não consigo enviar nenhum tipo de vídeo ou captura de tela no chat ao vivo do “whatsapp”  .mp4 ou outros formatos de vídeo, nem mesmo gif animado carrega ao enviar. ManyChat tem essa limitação também?Algum outro usuário tem essa necessidade de enviar vídeos ou capturas de tela pelo chat ao vivo whatsapp? e não tem esse recurso/funcionalidade do whatsapp disponivel ..

I'd like to know where to upgrade my plan, but there's no page in the app showing this.I'd also like to know what features are available with the free version. For example, I can set up automatic replies based on keywords in Instagram posts and automatically send private messages to users, and then automatically reply to users based on keywords in private messages. Hi everyone 👋I’m currently building automated WhatsApp funnels via ManyChat for coaches and consultants in the DACH region — and I came across something that could be a real gamechanger for WhatsApp automation: WhatsApp Forms (or in-app forms).These are forms that open directly inside WhatsApp when someone clicks a link or an ad – allowing the user to fill in fields (like name, email, preferences, etc.) without having to send a keyword first to trigger the flow.I’ve seen that platforms like Spoki already offer this kind of native WhatsApp form experience, and it would be incredibly helpful for ad campaigns and smoother lead onboarding.My question: Does ManyChat currently support this type of native in-WhatsApp form? If not yet, is it something that’s planned or already on the roadmap for 2025? Or is there any known workaround (structured messages, template hacks, etc.) to simulate this? Would love to hear if anyone has insight on this or if the product team can share any info.This

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout. Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.VR/Dan

Hi - basic question but it’s not clear on the website. I have the Pro account for my instagram but I would like to be able to use MC across Facebook AND TikTok. TT isn’t available for the UK yet but do you need to pay PER PLATFORM to access the more advanced features? So I would need another Pro account for Facebook?

Hello,I’m experiencing a consistent issue related to affiliate tracking when using ManyChat Instagram DM automation.Here is the situation: I use an Instagram Comments Automation flow. When someone comments a specific keyword under my post, ManyChat automatically sends them a DM containing my affiliate link. Users click this link and make a purchase. However, the affiliate platform (Impact.com / Hepsiburada LinkGelir system) does not record the sale or assign any commission. When I send the exact same link manually (not via automation), the commission tracks correctly. So it appears that sales made after clicking a link inside an automated DM sent by ManyChat are either: Losing the affiliate tracking parameters, Going through an intermediary redirect within ManyChat, Or being filtered out by the affiliate platform due to the referral source not being recognised. I have already disabled URL shortening inside my Flow, but I cannot find any settings to disable link tracking, sm

I set up the automation in ManyChat correctly because I’ve done this before for other clients, but it’s not working.It does send the reply to the comment, but it doesn’t send anything via DM. What could be the issue?In the Facebook settings page:https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messagingManyChat appears there on top, but when I go to select the recipient for Instagram, I don’t see the ManyChat option. Hi all,Pretty new to MC; been setting up some Instagram automations and came across a challenge.I’m trying to set up a funnel that sends an automated follow-up message 48 hours after the first message. However, I’m being told I can’t do anything over 24 hours. Which makes this funnel pretty useless.ChatGPT says it’s a setting related to my FB/IG, but I don’t see it. Is this because I don’t have a verified account or something..?

Hi, I need help in where to find the JSON code, or How I enable Manychat as Partner app in facebook ads manager? It’s not showing as a Partner app. 

I connected a new WhatsApp number to Manychat (it’s also connected and configured in Meta Business), but I can’t send or trigger any messages — they just stay indefinitely pending Meta’s approval. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue since I’m not receiving any error messages or feedback, and all configuration items appear as OK.I’ve added some screenshots of the number’s configuration below.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?

Yo contaba con pagar $15.Vi que eso depende de los CONTACTOS, pero yo solo he conectado whatsapp y repito al mes me escriben entre 1000 y 1100.No es posible que ya hayan habido más de 1900 contactos como pone el sistema

How do I subscribe profile to Opt In Email Marketing in Klaviyo?  I've tried using the Klaviyo Action, creating webhooks, and nothing is working. Profile in Klaviyo does import and is added to a list but it says "Email Never subscribed". Please help!

While troubleshooting the issue found here and here the Meta support staff told me manychat is no longer a partner. “As per our team, the ManyChat was a third-party night integration app which we used on our platform, but with the updated meta policies, the ManyChat is being removed from our ecosystem and it is no longer supported on our platform.”  What is going on here? Could we get an offcial reply from ManyChat, please??

I already have another bot that sends welcome DMs every day, and each message counts as a contact. In the same month, I can reach over 3,000 new accounts.How can I manage this? Hi I just want to ask, if it is possible to set up manychat automation for commenting on trial reels ? If I have a reel a want to reach new audience and also customers, I would set reel as a trial and then if someone comment on my reel manychat would automatically send them a message. Does this work ? Thank you for quick response. If it does not work is there any other option how to use manychat on trial reels ??

Can we still use whatsapp with a UK number?  I notice the option for United Kingdom has been removed when registering a new number. If so, how do I do it?Thanks in advance, Mark

Dear ManyChat Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App → ManyChat → select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly — instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. For one of my clients we collect their baby’s date of birth as a custom field in Manychat so that we can send them age-relevant information.We now want to improve this automation by following up with access to an age-related baby sleep masterclass.So I want to check we have the Baby’s DOB via a condition and then calculate the current time from this date. ie if Baby’s DOB is June 1 2025 - we’d send them to one type of masterclass as they’d be 5+ months old. But if their DOB was September 1 2025, they’d only be 2 months old so more relevant for a different masterclass.I’m struggling with how to make that calculation - is it even possible? Thx

Estou criando algumas automações via N8N com o Manychat, porém estou enfretando o seguinte problema:Quando envio uma requisição de CreateSubscriber o contato é criado dentro do ManyChat, porém, os únicos campos que estão sendo preenchidos são os nomes e o número de WhatsApp, enquanto que os campos de email e telefone não estão sendo preenchidos nesse contato que foi criado.O que me causa estranheza é que eu já pedi (e me foi concedida) a autorização para importar contatos por email e telefone.
