I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

Hi everyone,we’re having a tricky issue with our WhatsApp Business setup via Manychat and hope someone from the community can help:  Our WhatsApp display name “Fresh Hotspot” was rejected by Meta. At the same time, we submitted a Facebook Page name change from “Freshvenience Hotspots” to “Fresh Hotspot”, which has now been approved. So now, everything is aligned: our brand, our page (Fresh Hotspot), our website (https://fresh-hotspot.at) – but WhatsApp still shows the old name rejection.  Here’s the problem:  We connected the number via Manychat and can’t edit the name in Meta Business Manager. Meta Support says: the name was rejected by WhatsApp. WhatsApp Support says: they can’t change it and refer us back to Meta.  So we’re stuck in a loop. 😩 ➡️ Question: How can we resubmit the display name “Fresh Hotspot” for review in Manychat or Meta?➡️ Or how can we change the display name without disconnecting the number? Any help or similar experience would be appreciated. I automatically have messenger opening up after a form lead is submitted. The contact is saved in Manychat. I can’t figure out how to get the Whatsapp number into the contact on Manychat. anyone have an idea?

Hello, I’m trying to find an older post to add automation but I don’t get the option of ‘see more’. As suggested in some of the posts here. I’m on a free plan but I’m assuming that shouldn’t be the reason.  It’s not letting me go beyond posts from a month or two ago.  attaching a pic.  

Hi guys, I’m working on AI agent with Manychat + Make and I noticed that when users responds with a reaction or sticker the content of the last input is the same from the last text message. I wonder if there’s a way to ignore when I receive a reaction or sticker from the user. Is there a way to capture this info? Thanks

Hi Manychat community. I have set up an automation to collect emails from Facebook and Instagram from a post. I was able to collect a CSV file with all the emails from Instagram, but I couldn’t do it from Facebook. When I ask for a CSV extract, it gives me a Google sheet file with only numbers. Is there anyone who know how to fix this ? I hope someone can help.

Hi everyone,I already have one WhatsApp Business number connected to my Meta ad account and running through the WhatsApp Business App on my phone. I’m now trying to add a second WhatsApp number to handle new-lead automations in ManyChat. When I started the setup, I connected to my Meta account but stopped before completing the process.My questions: Will Meta allow me to register and run two separate WhatsApp Business numbers under the same Business Manager? Could having my existing number already in use on Meta ads prevent me from adding a new number or messing up my Meta ads by changing the number ect? Is there any special verification or provisioning step needed to keep the two numbers completely isolated? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hola equipo de ManyChat,Estoy presentando un inconveniente al intentar conectar mi cuenta profesional de Instagram a su plataforma.Les comparto todo el detalle del proceso que ya he realizado:🔹 Lo que ya tengo configurado: Tengo una cuenta de Instagram profesional He creado una página de Facebook profesional  La cuenta de Instagram profesional está correctamente conectada a la página de Facebook desde la configuración de la página (Configuración > Cuentas conectadas > Instagram). En Instagram, dentro del Centro de Cuentas, la página de Facebook profesional está correctamente asociada. Mi cuenta de Facebook personal es la administradora total de la página profesional. 🔹 Lo que ya he hecho: Inicié sesión en ManyChat desde Facebook. Seleccioné todas las páginas y todas las cuentas de Instagram disponibles al otorgar permisos. hi everyone, i have a quick question about external request, i’m doing a request to n8n this workflow use IA to answer the user question and retrieve the answer throught the ‘respond to webhook’ node, the issue is this: the node still running and manychat show me a alert that the request is null, i try to use http headers to solve this but not work this is the response register:  if u can see the response is null, i thought that maybe the problem is the response mapping but is not  and this is the response in n8n:  is responding correctly. if i use another way to make request the response is working  HERE this is the headers that im using  how could i solve this issue? thnks 

eu desconectei o canal whatsapp, e agora pelo que vi as formas de conectar novamente foram alteradas mas eu não consigo realizar a conexão o número já está na conta do whatsapp do facebook, mas não aparece mais a opção no manychat
