How do you confirm you have Pro version of Manychat?

Hello, community, i can’t get this issue solve no matter how, i design a simple flow like the screenshot below: When i test this, i found that, after the AI step send the link, when i reply ‘thank you’, the AI reply ‘welcome with the link again’, how can i get this solve? i tried to prompt the AI don’t include the link in the message when saying welcome, but it doesn’t work.

I’m doing an connection between my Landing Page and Manychat to create the contacts and starts a flow with it. The problem is: I can create the user with the endpoint: /fb/subscriber/createSubscriber, but if the contact is already in my manychat contacts base i can’t get a response from manychat that gives the subscriber id.Doing a get request by number like this: https://api.manychat.com/fb/subscriber/findBySystemField?phone={{phone_number}} it does’nt return any data about the user, even in the test on: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/

Would love some help.  Getting super frustrated.  Ultimately I want to be able to add a video in my DM automation so I searched and found that I should create an automation from scratch. So I tried to do that and set up a trigger for when someone comments on my IG post to send a message but after I typed in the text, there is no dot or “next step” to add another step!  I can’t figure it out. What am I doing wrong?  I also don’t see an option for adding a video anywhere.  I am getting so discouraged.  I have spent way too much time trying to figure this out. 

I’m trying to configure the chatbot to send an external URL (usually a Facebook/Instagram reel video) in Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. However, when the user taps on the external link, it usually trigger ManyChat tracker URL first, then redirect the user to the actual URL of the reel video. I already turned off the the setting “Automatically send events to the Conversation API ...” in Settings/Ads Optimization, but this behavior is still occurring.

Hello, I am linking a custom OpenAI Chatbot with my WhatsApp Business account to allow users to interact with the Chatbot via WhatsApp. I want the response to occur as soon as possible (ideally within a few seconds), but am having trouble doing this. I can have a trigger to communicate with OpenAI based on a WhatsApp message from the user but it must contain certain keywords, which is problematic since the user would always need to include a specific keyword (or one of three keywords). I could have it be a date/time based trigger based on the last time of interaction on WhatsApp but the minimum value I can put is 1 minute, when I’d prefer it be immediate or just a few seconds (10 seconds at the most) since waiting for for a response detracts from how effective the interaction is. Any suggestions for how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m so frustrated that after trying every possible solution recommended by the support chatbot, I haven’t got a resolution on itIn return, it created a support ticket where there has been no response at all since last 3 days.
