I'm currently using WhatsApp automation and relying on the "last interaction" timestamp to trigger reminder messages. However, I've noticed inconsistent behavior with this parameter — sometimes it successfully triggers the reminder, and other times it doesn't, even when the conditions seem to be met.I'm looking for a more reliable method to trigger reminder messages to customers on WhatsApp, based on the time since their last interaction/message.Specifically, I want to: Detect if a customer hasn't responded within a specific time window (e.g., 12 or 23 hours). Automatically send a friendly follow-up/reminder message if no response was received. Ensure it works consistently, regardless of whether the customer's last message was text, media, or quick reply. Is there a best practice or alternative approach to reliably track last user activity in WhatsApp and trigger reminders accordingly (e.g., via session events, message logs, or contact activity flags)?

How can I change the assigned agent and the agent who receives notifications across different automations at once, instead of going manually into each automation and changing it? In our team, we have a different agent in charge of monitoring WhatsApp messages each day, and I currently have to update all the automations manually. Is there a way to change it for all automations at once?

No estoy seguro de como funcionan los puestos de chat en vivo. Somos una agencia de viajes de 13 personas y todos tienen el permiso de Agentes de chat en vivo pero al momento de intentar responder los mensajes, dice que no tienen los permisos. ¿No es lo mismo un Agentes de chat en vivo que un Puesto en el Chat en vivo?

Ao comentar, o usuário recebe a mensagem por direct e uma resposta ao comentário sinalizando que a mensagem por direct foi enviada com a informação que ele deseja. Sempre configuro na opção “qualquer comentário” para evitar problemas. Ocorre que minhas automações não estão respondendo comentários E NEM sinalizando ao usuário que a mensagem por direct foi enviada! Isso está acontecendo em todas as minhas automações! Já atualizei permissões do Instagram, já apaguei e refiz uma automação e simplesmente não volta ao normal! Alguém pode me ajudar com isso? Estou perdendo interações por conta desse problema!Desde já, agradeço a ajuda!

Ya es mi tercer reencuentro con Manychat, luego de mis primeros dos intentos frustrantes.Ahora me encuentro intentando realizar mi primera automatización y algo que debería ser muy sencillo, no entiendo por qué se complica.Paso uno: El usuario comenta una palabra en un posteo y luego le llega un mensaje con tres botones. El mensaje llega, con lo tres botones. Lo que ocurre luego es al presionar cualquiera de los botones ( 3 ) ninguno da la respuesta siguiente. 

Tengo conectado Whatsaap API con facebook, cuando creo los agentes para chat, me sale mensaje que no tiene permisos, pero tienen el ROL de agentes en vivo desde manychat, pero aun asi no se habilita el chat, como puedo solucionar I have WhatsApp API connected to Facebook, when I create agents for chat, I get a message that they don't have permissions, but they have the ROLE of live agents from ManyChat, but the chat is still not enabled, how can I solve it?

I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

Hi everyone,we’re having a tricky issue with our WhatsApp Business setup via Manychat and hope someone from the community can help:  Our WhatsApp display name “Fresh Hotspot” was rejected by Meta. At the same time, we submitted a Facebook Page name change from “Freshvenience Hotspots” to “Fresh Hotspot”, which has now been approved. So now, everything is aligned: our brand, our page (Fresh Hotspot), our website (https://fresh-hotspot.at) – but WhatsApp still shows the old name rejection.  Here’s the problem:  We connected the number via Manychat and can’t edit the name in Meta Business Manager. Meta Support says: the name was rejected by WhatsApp. WhatsApp Support says: they can’t change it and refer us back to Meta.  So we’re stuck in a loop. 😩 ➡️ Question: How can we resubmit the display name “Fresh Hotspot” for review in Manychat or Meta?➡️ Or how can we change the display name without disconnecting the number? Any help or similar experience would be appreciated.
