HiI am new so I hope I am explaining this right. I have a facebook and instagram professional account and cant seem to see both in my account? I am in the process of moving from free to paid account with many chat..

There is no help videos.  There is no how too videos.  There are no training videos.  It is missing features listed in the training that I have to find by going incogneto mode and asking for Manychat help. 

Hi guys, Is there a way to add a delay to auto reply on facebook/instagram to have a more human feeling? Maybe a work around? Using the tags or something else? I did some research but nothing seems to come up since few months. Thanks!

I have an existing account using “EMAIL A” that is already running my IG account automations. Now I want to connect my FB account on this account but it keeps on saying that I already have an existing account.I do have an account on “EMAIL B” but I already deleted those. Everytime I proceed to connect my FB account, it will logged me out of “EMAIL A” account on manychat then logged me in on “EMAIL B” account. Anyone that can on this? Would appreciate a help.

Hi there, I tested two different posts and used different links on both posts. Another user not me, commented on the post and in both cases the second message( the second DM button) didn't work so the external link -the video or PDF- I wanted to refer them to, wasn't working. What should I do?Thanks

Hello, we’re based in the USA and currently have a large volume of TikTok messages to manage. I was wondering if there are any plans or a timeline for when TikTok accounts will be able to connect to ManyChat? Hello,Currently i’m using an automation tool called N8N i was using with twilio to send whatsapp messages to our customers, but after checking out manychat and we found it more promising for social channels, we started to migrate into here, so currently when we get a new customer i start create a new subscriber, but i want to be able to send him a message on whatsapp via API, as i want to send him his credentials and some messages on whatsappis there a direct api using message templates? also does it have a variable injection for the template?

Hi,my goal is to:Update a status on airtable  Send a whatsapp message to the particular contact (via tag automation)My current idea is to search with phone number in custom field to get the subscriber ID first.However I can’t seem to set user field with the phone number (although contact is already subscribed), it always shows {Invalid Variable}.Any solutions or better idea to get the subscriber ID?

Hello!I had  manychat set up for my client. Client closed the business 6  months ago. I emailed you asking to cancel the subscription but nobody answered. I can not cancel it in manychat because I don’t have access anymore. But you keep charging me every month. I didn’t find any other way to contact you. I recently created a free account and set up an automated reply for a specific Instagram post.The trigger is correctly defined, and as far as I can see, the connections to both Facebook and Instagram are active. The automation is published and marked as live.However, ManyChat does not send any automated replies when a comment is made. I do receive the Instagram comment itself, but no reply is sent from ManyChat.Could you please help me? I’m not sure what else to check or adjust.Thank you so much in advance for your support! If I send a WhatsApp message to a contact that appeared to have a valid phone number, but that turns out to not be true, is the message I sent charged as usual? A few of my contacts had invalid phone numbers (that passed as valid), but the message wasn’t sent or didn’t have arrive to their phones, so I’m wondering if I’m paying regardless.Thank you!

I am using the voiceflow to manychat connection template by Omnifusion (linked below) however I’m experiencing a bug somewhere in the pre-made template and I can’t for the life of me figure out where it is or how to solve it. I think I’ve pinpointed it to one area of code, however when I’ve validated the code it appears to be fine. Has anyone experienced similar errors? Or do you have experience with this template/connection and can offer assistance? Hey, I can't find the option to send messages to people on Instagram outside the 24-hour window. I would like to create DM lists for Instagram, but I don't have that option. Even though I create actions to set up opt-in for Instagram, it still doesn't work. Is there any other way to do this?

Hi, I’m just getting back into ManyChat and started building out an automation. There used to be a feature where the bot would auto-populate a person’s email, and it would say something like this “confirm your email below by tapping it, otherwise you can enter a different email.” ManyChat would automatically pull the user’s email address from their account and insert it into the message so the person could tap to confirm it, but I don’t see that any more. Is that feature no longer available? Or am I just missing it? Thanks! 

Hi everyone!I'm currently using the ManyChat PRO trial. I've been trying to set up an automation using an External Request (Webhook) to connect with OpenAI via Make.com, but the option "External Request" is not showing up in my Actions list.I've already tried: Using Flow Builder (visual editor). Clicking "+" button to add a new Action block separately. Checking the ManyChat App marketplace to install the External Request (but I don't see this option). Has anyone faced this issue or knows why this might be happening? Is it a known bug, or am I missing something to activate the External Request feature?Any help would be greatly appreciated—thank you!

Ola. estou com um problema bem chato… tenho acesso ao email, tenho acesso a pagina do facebook, tenho acesso ao instagram, porém nao tenho acesso ao facebook antigo que esteve um dia conectado no manychat.. eu deletei o facebook antigo, e nem imaginei que poderia me dar hoje essa dor de cabeça. eu tenho entrar no manychat e conectar minha conta do instagram porem essa conta pede confirmacão para o meu face antigo, ou aos administradores do manychat. porem não consigo entrar no facebook antigo pois ele nem existe mais, eu deletei…. preciso de ajuda urgente…
