Hey guys,I saw the "BotTools Toolbox" in the Manychat app store, which offers some extra tools for chatting.The one I was most interested in was "Split Field", I tested it and it worked.My question is: does anyone use this tool? Is it reliable? Does it work well or are there problems with external calls?If anyone can tell me about this app, it would be a great help.Thanks.

Criei uma mensagem do tipo utilidade e marquei o idioma portugues do brasil e ao enviar para análise não vai e recebo a seguinte mensagem:“O idioma do modelo de mensagem está sendo excluído. Não é possível adicionar novo conteúdo em Português (BR) enquanto o conteúdo existente em Português (BR) está sendo excluído. Tente novamente em 4 semanas ou considere criar um novo modelo de mensagem.” O que pode ser? Essa mensagem é de utilidade mesmo, não tem viés de marketing.  

Hi everyone, I could really use your help.I’m running into a frustrating issue with my automation in ManyChat. Sometimes the button I’ve added to a message shows up and works perfectly — and other times, only the message is sent without the button. When that happens, the flow gets stuck and users can’t continue.I haven’t changed anything in the setup between times when it works and times when it doesn’t, so I have no idea what’s causing this inconsistency.This is really hurting my CTR, and I’ve been getting messages from users saying they didn’t receive the guide I promised them.Has anyone else experienced this? Hi everyone,I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.Does anyone know how to: Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access? Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement? Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

olá, pessoal, comecei ontem no many chat, preciso de apoio, como faço follow-up no whatsapp no mesmo fluxo (na janela de 24h mesmo), tentei várias formas aqui e não consegui. A seguir na imagem foi o teste que fiz e na condição coloquei Offset +1minuto e nada acontece, ou seja, se o usuário não apertar nenhum dos 3 botões na mensagem #8 em X tempo, enviaria outra mensagem ou o inscreveria numa sequência, caso ele responda antes desse X tempo, ele continuaria o fluxo normal. Alguém sabe fazer isso? Grato.

I'm having a problem with my workflow, which retrieves up to 5 messages, merges them and sends a single message to N8n.But I've noticed an error: when the user sends a short message like “Hi, how are you?”, but if the user sends a long message with line breaks, it hangs. Here's the error returned by the External Request node:Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 454 (line 3 column 423).Do you have a solution for formatting all long texts containing line breaks so that the External request node accepts the content? 

uma vez a cada 20 dias eu excluo contatos de 20 dias atrás e por algum motivo os valores de contatos em dias recentes mudam, por exemplo:puxei o valor do dia 07/05 e estava que 208 se inscreveram nesse dia, que foi ontem, logo após excluir os contatos que se inscreveram a 20 dias atras, esse valor foi para 284 e não só esse dia mas todos os dias recentes mudaram de valores tanto para cima, como nesse exemplo, quanto para baixo, como um dia que estava registrado 115 no dia e após a exclusão foi para 71, alguém sabe o pq isso acontece?

Hi there, I’ve set up an Instagram automation that triggers when someone uses the word “etch.” The automation sends them a message with a button linking to a course purchase page.Lately, we’ve noticed that people who comment with the word “technique” are also triggering this automation, even though “technique” is not listed as one of the trigger keywords. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.We’ve had some people who are very confused because they’re a sent link to purchase a course that is not related to the IG post they commented on.Has anyone experienced something similar or know why this might be happening? Would really appreciate any help—thanks in advance! Here is a test I did, it prompted the same automation:

Envio Broadcast con un template y quiero que al usuario dar clic en el boton, se active una automatizacion que responde a esa intencion y genera una conversacion. El tema es que el trigger no se activa con la respuesta del boton, sino cuando el usuario escribe las palabras. Qué esta mal en el diseño de este flujo? parece sencillo, pero no funciona!

Hi everyone!For my Messenger automation, I wanted to completely disable the user’s ability to type messages and force interactions only through Quick Replies. Thanks to the Keyboard Input setting in ManyChat, I was able to hide the keyboard entirely — which is great!However, I still need the user to enter their name at the beginning of the flow. So ideally, I'd like to reactivate the keyboard just for that specific step, and keep it disabled the rest of the time.What I’m doing currently: I disabled Keyboard Input globally (Messenger settings) I use Quick Replies for most of the conversation For name input, I created a User Input block with Text type and left the “Only allow quick replies” option unchecked My question:Is there a cleaner or more flexible way to allow text input only at certain steps while keeping the keyboard hidden elsewhere?Any tips or best practices to improve this flow?Thanks in advance! 😊
