¡Hola! Tengo un cliente que quiere agregar respuestas automáticas a los posts de los anuncios que estamos corriendo. Son anuncios que llevan al website, no a dejar mensajes. Pero no entiendo muy bien si esto se puede hacer. El trigger “users clicks an Instagram Ad” no parece funcionar para este caso específico porque la idea no es llevarlos a un chat (no es el objetivo de la campaña), la idea es que si dejan comentario en los anuncios se abra una automatización que sería más el trigger de “user comments on your posts or reels”, pero por lo que veo no funciona con anuncios porque estos no aparecen en el feed. ¿Hay alguna manera de hacer esto?

So i had a trial many chat before and created a automation. i closed the account and started a new one but now both the old and new automation is popping up and i cant delete the old one. Please help me.

ive deleted all contacts from an automation to make space for the automation to continue yet the automation still wont restart.

Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!

I have a problem connecting my Manychat account to my Instagram. Previously, my Instagram account was already connected to another Manychat account, but I wanted to switch it to a new Manychat account created with a different email address. However, I received this message: 'Musique Media FR already connected to Musique Media FR. Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Musique Media FR.'

We have an click on add activated in meta on instagram and Facebook. Separate click on add flow. But the add on instagram is not working correctly. The chat button when they click the automation don’t start. With Facebook it’s working. Thank you.  

Every time I click new follower message to enter my information To create a new follower messageit says I need to go to Instagram to activate something and it takes me to the settings page and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be activating because it doesn’t take me directly to the right setting, I guess

My Facebook Page is linked to Instagram on Meta, so my IG posts are automatically cross-posted to Facebook.If someone comments on the Facebook version of a video that was originally posted on Instagram, will that comment trigger my Instagram comment automation in ManyChat, or does the automation only work for comments made directly on Instagram?I want to confirm if linking FB to IG (but not to ManyChat) is enough, or if Facebook comments are ignored entirely.Thanks.

Hello, I’m new to Manychat and I have been dealing with a problem for a long time. The setup of the meta business account isn’t letting me use Manychat professionally, without limitations. How do I set up meta and Manychat professionally to deliver automations to others?? What do I need to do to set up everything?

Meta are moving to a new version of recurring noticications, starting in Jan 2026, called ‘Marketing Messages’. For all pages established prior to September, you can continue to use the recurrent noticiation functionaility as normal for the time being, but for new accounts you cannot. On my new facebook page/manychat subscription, i can still send the recurring noticiation opt in request, and people can opt in as they could before, i just cannot send recurring noticiation messages.  Does anyone know whether the new ‘marketing messages’ will use the same opt ins as the current recurring noticiations use? or will it be a seperate integration all together? I dont know whether i should continue to get opt ins from users so i can contact them in January if the integration is similar… or if its not worth doing this if the opt in process/api will be different/not transferrable. If anyone, or manychat, have some clarity on this it would be greatly appreciated

Hello,  I am facing a problem. and don’t know if it’s normal. in de organic automation (comment on post) it’s working fine. But I used the same post/reel in meta to make an add. With automation (click on add) then quick replay en then go to the organic automation. but when people comment the word in the add then it don’t work. Is this normal? 

I have a Pro Plan but I have almost exhausted my contacts, can we purchase additional ones apart from the plan renewal ones?

A bit frustrated, but still hopeful.We’ve reached out through support tickets and email while trying to move forward with the Elite plan, and unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. We meet the stated requirements and are genuinely interested in doing business with Manychat, so the lack of response has been a little discouraging.We believe in the platform and see a lot of potential in working together.. just hoping to connect with the right person to take the next step.

Hello Manychat Community!On behalf of a client that expects to have more than a million active users a month, I would like to find out:how much the license for 1M, 3M and 10M active users would cost (Advanced plan) whether the monthly payment plan is a monthly rolling contract that can be terminated at the end of any month or whether it is, as the name says, just a payment plan, i.e. with an annual contractual commitment  how I can contact Manychat (the company) to get a binding quotation. I am surprised that on www.manychat.com I could not find an inquiry form or at least a contact email address to submit my questions, and, most surprisingly, that a provider of chat automation software does not offer a chatbot on their site to get in contact with them… I know it is December 26th, but isn’t the availability 24x7 of a chatbot one of its key advantages (as Manychat’s competitors seem to know very well...)?Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone,I have a question about using ManyChat automations with Meta ads.I currently have a comment-on-reel automation set up for both Instagram and Facebook. Now I want to turn this into a Meta ad that sends users into a DM flow.My questions are: Do I need to create separate ManyChat flows per platform (one for Instagram DM and one for Facebook Messenger)? In Meta Ads Manager, is it best practice to also create two separate ad sets, one for Instagram and one for Facebook, each connected to its own flow? The flows would be almost identical in content, but I’m not sure what’s required technically vs what’s just best practice.Thanks in advance for your help!

Basically I want it so that any dm thats sent to me will trigger the automation. Im aware of the default response, but this is not what im looking for.  I want my automation to read any dm, use ai to understand it and reply to it.Thanks.

Hi there so I keep running into situations where blocks / parameterized text that I use across tons of automations; I decide could be tweaked by adding some more parameters and text.  I then have to go through ALL of those blocks across almost 50 automations and update the text in those blocks 1 by 1. Is there anyway to solve for this?  For example this Action block that sends me an email uses message text - and I just had to add “From {{entry_channel}} {{entry_surface}} -- Keyword: {{entry_trigger_id}}” and now I am manually updating ALL of those blocks.  Instead of the message essentially being its own variable or something. Does anyone have a pattern / solution for this?----------{{full_name|fallback:"Contact"}} appears to be requesting support  or is following up related to the {{entry_intent}}From {{entry_channel}} {{entry_surface}} -- Keyword: {{entry_trigger_id}} IG: {{ig_username}}Message: {{triggering_text_input}}
