side of MenyChat, it does click, but when I do the real test, Openia keeps responding to "no"... Am I missing something here? Thanks!  

Hello guys, I read there is an issue with DM to new follower automation.However on my side it works. But, not to everybody and it seems very random.I generate 50+ new followers on day right now, which would be 50+ new conversations and leads, but i noticed that not everybody gets a new messagge. I thought i could pinpoint it to the fact that some people have private account or something else, but i don’t see any pattern. Does anybody know if there is an explanation for this?Thank you.

Hello. We are running a promo campaign for a client right now and the keyword trigger is going a little too viral. We are getting hundreds of comments an hour. I am really worried Instagram is going to flag the account for spam if the bot replies instantly to every single person. Do you guys use smart delays or try to randomize the response times for high volume campaigns. What is the safest setup here so we do not get action blocked by IG but still get the DMs out reliably. Any tips from people handling big accounts would be great.

I’ve tried to delete all automations in Manychat but there’s an old automated reply that keeps going out - don’t know if I’m being dense here but is there something I’m missing? I’ve gone into Automations > delete all and now says ‘Create your first automation’ which indicates to me that I don’t have any live… But the messages are still going out!

Hey guys, I have a huge problem. Just tried to login to my manychat account, but my connected instagram profile is gone. When I try to reconnect it, it says that the profile is already connected to another account but I am using the same. Cant do anything right now, I am not even able to access my profile settings. It is just an endless loop. Any help?

My other manychat account were blocked without any warning or whatsoever. This gives my client anxiety because their payment card was in the accounts managed by me.I get this when I login to my manychat account. Usually when FB detects erring fb pages, they ban the pages. but why ban the manychat account? {"0":"Access denied","state":true}

my automations are not sending, just a simple comment to dm. they used to work but now nothing will work as well as the recent post tab will not work either. Ive tried reseting my account and even deleting and reconnecting and nothing.

I am on a free account and the limit is 1000 contacts but the thousand contacts that are being added, aren’t being added from interacting with Manychat posts. And I have not added them manually. They are adding people to my contacts that I just DM through IG. How can I get this to stop?

Did the new follower automation ever get fixed to the point where it hits 100% of new leads?I asked about this a few months ago and I was told it was a glitch on Meta’s end and they were working on fixing it. So just wondering if this was resolved?

Please help 🙏I cannot create a new automation for facebook messenger. It’s somehow locked to instagram. Facebook is connected to manychat. it’s listed as partnerapp in my facebook page. I have pro account.But I only have the option for instagram?  

Hi ManyChat and ManyChat community!I’m wondering how I can hyperlink to an email -- as it stands, even if the person right clicked the message, they wouldn’t be able to copy the link, as it would copy the whole message.Second, I’d love to know how to prevent ManyChat from opening up a new little bubble / chat when you do use a link. When I send my website in the text, for example, it’ sends a message before the automated message with my website alone. See attached :)thanks!  

I want to automatically sync my ManyChat contact data to Google Sheets for each contact every time something happens to a contact.The goal is to have one row per contact that updates automatically every time I change a tag on them, and every time I get a new contact they get added as a new row.Some one know how to do that?

Hello everyone,I'm having the following problem.ManyChat keeps interrupting the flow for no apparent reason, at least not one I can understand after a thorough review.As you can see in the screenshots, the system messages show exactly how far the flow has progressed. After that point, there's nothing to stop it; there's simply a message that needs to be sent, but it doesn't.So, it seems to be some kind of bug. This is quite discouraging, as there's no solution to apply in this case, and it's worrying that the system is failing like this.I hope I'm overlooking something and that you can help me fix it.Thanks in advance.Leo.
