I would like to configure a message to automatically respond to my user after he sends a file via WhatsApp, something like "your file was received successfully", the problem is that by default, when waiting for a file to be sent, manychat forces the success condition as an action, and as far as I know... it is not possible to continue the flow after an action.
I wanna ask if there is any possibility to integrate manychat chatbot to our website, when a person comes to our site he can talk with chatbot?
I see that there used to be a landing page growth tool - now that growth tools have gone, have landing pages gone too? Any recommendations for a cost effective & easy to use landing page function? Thanks in advance!
The quality of my number connected to Manychat (the one I use for WhatsApp onboarding) has gone down. I won’t send the welcome flow anymore, but I’d like to at least tag the new contacts, so that I can contact them later.Is that possible or would it possibly make the whole number be blocked?Thank you!(context: I’m in the middle of a launching campaign, so we’ve been receveing thousands of contacts everyday. Despite all the good practice, some still report our number).

I need to know how to connect Zapier with ManyChat to create a listing that displays the properties I have for sale via WhatsApp messages.I set up the Zapier connection with Google Sheets, then used the "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows" action and converted the data into JSON using a Python script with Code by Zapier.Now, my question is: how can I display this information as individual messages when the customer clicks the "Buy Property" button within the message flow in ManyChat?Thanks in advance! He hecho una automatización para vender un ebook. Después de enviar el enlace de pago de Stripe y que el cliente haya pagado, quiero que le salga al cliente otro mensaje en Instagram para la descarga del ebook.Lo he testeado y hasta el pago funciona pero no consigo que despues se cree el mensaje de descarga en IG. Hey folks,we are using a lot of external request with a REST API and we want to see or work with the error codes of the http status.For instance, if everything is fine, we get an http 200. When we have a internal server error from the rest backend we get an http 500 for example and want to send an error message to the chat. Currently our workaround would be sending the error message in a valid json back, which is not intended to be done in REST Calls. Because its not 100% possible in every use case.So we want to have access to the http status while designing the flows and react with conditions to the flowThanks and best regardsMarc

Manychat allows me to change my automation flow basis on this condition (Whether the user is a follower or not). Recently while speaking to a fellow Instagram business owner, I got to know there is no official Instagram API to check if the user is a follower of your channel or not and there is a high chance Manychat is scraping our IG account to check for follower status. Hi! I’ve set up my main menu automation for Instagram, however, I can’t find it. It says to click on the 3 lines (hamburger) but that doesn’t exist on IG now the upper right-hand corner has the option to audio or video call. Does anyone know where to click for the main menu options to come up? Thanks!
Hi , I have multiple Instagram pages (one personal, one content creator and one Podcast) connected to my personal Facebook account. I have connected my personal Instagram account to Manychat. Can I add additional these Instagram pages to my Manychat dashboard and manage them all through the one Manychat account?
