Hi all, I’m new to Many Chat and set up a ad click automation on a low budget ad while trying to learn everything. Since going live yesterday I’ve had 30 clicks but no automations go through. It’s linked on Meta Ads Manager and on the Manychat side, and the automation is live so I’m a bit lost as to what’s going wrong. Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much in advance!Gabriel

Hoje uso o Whatsapp Business, porem devido o volume de mensagens que recebemos estamos a pensar em migrar para a API Oficial.Hoje devo receber na faixa de mais de 1500 mensagens (contatos) mensais. Ao selecionar o plano que quero contratar (Manychat Pro R$149), esse plano ira me atender?Outra duvida é, todos os meses eu recebendo a media de 1000 a 2000 contatos, esses leads vão ficando armazenados? Oque isso impacta no plano contratado?Oque é computador Contato (lead), as conversas ativas no período de 24 h ou todos os contatos recebidos?

New to many chat literally just tried to make an account and connect- I did everything followed all steps and went back to many chat and it’s just stuck on the connect page, I click connect with meta and it just takes me to my Facebook page, I click connect with instagram and it just takes me to my Instagram page? How do I connect ??

Do you have to have a business Facebook page to connect it to Instagram and Facebook? Anyone know a work around since I don’t have a Facebook business page? My Facebook is in the professional setting.

how many tasks can you save in 1 AI step? i thought it was unlimited but now I can only add up to 5 tasks per AI step. anyone else having tme same observation? does anyone know what the limit is? 

É possível conectar um mesmo número de WhatsApp em mais de uma conta do Manychat? Se sim, as mensagens recebidas nesse número iriam para ambas as contas do Manychat ou apenas para aquela conta onde há uma campanha com o contato relacionado?

Fiz o cancelamento da assinatura, desconectei tudo, porém, o manychat segue tentando debitar o valor no meu cartão de crédito. Algum lugar onde eu possa falar diretamente com eles? Me orientem, grata.

Example attached.I want people to pick an option from the list so the automation doesnt die.I can do this successfully by looping them back to the question using data collection or conditions with tags when they give an invalid response using the “next step” feature. However the “next step” runs in the background even after i get a valid response and will still loop them back to the question.How can i disable the next step if i get my response?

I recently saw a video of someone who mentioned Manychat was available for TikTok in the USA (they are based in the USA). When I try to connect, I get either a “something went wrong” message (on the iOS app) or the “not available in your country” message on the desktop. Is it only available to a select few? :) How can I be on that list?

I have some how created to separate manychat accounts 1 for facbook and one for instagram. when i try to delete 1 of them it says if i remove it i wont be able to use it again with manychat. is there a way to merge them? i dont want to loose my page or what can i do. i dont need to pay for two separate accounts i dont think
