I was using Chatcenter with my whatsapp number, it is a chatbot from a different company, in Spanish. I am now signed in to Manychat, but I am not able to connect the number I had linked with Chatcenter, although this number is unlinked from Chatcenter.The number is a landline, and the only option Manychat is giving me is to send a text message.Did anyone encounter a similar problem?Any suggestions on how to solve it? Olá, Alguém pode me ajudar? Fiz todo o passo a passo de automação e com resposta de links. Para os sistemas IOS, os links funcionam normalmente de forma clicável. Porém, o público que utiliza Android, não consegue acessar o mesmo link de um usuário de iOS. Para os Android os links são enviados como texto, não clicável. Como faço para corrigir e conseguir que todas as pessoas sem diferenciação de sistemas Android e IOS, consigam acessar os links sem problemas?.

I asked a question about the red notification saying ‘Mark this message as comment reply’ and the thread has been marked as solve, but it isn’t.i was told it wouldn’t show up as a comment but a DM but thats not what the screen is saying. This isn’t message 1, it’s message 2 with a free guide, so i don’t want it to post in the comments, it has to be by DM.Can anyone help?
trying to setup where if my bot can't answer the question it transfers to human and if user sends a message requesting human it transfers to human, I saw about fallback flows but struggling to set up on my current built automation as the reply seems to be in settings for the whole account rather than an individual flow

The Manychat guided articles keeps directing me to “Growth Tools” and “Setup”, but these does not exist in my account as well. I am following the instructions but in my account -> Automation -> Website Widgets I don't see the "Setup Your Website" with the JavaScript Snippet.What can be the reason and where can I find this snippet and why all the Help knowledge base of Manychat keeps telling me about “Growth Tools” and “Setup” sections that does not exist in my account? Para darles contexto, tengo una página de comercio electrónico en la que vendo productos, es una pagina desarrollada desde 0, y por ese medio vendo cientos de productos al mes, por lo que me gustaría saber si es posible realizar una integración que consista en que si un usuario realiza una compra en mi sitio web, se cree automaticamente un chat de whatsapp en mi Manychat notificando el pedido de esa persona que podría haber escrito antes, o puede ser totalmente nuevo.Inicialmente me gustaría saber si eso es posible, y si lo fuera, más o menos con qué herramientas del API. Eu comecei a usar o ManyChat faz pouco mais de uma semana, não recebi nenhum contato usando os gatilhos. Agora, quando fui tentar fazer uma nova automação com gatilho por comentário no instagram, ao clicar em ativar não vai só abre uma propaganda da versão pro. Não estou usando nenhum recurso pro e não fiz nenhum contato, quem dirá 1000 da versão gratuita. Alguém sabe resolver?

Hi, I have Manychat enabled for my DMs and when a person writes multiple DMs in a row (let’s say 5), then Manychat also responds to 5 in a row, frequently repeating in content. Is there a condition/anything I could introduce to respond always only to 1 DM when multiple are sent in a row?

I am creating an audio newsletter on Whatsapp. The user would type a certain keyword in order to receive it. Manychat doesn’t have a dynamic content block for whatsapp. And using custom fields to save the link of the audio file is rendered as a url not a media file on Whatsapp. Is there any other way to use dynamic content with audio messages?
I’m trying to save a new automation and it keeps saying mark this comment as a message or reply?It won’t let me go any further but I have already marked it as comments with keywords. I followed the threads guidance and marked as instagram opt in, but it is still taking me back to the first message?

Les cuento que tengo mi flujo ya instalado completamente, he hecho las pruebas por el testeo de instagram y el flujo funciona, pero cuando pruebo las pausas inteligentes, estas no se activan. He revisado bien la configuración y están correctas. Verifiqué mi zona horaria y también lo está, la verdad no entiendo que podría estar pasando.Agradezco mucho si alguien pudiera aconsejarme, saludos y muchas gracias :)!
I am creating a subscription list on news reports and offers on Whatsapp.So I’m creating a feature for the user to manage it’s subscription and would like to dynamically return a list to the user once he/she requests it showing all subscriptions he has and all other available subscriptions.I am saving everything in my database via HTTP requests, so ideally I would return the data when sending the user the list of subscriptions.Is there a way to do this? I think on messenger it is the Dynamic Block, and I know in the UI there is no way to do this for whatsapp. But could I achieve this through the API?

I disabled and removed manychat from my fb page, but it seems users still can see the automation options (but of course the bot no longer reacts to it). How can i clear the options users see when they message the page? Help!
