Whatsapp for venezuela?

I am trying to use whatsapp for venezuela but it tells me that it is not available to contact manychat support but I can't find a way to get in touch! - Estoy tratando de usar el whatsapp para venezuela pero me dice que no esta disponible que contacte con el support de manychat pero no consigo la manera de contactarme!

Dynamic Block Date Not Displayed Correctly in Smart Delay

Maximum number of automations

Are there a maximum number of automations that can be set up?I want to link each individual instagram post to a different DM (that has a different URL). It will be around 200 posts a month - so 200 extra automation workflows a month.

Automation randomly triggering

Hi there, I have a few automations set up with Keyword triggers - very simple email capturing flows. One of them seems to be going off randomly mid-conversation in my DM’s/Story replies. For example I reached out to someone to ask her a question in my DMS and it set off - she didn’t opt in or reach out to me.  My keywords are short - PSA,  MA & WL.  The automation that is randomly sending is set up exactly like the other 2 and they are not randomly triggering.     I am wondering if they keywords are to short? Maybe they are being triggered within words.  My IG is @Docwishloff

El mensaje inicial no llega al usuario con la respuesta inmediata que activa el resto del flujo

Desde hace 2 días las automatizaciones están fallando. Cuando el usuario comenta una publicación, le llega el mensaje inicial pero sin la respuesta inmediata; solamente configuré una respuesta inmediata, la cual despliega el resto de mensajes relativos al flujo. Al no llegar, el usuario no recibe la información completa. Necesito ayuda por favor.

What if someone send a message while AI is "thinking"

Hello everyone! I have a simple AI chatbot, but theres a issue: I save a CUF with the user question, then atm that the user send his question, I immediately send it to make.com with my assistant and everything else. But what if the user send other question while the AI in make is generating the answer? I dont want to just ignore it, but i cant think in some logic to solve my problem. Can someone help me?

Triggering 2 automations at 1x

Hello! I am wanting 2 automations to be able to be triggered on posts sometimes, but we’re finding if someone triggers one automation on a post and then tries to trigger another one the other one doesn’t get triggered. OR they comment both words in one comment and it only triggers one. Is there a way around this? Thank you! :)

Problemas com Botões Interativos Instragram

Olá!Nos últimos dias tenho tido problema com um fluxo publicado em relação aos botões nos blocos de mensagem. Blocos com botões estão assumindo botões que são pertencentes a outros blocos, bagunçando o entendimento e resposta do usuário. Ja recriei o fluxo em outra conta, testei outros fluxos e todos apresentam o mesmo problema. Estou usando o fluxo até onde entendo de maneira correta, com opt-in. Por exemplo a imagem abaixo o botão ‘Quero AGORA!’ não era para aparecer, ele não esta na bloco de mensagem. Outro exemplo: O Botão ‘Mais Informações’  não deveria estar aparecendo.   Alguém sabe por que isso acontece?

Finding contact with "whatsapp_phone" field

Hi :)I’m sending a request to Manychat to create a WhatsApp Contact. If the contact already exists, I receive a 400 (makes sense). The thing I can’t seem to understand is how do I update a contact that already exists and only has a “whatsapp_phone” as a field I can refer to. I can’t use the findBySystemField request to find the ID (because the contact doesn’t have a phone or email in Manychat) and I can’t update the contact without the ID.Please help!Thanks

What are the costs involved in integrating ManyChat with Instagram?

Hi, I saw on the pricing page of ManyChat that there are various costs to consider when running ManyChat on WhatsApp. These include the following:Number of seats Number of contacts Number of conversations (or per texts) Use of the AI Step featureI was wondering if it is the same with Instagram. Do I also have to account for the costs per conversation (or the number of texts we received and sent), or does this only apply to WhatsApp?

API Error Creating Subscriber: Missing Required Field

Hey, I can't find the option to send messages to people on Instagram outside the 24-hour window. I would like to create DM lists for Instagram, but I don't have that option. Even though I create actions to set up opt-in for Instagram, it still doesn't work. Is there any other way to do this?
