Hi, I have a paid plan with ManyChat, and I'm trying to publish an Instagram automation flow that I've created. However, every time I click the 'Publish' button, a modal appears offering to upgrade to the ManyChat AI plan ($29/month), which is blocking me from publishing. This happens repeatedly, even though I already have a paid subscription.Questions:1. Does my current plan limit the number of flows I can publish?2. Is there a specific feature in this flow that requires the AI plan?3. Is there a way to bypass this modal or contact support directly?4. Could this be a billing/permission issue with my account?Thank you.

Anyone having issues with their automations? Literally ALL of my Instagram automations have stopped. Like years of automations. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions twice, and nothing. Also weird stuff is going on with my Instagram (it’s only allowing me three hashtags on posts, and my scheduling o  Updates: First I discovered my story automations ARE working. But posts/reels aren’t. Also if this is applicable to anyone...all this mess started when I tried to post today and Instagram wouldn’t let me post more than three hashtags. Then I noticed my scheduling option on Instagram disappeared. And then I noticed none of my automations are sending. My scheduling option is finally back, but I’m still having the hashtag issue and the automation issue.

Hi everyone,we're working with WhatsApp in coexistence mode, and we're running into an issue where automations don’t stop when a user sends a message.The problem seems to be that the user is sending a message from WhatsApp Business, not from the Live Chat window—so ManyChat doesn’t detect it as user activity that should pause the automation.Is there any automatic solution or recommended setup that will stop/pause the automation as soon as the user replies from WhatsApp Business?Any insights or workarounds would be appreciated!

Question about automations.. does Manychat gather location data based on IP of the person that opts in to DMs? It would be great to be able to segment audiences without segmenting them through questions or data collection in DM.For example - for an artist or musician looking to market a tour. Without having to get the location from the contact in the DMs, does manychat pull their location from their IP when they respond to a DM thereby opting in?That way, if I want to send a broadcast to people in Atlanta or within 50 miles of Atlanta in my contacts list I can send a message specifically to those people rather than EVERYONE.Does this make sense?

Creo que hice todos los pasos bien al vincular un número nuevo al API pero me sale un mensaje de felicidades tu cuenta de conectó a manychat pero me dice en un plazo de 24 horas revisaremos que cumples con nuestros parámetros y de allí no avanza, en el meta business suite dice el número en estatus pendiente, que puedo hacer para solucionar?Al darle actualizar no hace nada 

Hey!I’m running a Instagram account and I have an automation set up:When someone replies with a keyword (for example “more pension”), they get an automated message where they enter their email address and then I send all the info via email.Everything works fine the first time someone does it.But here’s my problem:If the same person does it again (for example me, because I want to test my flows after making changes), manychat doesn’t trigger the flow anymore. It looks like manychat recognises that the user already went through the flow once and then refuses to collect the email again or re-trigger the automation.How can I disable this behavior so users can run through the entire process as many times as they want? Thanks for any help! 🙏

Good morning,We would like some clarification regarding the pricing and monthly fee thatwe should pay to Manychat in the following cases: - in month 1, we reach 500 users and pay $15.- in month 2, another 500 users are added, so we'd pay $25.- from month 3, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25.- from month 4, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25. Are unique users calculated on a monthly basis or are they cumulative?Is there a way to save on the monthly fee? If I decide to cancel my PRO subscription after finishing an Instagram activity,to stop paying, can I later subscribe again? Thanks in advance for the clarification.Best regards

My client receives a high volume of new followers every day, and if each follow triggers a DM, it will flood the Primary inbox and push our active conversations and leads further down.Ideally, I would like all Follow-to-DM messages to be automatically routed to the General tab instead, so we can keep our active leads and important conversations easily visible in the Primary inbox.Is there a way to set this up inside ManyChat, or a recommended workflow to prevent Follow-to-DM messages from overwhelming the main inbox?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!Thank you! 🙏

Is there any way to make an automation that lets customers comment on an instagram post to add products to their basket? for example if I made a post about a cushion cover could customers comment SHOP to receive a link that would take them to our website where this item is automatically placed in their basket for a quick check out?

Hello, I have an automation and at the end I’m sending a link to website.  However, I have no idea if link was clicked or not.  Is there a condition or something that I can check if link was clicked, and if not to ask them about it?  All I’m doing right now is tagging the user with “warm lead”  How can I increase this engagement by checking if link was clicked?  Thank you

Hello Manychat users,I have an automation where they users have to click one of the choices to proceed.  But if they type it instead of clicking, the flow stops.  How do I re-engage them and put the back on the flow?

Hi, I have integrated Kit to Manychat. First the integration whet fine. But in Manychat i don´t get access to the system field for email. For example when I build a flow at some point I want to choose furst system field and then email. But in the scrowl down meny There is no system field I can choose. The same thing happens when I connect a form from Kit into the flow. I have pictures of what it looks like but I don´t know hoe to upload the pictures in this form. I appriciate your helpKaren

How can I add an image along with the text and link in Reels automation? I mean, when someone responds with the word link in my Reels, the automation sends link and text information privately. The question is, how do I also add an image?

I'd like to know where to upgrade my plan, but there's no page in the app showing this.I'd also like to know what features are available with the free version. For example, I can set up automatic replies based on keywords in Instagram posts and automatically send private messages to users, and then automatically reply to users based on keywords in private messages. Is this feature always available?

Hi everyone 👋I’m currently building automated WhatsApp funnels via ManyChat for coaches and consultants in the DACH region — and I came across something that could be a real gamechanger for WhatsApp automation: WhatsApp Forms (or in-app forms).These are forms that open directly inside WhatsApp when someone clicks a link or an ad – allowing the user to fill in fields (like name, email, preferences, etc.) without having to send a keyword first to trigger the flow.I’ve seen that platforms like Spoki already offer this kind of native WhatsApp form experience, and it would be incredibly helpful for ad campaigns and smoother lead onboarding.My question: Does ManyChat currently support this type of native in-WhatsApp form? If not yet, is it something that’s planned or already on the roadmap for 2025? Or is there any known workaround (structured messages, template hacks, etc.) to simulate this? Would love to hear if anyone has insight on this or if the product team can share any info.This

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout. Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.VR/Dan

Hi - basic question but it’s not clear on the website. I have the Pro account for my instagram but I would like to be able to use MC across Facebook AND TikTok. TT isn’t available for the UK yet but do you need to pay PER PLATFORM to access the more advanced features? So I would need another Pro account for Facebook?
