Hi,So I am trying to set up an automation flow on Facebook Messenger where it is limited to 250 DMs and once it passes that it stops the flow.Additionally I want to have a randomization aspect where 75% of users get a DM with a link, while 25% do not.I want each user to only be able to be considered for 1 comment they leave on a post, to prevent spam from gaming the system.Here is what I have so far… can you help fix? 

Hi, We are running a FB Business Page and want to know what is the max amount of messages in DMs we can send out before being flagged? Example → We create automation flow where ManyChat DMs on Messenger people who post a particular word.  Is there a specific number? 

So once you have an automation flow, there is the little ‘on and off’ switch that can be triggered manually.Is there a way to set an automation flow to be turned off or on based on time in a day? i.e. day/month/year and hours/minutes/seconds?

Hello! I can't change the name of the profile that appears to new contacts/customers on WhatsApp. It says "DS4 Laser & Router" which is an old name of my company, which I've never linked to this new profile. I changed the name 3 years ago and I use manychat for about 2 years. I don't know from where this name came.  "Tomorrow" is the name I gave the contact number. "DS4 Laser & Router" is the default name that I want to change.  

Hello, I’m Brazilian and I speak Portuguese. I’m experiencing a problem with the contact limit. It says I can have up to 1,000 contacts, but it also shows that I already have 1,475 contacts. However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?

Buen día Gustavo Boregio.Actualmente estoy consiguiendo millones de vistas en mis reels y quiero activar la automatización de comentarios en ManyChat para enviar mensajes directos automáticos a quienes comentan mi reel con una palabra clave.Mi duda principal es:Si mis reels logran millones de vistas y recibo miles de comentarios al día, ¿Instagram puede bloquear mi cuenta por responder miles de comentarios y enviar demasiados mensajes automáticos al DM? ¿Hay un límite seguro de mensajes o una mejor práctica para evitar un baneo?Agradezco cualquier experiencia personal o recomendación para no poner en riesgo mi cuenta. Por cierto en una página de manychat se menciona esto:“✅ Si tu cuenta de Instagram recibe un gran volumen de comentarios, habilitamos automáticamente un mecanismo especial en el backend  para evitar que las respuestas automáticas continuas activen algún mecanismo de detección de spam.” Entonces no se si sea seguro utilizar la automatización de comentarios cuando se recibe

Hello ManyChat Community,I have been attempting to integrate my TikTok Business account (username: ragnar_spirit) with ManyChat for several months now, but every time I click Connect and grant permissions, I receive a generic error message stating, “Something went wrong.” Despite multiple retries, the process fails at the permission‐granting step. My TikTok account is verified as a Business account and is registered in the USA. The problem has accured months ago, but I’m writing now, cause I need it support, I would be grateful.Details of the Issue: Account Type: TikTok Business (not Creator or Personal). Geography: USA‐based account (all settings reflect United States region). Error Message: After logging into TikTok and approving all requested permissions, the integration page immediately displays “Something went wrong. Hello I am selecting an engagement campaign with the ad set conversion location as “Messaging Apps”. “Partner Apps” does not show up at the ad level as a destination option:     I can verify the ad account matches the connected Manychat facebook page’s ad account I have a live/published automation ready to goWhat more needs to be done to allow “partner apps” to be shown?

I have searched some YouTube videos about ManyChat. It shows up it automates the answer for some keywords, but can I reply to the TikTok message & DMs in the ManyChat backend?  I can not find any contact info on this website, which sucks. Help, please guys. 

Hello, I am a food blogger and DM my recipes using many chat on both Facebook and Instagram. It is costing me over $1k a month so I want to delete that contacts and bring the cost way down. I have their email address stored on my eDM system so I do not need them any longer.My question is,  after I delete them, can the user interact again if they start an automation by commenting on a post? Does it treat them like they are a new person?taStacey  

HI - I know its more a Facebook issue - but i dont find help on this and I want to use manychat to automate my whatsapp channel for my brand. However - I can not connect with manychat to it - it finds the account, it finds the number - but then somehow it doesnt work as it always says, that the number is already in use.  So the problem is: I registered one number - and somehow i can not verify the number as it says “number is already being used. However - I have no where else the number registered.  I have one business portfolio quoala.de, then I have one whatsapp account named Quoala. Then in the whatsapp manager i have this number registered - but as you can see - i cant verify it, as it is already in use.  I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.  

Eu tenho 4 canais ativos no Manychat: Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp e SMS. Eu precisava criar um menu de opções (e obviamente seguir com outros submenus, consulta a requisições POST, etc), mas precisava fazer 1 vez apenas e que funcione em todos os canais.Como voces fizeram o de voces? Tudo integrado, tudo separado? Qual conseguiu fazer funcionar e qual não conseguir fazer funcionar?Como disparar o menu de opções nos leads que chegam e os que marcamos como concluido? E mais um detalhe, eu disparo promocoes com palavras-chave no Instagram e Facebook.Resumindo, bem complexo. Mas toda ajuda é bem vinda.Obrigado.

I have been experiencing issues when launching my broadcasts. For the past two days, I have scheduled and sent them live to a specific number of people. The execution appears to work, and it shows that the message has been sent, but only 1 or 2 people receive it, even though I configured it to be sent to 2,000 people. I am attaching screenshots showing the number of people the broadcast was supposed to be sent to and the actual number of recipients.!

Olá! Estou com dificuldade de encontrar uma solução para o fluxo parar de mandar a mensagem de boas-vindas no meio da conversa. Exemplo, meu gatilho é “oi”, se a pessoa clica na opção de “falar com atendente” e ela fala “oi” pro atendente o fluxo reinicia, e as vezes mesmo não digitando a palavra gatilho o fluxo esta iniciando novamente.

He estado presentando problemas al lanzar mis broadcasts. Llevo 2 días en los que, al programarlo y lanzarlo en vivo a un determinado número de personas, se ejecuta y aparece como enviado, pero solo llega a 1 o 2 personas, aunque en la configuración haya indicado que se envíe a 2,000 o más personas.Adjunto capturas donde se muestra el número de personas a las que se debía enviar el broadcast y el número real de destinatarios.¿Podrían ayudarme a identificar dónde podría estar ocurriendo el problema? ¿Es un problema de configuración, una limitación de la plataforma o algo más?
