Trigger won't stay Enabled

I have a pro plan.  I have enabled a trigger “when user comments on post or reel”.  When I close, the trigger automatically disables.  Not sure why.  Any help is appreciated.

Using Custom field not working on conditions

Hello,  I’m using Custom Field for data collection there, but when they type a text under the conditions, it won’t run the automation. Can anyone help why it won’t work? This was working for the past few months but I don’t know what happenedn now.

Olá, tenho automações de redirecionamento para vídeos no YouTube com gatilhos numéricos. Já utilizamos essa forma há um tempo, e sempre funcionou perfeitamente. No entanto, nos últimos dois meses, está ocorrendo um problema: quando alguém digita o gatilho, por exemplo, 830, ao acessar pelos Stories ou postagens no Instagram, o sistema redireciona para o gatilho 30 ou qualquer outro que contenha o número 30.Desabilitei os gatilhos que terminam em 30, mas recentemente o sistema passou a redirecionar para uma opção aleatória. Instagram triggers deactivating after automation saving

I have just created a new automation where I send a message with a button for a form. After saving the automation Manychat says it is online. When I come back to look results two of the three triggers are turned off. Manychat just keeps the Story trigger activated. The trigger for Post or Reel and the trigger for Live are automatically turned off.I´m using a PRO account and a verified Instagram account.How can I keep all the triggers on?

Hi there. I’m using the new option “ChatGTP” in Action Task, instead using the External Query ( using json ). But there isn’t a field to inform the Assistant ID, only the API Key. how send whatsapp message via manychat api

Hello everyone,I’m using code with manychat api to send messages to WhatsApp users who have replied within 24 hours. Although I’m receiving a response of {'status': 'success'}, the users are not actually receiving the messages.On the other hand, if I use the same method with a subscriber_id corresponding to a Facebook user, the messages are sent successfully.Could anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong? Respondendo o botão anterior e misturando respostas no whatsapp

pessoal seguinte, eu faço uma pergunta com 2 botões em baixo, se a pessoa não responde eu mando um reforço com outra pergunta, porem a pessoa respondeu veio e repondeu a primeira e respondeu a segunda também, ai misturou tudo, como eu faço para desabilitar o botão depois que passou o tempo e ele não respondeu?aqui no exemplo está desativado a continuação do próximo passo para o atraso inteligente para evitar mais bugs

Custom Fields not reading properly

Summary of My FlowAn external request that fetches data from a Google Sheets spreadsheet and stores it as a custom field. Cannot Connect my Instagram Account ☹️

Hi ManyChat community.  I NEED HELP!  I am just getting started with ManyChat, but am unable to connect both my IG & FB accounts.  I have both personal and business accounts for both, and when I go to connect, only my personal accounts show up, and ManyChats is suggesting I need to switch those into business accounts….but I already HAVE business accounts.  The troubleshooting & FAQ page is not helpful. 😕 UPDATE: I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

How can I activate an automation in a free plan?

How can I activate an automation in a free plan? My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message). I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.I appreciate any assistance you can offer!

Hi guys,I am a beginner in Manychat and I have a question.Let’s say I want people to get my checklist when they comment CHECKLIST.I want people comment “CHECKLIST” ONLY. I dont want people to get my checklist when they use “checklist” in a sentence. Olá a todos,  Estou desenvolvendo uma automação para um empresarial que possui muitas lojas. Queriamos um modo de perguntar ao usuario para qual loja ele quer ir e com isso dar algumas informações. Para isso, estou salvando as repostas num bloco de atributos do usuario e depois o manychat pesquisa esse atributo numa planilha google sheets. Porém, minha preocupação é que os usuarios respondam com uma frase e não somente com o nome da loja, por exemplo, inves de falarem “Adidas” falem “Quero ir para Adidas”.Existe algum recurso que posso colocar para filtrar parte da resposta e inserir depois em um atributo como “loja_destino”? Mas de modo que somente insira o nome das lojas e não a frase inteira.  Obrigado!

A lógica de ter um whatsapp business e não poder usá-lo!

Eu gostaria de entender a lógica de ter um whatsapp business já conectado a minha conta do Facebook Business e ao tentar conectar aqui no Manychat é recusada, porque?(Questão 1: Esse número será conectado a conta Manychat e só poderá ser usado com estratégias aqui, é isso?)Se o Facebook Business me concede a opção de fazer a conecção com a minha conta porque essa conta do whatsapp não é válida?Engraçado que ninguém faz um tutorial explicando o porque dessa situação?

Good day to everyone!In the “Contacts” I have my Widgets and I’m not really sure why they are there, I haven’t set any. I would like to delete them but can’t figure out how to do that. The link there is not available anymore and I have concerns that my clients might get confused.So is there any possibility to delete the Widgets? I appreciate any help!
