Chatter Matters: How to use Manychat to Increase ROI for Brand Partnerships
I have two automations; A lead magnet delivery, with follow up A questionnaire, triggered by Dm Currently, people are subscribing to the lead magnet, then also subscribing to the questionnaire - but the automations are clashing and sending all messages. I can’t find a condition to “Stop Automation X” that I can place in both automations to stop the other one if the contact enters it. I can see “Unsubscribe From Sequence” Surely this is basic basic basic marketing automation. Don’t tell me I have to tag users entering an automation, then recheck the tag at every single step to pull them out if they have entered the other one?

Then my Account automatically sends a public reply “Check DMs” on his comment. Unfortunately it won’t let me add next Steps as the “Send Message”-Box is set to “Send as comment reply”.I saw that there is an option to add next steps when the User clicks the link on the first message, but I want to send the second message either way. I changed my brand and I need to change the display name and profile picture of my Whatsapp number. I already changed it on Meta's Business Manager, they approved it and issued a new certificate, but I can't figure out how I update that information inside ManyChat.
In ManyChat, is there a way to present users with a list of several options to choose from (similar to how Chatfuel does here: https://docs.chatfuel.com/en/articles/7916889-whatsapp-list-message)? The normal WhatsApp button questions are limited to 3 (and our use case requires us to present the user with 6 to 8 options to choose from).
I have collected over 16,000 emails and names in DM - through IG comment reply. When I export the list, the csv is empty. I have tried everything. I require urgent help, this is really stopping my business from progressing. 16,000 contacts! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP.

Recentemente tive a ideia de um recurso que precisa do arquivo anexo que o cliente anexa no fluxo de chatbot, até consigo ver ele no chat ao vivo, mas eu preciso que fique salvo em uma variável (campos do sistema ou campos personalizados) para eu poder enviar ao meu sistema via webhook . Alguém sabe como fazer?Obrigado
Hola comunidad, espero estén teniendo un lindo día, hace una semana que estoy creando mi chatbot y hasta ahora me di cuenta de que tengo varias listas con menú ya que hay mas de 3 opciones, y necesito verificar que el usuario accedió a una de estas opciones, porque por ejemplo si escribe, no se le muestra nada no se valida, ya lo intente todo, desde la acción de asignar un valor a cada una de las opciones (que se guarda en una variable de campo de usuario) y verificar la variable si contiene algo, pero no, aun así no me deja, si el usuario escribe hasta allí llega la conversación, ¿alguna idea de como podría hacer estas validaciones?, necesito que si el usuario escribe en vez de elegir una opción del menú, le diga que es invalido y debe elegir una opción del menú

I’m trying to integrate Manychat to Make but nothing works. I got the API Key in MC, connected it in Make and it shows everything ok in it. But when i look in MC, nothing happens. There’s no Make option in trigger, actions, anywhere. I tried to refresh API key, tried everything but nothing works. Eu tinha meu whatsapp businesS, deletei ele para conectar ao manychat, entrei e percebi que nao ia conseguir usa-lo para alem das integrações. Cliquei para desintegrar e agora queria ter o whatsapp business, mas nao consigo. Imagino que deve ser por essa integração. Mas detalhe, eu ja desintegrei… o que faço agora? Porém, quando vou conectar o número no App do WhatsApp Business, aparece um erro escrito: O WhatsApp está temporariamente indisponível. Tente novamente em 1 hora. Hi, I have a billing question. I was billed 10000 contacts but I deleted some of the contacts so it is around 6000 contacts. Does anyone know why this happens?Can I delete the contacts and stay under few contacts and get billed less? ( I don’t contact the customers 1:1 and only use dm automation.
