Hello!I had a automation with new followers and it worked perfectly fine until two weeks ago.I tried to update the automation and connecting again with my Instagram account but it didn't work.I don't know what's the problem or how can I solve this...

I paid for the pro plan but it seems the manychat bot or whatever that is didn't recognize it so it stopped my automation completely. When I login I get the free account pop up but when check my profile it's showing a pro sign.I received the invoice meaning the payment went through. I'm so frustrated it affected my business,I tried to get support and all I get are bots no human and the bot said the issue needs a human.what should I do? This is bad why does Manychat say contact support when there's literally no human support?

How do I set up a comment automation so that users only receive an automated message once, rather than every time they comment on a video?Ideally, I want to capture new followers or non-followers who comment and haven’t heard from us before.Right now, sending a DM every time someone comments starts to feel spammy — so looking for a smarter way to handle this.

Okay so I am trying to link my instagram and I login and then it asks me to verify through phone number or email. the email will not send (coming up with an error code saying to ‘try again later’ even though later never works) and when I chose to verify through phone number it does not ever text me. I am at my wits end and need some guidance! 

Hello ManyChat Community,I have been attempting to integrate my TikTok Business account (username: ragnar_spirit) with ManyChat for several months now, but every time I click Connect and grant permissions, I receive a generic error message stating, “Something went wrong.” Despite multiple retries, the process fails at the permission‐granting step. My TikTok account is verified as a Business account and is registered in the USA. The problem has accured months ago, but I’m writing now, cause I need it support, I would be grateful.Details of the Issue: Account Type: TikTok Business (not Creator or Personal). Geography: USA‐based account (all settings reflect United States region). Error Message: After logging into TikTok and approving all requested permissions, the integration page immediately displays “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” There is no additional diagnostic information or error code. Attempts to Troubleshoot (so far): Verified that I’m using the correct T

How can I set up the automation for “Say hi to new followers” in Manychat for this scenario? When a new follower followed me - I want to send them an instant message but WITHOUT any CTA.Right now, this feature requires a CTA to set this LIVE. But I don’t want that. I’ve seen someone has managed to do it but I can’t seem to properly set it up. Can someone help? Thanks!

I am using the pre-build variable and it is not working whatsoever. I’ve already tried to replace it with manual {{}} and still not working. No name after “Hey...”

I have already subscribed to manychat pro plan but I need to implement in my service a retargeting campaign via WhatsApp and Mail, I don’t know what’s more convinient, to get new tools or manychat is a good option for this…

Hi,In almost all the content I’ve seen online (YouTube videos, blog posts, tutorials), it is clearly stated that deleting contacts should reduce the number of active contacts used for billing.However, in my case, this is not happening: I deleted contacts from my list But the number of active contacts used for billing does NOT decrease So my question is very simple:👉 Is this a recent system change in ManyChat?👉 Or is there something wrong with my account?Because right now, my experience directly contradicts all publicly available information.Would appreciate a clear answer. Is there a trigger on tik tok for when someone follows you?

I’ve set up the automation, filling in all the suggested inputs. When I test it, it only sends the first one and doesn’t give the user the button to click, or anything past that. So I don’t actually get to send the link. I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same issue. And I can’t find the link to contact support. Can anyone help?
