Hi, I created a quiz where you get different recommendations based on your response (I used tags to segment this). I am stuck on the final step. At the end of the quiz, I am trying to have certain response generate based on the users selections. I don’t know how to make the conditions flow so that based on your answer, you get the correct response.Is there a way to link (1) Instagram message to multiple conditions at once? and if not, how do I get this condition flow to work properly? I originally had the conditions stacked vertically, but did not see an option to attached the (1) Instagram message of “Okay you’re all dome” to all the the different conditions to generate the results, so I switched to a horizontal method you see below... 

I want to know that I want to send messages to WhatsApp customers in the same broad. For example, I need to send three messages today with a three-hour interval. Can I make three messages in the same broad? No button is needed. Then is it calculated as one price or one message per price?

I keep getting this message "you have insufficient rights to reload the account" - when I follow the instructions they don't work. I changed browsers, logged out and logged back in - I am the owner of the account - but still not working??

Anyone know how to change the profile picture of the account?I searched on the internet, forum, and didn’t find nothing related. Don’t understand. Aprecciate your help!  

Hi,I have a question about “Next step” and “Action on reply”.I have set up that after the user replies from the chat the response is saved in a field and send to OpenAI API with “Action on reply” → Action “External request”. After OpenAI API gives response its saved in a field and sent as a message to the user.Sometimes this doesnt work and when the user answers, OpenAI API responds correctly and then the user sends another message, then the reply from OpenAI is the same because all responses are saved in to the same field for OpenAI API responses. The problem is the timing of the requests, maybe a timeout from someones side.Will the problem be fixed if the Action External Request is set after “Next Setp” and then after action there is “Send Message”? “Action on reply” → Action “External request” → “Send Message” “Next Step” → Action “External request” → “Send Message”Will this stop the repeating of Bot sending the same message from the previous OpenAI request?

Hello, I have published my automation for FB & IG Dms but when i tested it live nothing happens when the keywords are triggered in the DMs. I also noticed during the preview that the multiple choice options don’t pop up on 2 of the questions. I have currently disabled the keywords while i research why its not working for me. Any help would be appreciated.  

Looking to set up an ai automation to chat with people who send their first ever message to my account. Because currently it jumps into existing automations and interrupts them. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible, to send multiple messages to the same person in when they are commeting on the same Facebook post, with different Keywords.Example: Peter is commenting on Facebook post 1 with “Yes E-book”. Then he is sent a message.Peter is commenting on the same Facebook post (Facebook post 1) with “Yes Video”. Then he is sent a message (or the same message).So the same person is commenting on the same Facebook posts, and each time he is commeting a specific word, then he is sent a message. (It’s okay for it, to be the same message he recieves) I just want to sent the same person, the same message, each time he is commeting a specific word on the Facebook post. :-) Looking forward to hear from you - This is urgent.Best regardsMartin

I keep having an issue that I can’t seem to figure out why it is happening.  I set up the entire automation for a keyword to Instagram, and it tests correctly when doing the preview through Instagram.  But when I attempt to make it go live, an error message pops up that says:  “Mark this message as “comment reply” if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”  I did that when I clicked the “Start from Scratch” area.  What am I missing?  I’m new to this, and I am sure it is a simple fix, right?

When using the automation flow builder  “Auto-DM links from comments”, my post uploads to both instagram and Facebook but only the comments on my instagram receive an automatic reply and DM with link. Is this function only available on instagram?   

Hi,So I am trying to set up an automation flow on Facebook Messenger where it is limited to 250 DMs and once it passes that it stops the flow.Additionally I want to have a randomization aspect where 75% of users get a DM with a link, while 25% do not.I want each user to only be able to be considered for 1 comment they leave on a post, to prevent spam from gaming the system.Here is what I have so far… can you help fix? 

Hi, We are running a FB Business Page and want to know what is the max amount of messages in DMs we can send out before being flagged? Example → We create automation flow where ManyChat DMs on Messenger people who post a particular word.  Is there a specific number? 

So once you have an automation flow, there is the little ‘on and off’ switch that can be triggered manually.Is there a way to set an automation flow to be turned off or on based on time in a day? i.e. day/month/year and hours/minutes/seconds?

Hello! I can't change the name of the profile that appears to new contacts/customers on WhatsApp. It says "DS4 Laser & Router" which is an old name of my company, which I've never linked to this new profile. I changed the name 3 years ago and I use manychat for about 2 years. I don't know from where this name came.  "Tomorrow" is the name I gave the contact number. "DS4 Laser & Router" is the default name that I want to change.  

Can Manychat integrate to Tapsite.ai? How to? 

Buen día Gustavo Boregio.Actualmente estoy consiguiendo millones de vistas en mis reels y quiero activar la automatización de comentarios en ManyChat para enviar mensajes directos automáticos a quienes comentan mi reel con una palabra clave.Mi duda principal es:Si mis reels logran millones de vistas y recibo miles de comentarios al día, ¿Instagram puede bloquear mi cuenta por responder miles de comentarios y enviar demasiados mensajes automáticos al DM? ¿Hay un límite seguro de mensajes o una mejor práctica para evitar un baneo?Agradezco cualquier experiencia personal o recomendación para no poner en riesgo mi cuenta. Por cierto en una página de manychat se menciona esto:“✅ Si tu cuenta de Instagram recibe un gran volumen de comentarios, habilitamos automáticamente un mecanismo especial en el backend  para evitar que las respuestas automáticas continuas activen algún mecanismo de detección de spam.” Entonces no se si sea seguro utilizar la automatización de comentarios cuando se recibe

Hello ManyChat Community,I have been attempting to integrate my TikTok Business account (username: ragnar_spirit) with ManyChat for several months now, but every time I click Connect and grant permissions, I receive a generic error message stating, “Something went wrong.” Despite multiple retries, the process fails at the permission‐granting step. My TikTok account is verified as a Business account and is registered in the USA. The problem has accured months ago, but I’m writing now, cause I need it support, I would be grateful.Details of the Issue: Account Type: TikTok Business (not Creator or Personal). Geography: USA‐based account (all settings reflect United States region). Error Message: After logging into TikTok and approving all requested permissions, the integration page immediately displays “Something went wrong. Hello I am selecting an engagement campaign with the ad set conversion location as “Messaging Apps”. “Partner Apps” does not show up at the ad level as a destination option:     I can verify the ad account matches the connected Manychat facebook page’s ad account I have a live/published automation ready to goWhat more needs to be done to allow “partner apps” to be shown?

I have searched some YouTube videos about ManyChat. It shows up it automates the answer for some keywords, but can I reply to the TikTok message & DMs in the ManyChat backend?  I can not find any contact info on this website, which sucks. Help, please guys. 

Hello, I am a food blogger and DM my recipes using many chat on both Facebook and Instagram. It is costing me over $1k a month so I want to delete that contacts and bring the cost way down. I have their email address stored on my eDM system so I do not need them any longer.My question is,  after I delete them, can the user interact again if they start an automation by commenting on a post? Does it treat them like they are a new person?taStacey
