I have about 12,100 active contacts and 8,879 inactive contacts in my ManyChat account (screenshot attached). But when I go to send a broadcast, it only lets me reach 73 people.I’m confused — what’s the real difference between active vs inactive contacts, and how do I make sure my messages go out to all of my contacts instead of just a small fraction?Do I need to re-engage my inactive contacts, change settings, or is there a platform limitation I’m missing? Any guidance would be much appreciated!

I have an auto DM set up for a specific post of mine. It says “Comment the word pool” and i created the flow from scratch. It was working when I first tested it but, not it is not sending. I believe it can be due to two reasons:  I ran an IG boost on that post and it got denied so Meta is blocking auto Dm’s   I have been commenting TOO much from my test account Screenshots of automation are attached.  

From this post:It says it is resolved, but after publishing my reel and adding the quick reply button, I have tested in multiple divces that the DM does not in fact contain the quick reply. What am I doing wrong, if this has already been marked as Resolved?

Hi Manychat Team,I’d like to submit a feature request regarding the Comment-to-Messenger functionality. Currently, it seems that only 3 standard replies can be set per comment trigger.For my use case, I’d love to be able to set many more variations — for example, 20 or more — so that the automated responses feel more personal and dynamic. This would make interactions with followers feel more natural and engaging, and reduce the sense of repetitiveness.It would be fantastic if you could consider increasing the number of reply variations per comment trigger in a future update.Thanks for your time and for creating such a powerful platform!Best regards,Jan

Hello everyone!I’m building an Instagram Direct agent: ManyChat (Instagram Direct Messages) → External Request → n8n → reply to the user. What’s happening (the issue)  A user messages us in IG DM. ManyChat triggers an External Request (webhook to n8n) and immediately sends a message to the user, but it’s an old value (looks like it’s pulled from a custom field from a previous run). A few seconds later, n8n finishes processing and produces a new reply (I can see the correct text in the output of the last n8n node). But the user doesn’t receive anything else — they only get the early “old” message that was sent before the webhook completed.  How can I force ManyChat to wait for the webhook response (External Request) so the Send Message uses the updated value? Is there a reliable way to make the flow pause “synchronously” between External Request and the following blocks?

I see this message when I send links to people with Manychat who comment on my posts in instagram. I’m assuming it happens for all redirect links that are sent on all platforms with a free account. I’m wondering if this goes away with a paid account as I want it to be more seamless for my followers.

I want them to go into my General DMs. This is because I have push notifications turned on for my primary DM’s and don't want my phone to buzz every few seconds.  Would greatly appreciate some help.

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing some issues with an automation I've set up in ManyChat, and I'm hoping for some guidance.Here's the scenario: I've created an automation that sends a message when someone comments a specific keyword. If the user clicks on a "quick reply," they are directed to another automation. However, I've noticed that the "quick reply" option doesn't show up for some users. To address this, I've set up a "Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged" action to wait for 10 seconds before following up. Unfortunately, this only works sporadically.Additionally, I've enabled the "retry if reply isn't a quick reply" option twice. But if the user sends another message instead of clicking the quick reply, this option also doesn't work as intended.Here are the specific issues I'm facing:The "quick reply" button not showing up for some users. Manychat allows me to change my automation flow basis on this condition (Whether the user is a follower or not). Recently while speaking to a fellow Instagram business owner, I got to know there is no official Instagram API to check if the user is a follower of your channel or not and there is a high chance Manychat is scraping our IG account to check for follower status. With this question, I want to clearly ask if Manychat is scraping our account to check for follower status? If not, pls provide with Instagram official documentation through which this is made possible on Manychat.  Nothing can be more harmful to me other than getting my IG blocked, hence this is imp for me to

None of my Comment automations are working on any of my accounts. DM automations are fine, only comment automations aren’t working… Is ManyChat aware of a problem?

My automation, which has been running fine for weeks, has just sent people a message (facebook only) suggesting they have been subscribed. This isn’t even my message and have no clue where it has come from.I checked the automation messaging and have attached it. It should send them a free guide. How do i stop this if it isn’t even my message / wording?^^^ This is not my message???^^^ it should have sent this. This automation is fine on Instagram but this was the first time it had been requested on Facebook

Un tiempo si enviaba la respuesta en comentario, pero no el DM.¿Alguien sabe que podrìa estar pasando?Lo raro es que las interacciones que se hicieron para las pruebas son registradas en estadisticas de Manychat.

Since the Meta team has decided to pause allowlisting for Instagram Broadcast and the beta is closed. Are there any alternative automations styles for broadcasting in Instagram or atleast informing mass followers? 

No momento de cadastrar uma conta de WhatsApp e vincular com a Meta, acabei fazendo de uma forma errada. Tentei várias vezes vincular o número a uma nova página do Facebook, ao mesmo tempo, eu tinha criado uma página lá no Facebook e não havia conectado com o um Portifólio de Negócio. Depois ainda tentei criar um vínculo entre esse mesmo número e uma outra página diferente que criei da forma correta (vinculando com o Portifólio de Negócio). Então minha conta de WhatsApp Business foi bloqueada, provavelmente devido a tentar conectar o número a uma página que sofreu contestação de propriedade e também por tentar conectar um mesmo número de Whatsapp a duas páginas diferentes. Estou com dificuldades para entender qual o caminho correto. Já solicitei reanálise de desbloqueio na Meta. Gostaria de tentar também a criação de um outro número de WhatsApp através do ManyChat.
