On the “prices”-site of many chat I see the Pro-Version for 15$. When I log into my free-account and want to upgrade it, the system shows me 25$ per month. Why is that answer why can´t I get the 15$-account? Thanks for helping!

im looking to use manychat to qualify leads from my facebook adds, i have a mix of questions some have text answers and others have buttons. ive been able to set things up to export the text answers to the google sheet using custom fields. but i cant seem to work out how to export the button answers to my google sheet. if anyone can advise it would be appreciated. thanks

Strange is, that afer 2 hours i have one comment, but instagram showing me 14 comments. And when i refreshed, it shows me one more person at time with comment ,,video” what was the trigger - but no action from manychat...

Hi community. Please help.I am trying to understand how to use a sequence to send follow-up messages when a subscriber downloads a free guide I’ve offered.An Automation can handle the delivery of the freebie. Then I want to wait 24 hours and ask them if they received it. Then I want to follow up every 24 hours, up to 8 times, until they reply. I thought I could do this with a sequence but the interface is not intuitive.I see that I can add a new “message” and set the schedule. However, each “message” seems to be an entire automation on its own. Ok, I can set it to just contain 1 message and then go back to the the steps list. What blocks me is that it asks for a trigger action. I could expect to attach the entire sequence to the adding of a tag in an automation. That makes sense. But it asks for a trigger for each “message” (step) in the sequence. That doesn’t make sense to me.Thank you in advance!
Ive created a simple flow to my messenger. I’ve setup the handoff in Facebook, refreshed permissions and previewed in Manychat. It all appears ok but when I comment on a post it doesn't trigger. Ive gone through each step carefully and still not working. Also now when I try to post it gives me an error and won’t post.Any ideas. Thank youWilliam

Hello everyone,I’m setting up an automation using Make and ManyChat, following this flow:A user fills out a form on a landing page. The form automatically populates a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Make has a “Watch New Rows” trigger, which creates a new user in ManyChat using some information from the spreadsheet. From there, we move to ManyChat, where I have an automation triggered by “new user added.” This automation is supposed to send a message (authorized template) directly to the user, starting the conversation.It seems the Make part is working fine, as the new user is successfully created in ManyChat. Hi There,Am helping a client automate their data flow with ManyChat. They have run into issues with unsubscribed/litigator emails in other platforms and want to ensure that we can sync their list of known litigators and unsubscribed emails with their ManyChat platform.Is there a global suppression/blacklist feature in ManyChat? And if so, is there a way to automatically update this list via API or in another automated way? I am not familiar with the ManyChat platform/interface, so any insight on this would be appreciated.

I’m running a promo this week and would like to incorporate ManyChat on both Instagram and Facebook. IG is going great but I’m hesitant to use it on FB.
Bom dia, Eu vou disparar para uma lista mensagem de marketing oferecendo meu produto, na automação eu gostaria de construir um fluxo que vai enviar a mensagem, quando algum cliente responder ou clicar no botão por exemplo “SIM”, automaticamente, vai incluir uma tag que ele respondeu, dai vai aguardar um delay de 1 hora, se ele não estiver com a tag que respondeu, enviar uma outra mensagem e por ai vai com várias mensgens dentro das 24horas. Estou com dificuldade de fazer isso funcionar, embora tenha colocado isso em um fluxo, ele não funciona da forma correta, alguém pode me ajudar?
I signed up for Manychat Pro with my Instagram account. Do I have to pay for a 2nd Pro account for my Facebook account? When I went to connect the Facebook account, it sent me to the purchase screen again
