Not Turning On/Saving Trigger

I have a free account and I’ve been trying all day to create an automation (which I have successfully done in the past). My triggers work when tested on the back end, but won’t turn on and when the automation is re-opened the trigger disappears. What am I doing wrong?

NOT Able to renew my subscription.

Hey, I have added my internationally enablesd credit card which is working on all the service provider like, convertkit, zoom etc. Only manychat doesn’t renew. Everything is working perfectly on my credit card’s side.Even I’m unable to pay them through link, how to get this sorted?It just feels like, Manychat itself don’t want their customers to renew the subscription.

How to trigger a flow that starts with a IG Message "within 24 hour window"?

I’ve seen many big IG creators starting their automation with a message that allows them to collect data, such as email, asking people’s names, or using multiple answer choices (versus sending a message “as a comment reply”). How do you do that?This is what I did, but it isn’t working:Step 1: I set up an automation that when people comment KEYWORD on my reel/post they get a tag (flow 1)Step 2: I set up a rule that once people get this tag, it triggers my automationStep 3: I created an automation with the tag as a trigger (“contact event occurs”) and my first message is a message type “within 24 hour window” (flow 2)It doesn’t work ☹️ What am I missing here?Thank you!

Can same email be used more than once by customers when adding them as contacts?

I ran a Facebook a few months ago and collected over 3000 contacts. Then I stopped the ads, and now I am planning to run another ad with the goal of signing up more user and collect contacts. With the ad we are going to offer some deals, like Buy 6 Get 6. Can the contact who already signed up during the initial run enter the same email and/or phone number, take advantage of the coupon but still be one contact in my contacts list? In short, can an existing contact enter her same email or phone number and get the new deal?

Error in my first automation - Automation doesn't work

Hello. I´m trying to set my first automation, but when I click on the “try live” button, the followinf message pops up: Try Pro for free. Waiting for people to tap the link? Send follow-up DMs with our Pro plan. What is more, when I try to turn the automation on, there appears the symbol of prohibited and the message: “open automation so set up a trigger”, but I have aleady done it.

How do I set up smart delay

I’m trying to hack Smart Delays and follow up with someone via Instagram DM’s. I don’t necessarily need them to reply or take action. It looks like the users are going through the delays but for some reason they’re not being pushed into the next action which is another DM. Any thoughts on another way to accomplish this or how to fix?

How to Prevent a Question Funnel to send again to the same person?

I have a funnel set up in my manychat for anyone who comments on my reels with a keyword gets a series of automations sent to them (5 questions to get the conversation going) then at the end I share a link to my website to direct them there. Problem is once people go thru this funnel once, and let’s say comment again on another post in the future I don’t want them to end up getting that exact same set of questions since I already know the answers. I would prefer to only send them the last message which is the link to my website. Is there a way to do this? So essentially they will only get message #8 in my funnel picture below when they comment again and not all the questions? Please help.

Automation When User Comments Specific Word on Post

Hi!  I have been using automation to send links to my Instagram and Facebook followers for many months now and love it.  In the post I tell them to comment a specific word and if they do then the automation sends them the link to purchase.  It has been working perfectly but I have recently come upon a new article from Meta (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/259911614709806) that sounds like they are now saying it is “comment baiting”.  Comment baiting: Asking people to comment with specific answers (words, numbers, phrases or emojis). My question is, does this apply to our automated messages and will this change things for this feature moving forward?  I’m not really baiting them it’s just an easy way for them to get the link right to their inbox automatically if they want it. I don’t want to use the automation if it’s going to get my account suspended or action taken against me in any way.Thank you!

How to set "time" instead date/time

Hello!I’m building a flow for my audience to talk with chatGPT but I only want them to be able to ask 2 questions per 24 hours. Up to this point the flow is set up, my issue is that I can only set up date/time and not only time. My goal is for when the user tries to ask a question that 24 hour window I can reply within that timeframe. Is someone able to help me with this?

follow up DM after initial message

I already posted a video last night for an email type giveaway. I created the automation where they comment a word and I send them the link to enter their email to their DM. the email link stopped working for about an hour last night due to the number of responses and I’d like to send a follow up DM to everyone who has commented with the link again in case they had trouble. is it possible to add this to my flow that’s already been published and the follow up will be sent to everyone and not just new entries? thanks!

Gallery cards (Expand Subtitle)

Hey guys, I wanted to ask if it’s possible for the gallery cards to expand or modal like to show more of the subtitle. This would be useful for product marketing, as it helps clients learn more about the products. Hola Chatbotero/as, tengo una pregunta puntual, me gustaria captar todo el copy de alguien en una variable cuando envia un mensaje en el default replay de whatsapp… Se que tambien se puede hacer, palabra clave, configurar con condicion, y ejecturar accion, pero el texto de entrada me gustaria tenerlo en un campo de usuario!!! Me gustaria tener respuestas!!

Current time based greeting (condition) not working

I’m trying to make time based greetings, but for some reason they aren’t triggering. Don’t see where could be the error in the logic? I know that Sunday is missing in the screenshot.
