Ya seguie el proceso de eliminar acceso de mi whatsapp business, pero ahorita que me quiero conectar con otra empresa me tira error, porque indica que ya tengo mi telefono con otro socio. y cuando hice el ticket con meta todavia les aparece a ellos vinculado, alguien que me pueda apoyar o indicar cuanto tiempo se tarda esta desvinculacion.

Nao aparece a caixa nao atribuidos?? alguem mais???Se for atualização, como usar? Lascou tudo agora =(Me de ideias de como separar os atendidos dos nao atendidos.  

I just logged into my account and noticed a UI update. Now, I can’t seem to find my teammate’s inbox. I can still assign messages to her, but I can’t into her inbox like I used to, and I don’t have my own inbox. Is this a bug? I sure hope so, because having everything in one inbox between teammates is messy. 

hey there! Ive notice that when someone comment on my post one of the key words they  get the first message, but then when they click the button for the link the bot doesn't send it.  anyone know how to fix this?

I registered for the Instagram Summit and received a calendar reminder with the link. However, when I click on the link and enter my email address, it says my email is not found. I have tried all 3 of the email accounts I use for personal or business use just to be sure, but none of them are working. I double checked my card statement, and I was definitely charged for the event. That and receiving the calendar invite with the link let me know that I did indeed register. I’m not sure why it’s not letting me in :( Any suggestions??

Hi, I would like to know the purpose of Skip button in Data collection block for Date&Time. I am new to Manychat and was facing an issue with the Skip button which appears with the Date and Time button.I idea is that the user books an appointment with Date and Time button and after selecting the date and time the user will be asked further details which are in the flow. But when the user selects the Skip button instead of Date and Time, the flow continues. I want the flow to be closed if the user use Skip button. Any suggestions on how to implement this?And also there is no option to remove or hide the Skip button or text. What could be the options?

For some reason, it’s not working when people are clicking send me the link? Is there something wrong with my flow?I tried using the AUTO-DM links when replying to comments and that didn’t work either? Thanks!

Olá pessoal.Estamos desenvolvendo uma automação via WhatsApp dividida em três etapas principais, com mensagens programadas para cada dia. O fluxo funciona da seguinte forma: o usuário entra no Dia 1 por meio de um gatilho, percorre o conteúdo desse dia e, no dia seguinte, deve receber automaticamente o conteúdo do Dia 2. Em seguida, o mesmo acontece com o Dia 3, e assim por diante até o Dia 4.O desafio é que as mensagens precisam ser disparadas em horários fixos, independentemente do horário em que o usuário entrou no fluxo. Por exemplo: se alguém iniciar o fluxo às 10h da manhã ou às 22h, ainda assim deverá receber as mensagens do Dia 2 exatamente às 10h do dia seguinte. No Dia 4, também será necessário enviar uma mensagem final às 15h para todos os usuários que chegarem até essa etapa.Já exploramos o uso de delays e ações agendadas, mas ainda não encontramos uma solução nativa no Manychat que permita esse tipo de controle por horário do dia com base na conclusão de etapas anteriores.

Recently, I interacted with a ManyChat automation that asked for my name, and after I replied, the bot started talking to me using that name — like a nickname. I’d love to learn how to set up that same feature in my own automation.Do I need to use ManyChat AI for that, or can it be done in ManyChat Pro?If there’s a tutorial or blog post explaining this step by step, please share the link!

I’m in the USA but I get the ‘TikTok doesn’t have Manychat for your country yet, but we’ll keep you updated’. Huh? As far as I can see, it is available in the usa. I’m not on a VPN, just to anticipate that question.

I would like to use automation for a post, which would require the follower to provide their email address, but it seems that this is a mandatory requirement. Let me explain:It seems that the user is forced to send me their email address in order to receive something in return.In automations, I would like the email request to the follower not to be mandatory or, in any case, to be optional, even if something is provided in return.Because it seems that the flow is:DM from the followerEmail request to receive the link or tool.Am I missing something?

Since a couple of days the buttons are not working on Instagram DMs. If you tap on them the automation does not start. Can you please fix this asap, as we are loosing customers sales due to this. Thanks

Hi, I have this json  {"code":1,"message":"Ok","data":{"winner":false,"play_id":12}}White the response mapping I can read code and message but not winner and play_id.I use $.data.winner as selector for example and only code the the other field that works.If I print the custom field assigned to winner is empty.Could if be a format issue? winner is a boolean and the custom field is string.How can I debug it ?Many thanks.

Okay so I have made a bot for dentist now the issue is it is only getting the data of 1 doctor from google sheet for example if teh category is Cleaning & Scaling there are 4 different doctors, I want people to choose any of them according to their choice but it is only letting me pick 1 doctor which is on the top of the sheet. Picture attached.my idea is to show list of dr with timing & fees according to speciality. Please guide how to get more then 1 Dr’s in manychat from google sheet?Regards,

Hey everyone!I'd love to use the manychat automations for email list growth but I'm concerned about GDPR compliance. When we connected manychat to Active Campaign people got added to the list but they didn’t receive the email for the double opt in which is mandatory in Europe. Does this not work with manychat? What’s the best way to use manychat for email list growth while also staying GDPR compliant.Thank you in advance for the help!!!

Olá, configurei inicialmente o whatsapp de um cliente (padaria) para criar diversas automações de atendimento (Whatsapp e Instagram..)Porém o pessoal da loja as vezes precisa acessar alguns clientes para falar com eles para follow up de status ou até mesmo para falar com fornecedores.Minha dúvidas são: Como falar com esses contatos sem ser através de mensagens padrões cadastradas na plataforma e ter que aguardar o cliente responder? Pois na mensagem padrão não conseguimos inserir informações personalizadas (exemplo número de pedido, ou algo mais específico) e ter que aguardar o cliente responder pra poder enviar o que realmente é importante seria um problema de atendimento..   Como falo com meus fornecedores de forma ilimitada sem estar dentro dessas 24hrs?Vi que existe uma forma de o contato "aceitar" receber mensagens de forma ininterruptas, como funcionaria essa funcionalidade?Agradeço desde já o apoio.

My client made a new post, but the automation for instagram comments to reply comment and dm wasn’t set up for that post yet. He got many comments, but none of them received a comment back or a dm. I’d like to kick off the automation manually for the people who never got their DMs for this post - is there a way to do that?The people who comment from now on will get the DM because the automation is now linked, but the people who commented previously got nothing.I hope there’s a way to manually kick these off retroactively without needing to do any manual work.Would appreciate any help - Thank you!

I changed my brand and I need to change the display name and profile picture of my Whatsapp number. I already changed it on Meta's Business Manager, they approved it and issued a new certificate, but I can't figure out how I update that information inside ManyChat.

Olá!Estou tentando criar uma automação no ManyChat pelo WhatsApp, com uma mensagem que contém dois botões: “Sim” e “Não”.O problema é que, se o usuário não clicar no botão e digitar algo como “simm”, “ss”, “naum”, ou outra variação parecida, o bot não reconhece a intenção e não segue o mesmo fluxo dos botões.Gostaria de saber como posso criar uma condição ou configuração para que o bot entenda essas variações de forma automática e direcione para o mesmo caminho do botão correspondente.Se possível, me envie uma print mostrando como configurar isso, porque tentei algumas vezes e não consegui fazer funcionar.Obrigado!
