¡Hola!Tengo una duda, ¿hay forma de crear un flujo para enviar un mensaje de felicitación a través de whatsapp? Es decir, ya tengo guardados los datos del cumpleaños (fecha de nacimiento de la persona), entonces quiero que el día de su cumpleaños se envie un mensaje de felicitación a través de la opción de plantillas de whatsapp. ¿Es posible? ¿Me podrían orientar?

We are on Pro plan (currently on trial end in 9 days), and inside whatsapp channel, we are getting this message:- “Wallet funds are required for sending WhatsApp messages. We recommend enabling Auto-Refill”,, as follow:-  so what this message is trying to say? do we need to pay additional fees beside the subscription to be able to send messages?Can anyone advice please? Thanks

We set the commenting trigger for our last post to be “Rolling Dube” but it’s not triggering a manychat response for all of the commenters. Some get a response but for the past few days, they haven’t been receieving a post response and DM chat.

Tengo una automatización realizada en Make, en la cual ante una respuesta de Whatsapp ente mensaje ingresa a Make, lo trabaja un agente y devuelve sin problemas la respuesta al usuario. Por otro lado, tengo una campaña en Manychat donde contacto a una serie de usuarios con una acción de marketing. El problema es que aquellos usuarios que responden, dichas respuestas no ingresan en la automatización de Make.  Alguno podría darme una idea de donde buscar la solución? Muchas Gracias!!!

i have set the following 2 triggers for whatsapp:-  but currently for some users, when the user type “Hi there”, 2 duplicate messages will be sent? any advice?  when i checked the inbox, it mentioned one reply is been sent by whatsapp business app:-  

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

i just want to disintergrate my instagram from manychat  & I can’t see the remove button. this is so frustrating. Attaching screenshot  at bottom . this is a critical problem . i have filled out the form . I got no solution answers. Based on the Community notes this issue has been going on for three years and I dont see a fix.  I was trying to set up my Purchased local number and Twilio Said I needed to start with a trial 888 number so I did that.  I requested the local number be approved so I can send and receive text response and keyword triggers through ManyChat.  I continue to be declined.  Who has been Successful and HOW?  THanks in advance  Frank Mazzuca

Hi there, hoping for some quick assistance! Below is my flow – for the life of me, I cannot make the Smart Delay work. What am I doing wrong?Here is how my flow is working: 1- Comment on IG Post to DM2- DM requests an email address.3- Once received, email is added to Mailchimp + email including resources is sent out via the email feature within ManyChat.4- If no response, SMART DELAY and then re-ask for email. When setting up a comment style automation with any specific new reel. This has happened several times on many different reel automations that I've tried to set up. People will click on the prompt to follow, and then the same prompt will show up again, and then they'll click the button again, and the same prompt will show up. The link is not sending properly the way that it should be! This has happened now to several new follows that I've gotten from some promotions that I'm running for specific content.  I've tried toggling the prompts on and off. I've tried updating the app for ManyChat and for Instagram, and I have updated iOS as well. None of these fixes are working. It's happened to more than a handful of people at this point, and it's a really bad look for business. 

None of the documents show me how to cancel my subscription.  No direct ways of contact. Nightmare.

I'm facing an issue with ManyChat and Instagram Direct messages and could use some help.When I receive a message from Instagram Direct in ManyChat, I store it in a variable called message and then send it to a server using an external request. Everything works fine except when the user uses the enter key to go to the next line in their message. Because the message goes to the next line, using this variable in the JSON body causes an error.For example:Message:Hello How are you? External request JSON body:{ "message": "message" } This causes a problem because the JSON body ends up looking like this:{ "message": "HelloHow are you?" } The problem is that \n is not being used for multi-line messages, which breaks the JSON structure.Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions.Thank you!

I got confused on the whatsapp messages types, seems we have:-1- 24 hour message2- more than 24 hours message3- normal messages4- utility approved messages so can anyone help me in understanding those? in my case, i send a 24-hours windows whatsapp message to the user yesterday morning, now i got this message inside manychat UI:-  so how i can avoid this? using utility messages? and if utility messages is the way to allow us to reply after 24-hours, are those offered for free ? second point, now using  whatsapp business application, i can still reply to the above user even after 24 hours… so is the 24-hours limited inside manychat’s Inbox UI only?

seems manychat can link existing whatsapp business number to manychat using the coexistence option, so does this mean that the chat history can be accessed either by the manychat dashboard or through the whatsapp application?

      What are the numbers tracking? I have a lead gen that is ONLY accessible through organic social posts, using ManyChat. I’ve added a screenshot of ManyChat analytics and a screenshot of my Klaviyo list growth for the same period.Is the 2817 total views/impressions? What is 65.5% and what is 5%? These numbers don’t make sense at all. I’d appreciate some clarity.

Hi,I have been going round in circles with chat support trying to get this to work. It seems there is a blockage on my instagram business account that isn’t sending to new follower - it hasn’t sent to anyone. It tells me to go onto messaging tools in settings on instagram but I can never find the settings or toggles to turn on/off in the first place. I really need to chat to an actual human for some help! Anyone had this problem? Or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated x

When connecting WhatsApp with ManyChat we have those 3 options:- Transfer your own WhatsApp numberCreate a new WhatsApp numberConnect your WhatsApp number with Coexistence [BETA]  so what are the differences between the first and third option? as both will connect to existing number , am i correct?
