i am using my personal gmail account to log in to ManyChat and connecting to my customer’s account to connect to Instagram.That process works perfect.Then in order to let my customer answer IG chats, i created an account for my customer.No problem on that.Now, i want to start using customer’s Messenger as a chanel. When i go to add the service there is a message than that account (the one from my customer) is already in use, which is true, because my customer is already using many chat for the live chat service.So i am re-logged as my customer account, then i can’t add the Messenger account.What’s the best way to add a customer account?Isn’t possible to add an account that doesn’t belongs to me?I don’t want to ask user credentials to log in to their accounts. Thanks

Estou tentando salvar o fluxo, mas acidentalmente apaguei a parte que estava configurada para o fluxo de comentário. Achei que, ao pressionar F5, ele não salvaria as alterações e manteria o fluxo como estava, mas agora não consigo recriar a mensagem de resposta a um comentário. Além disso, gostaria de saber se é possível remover essa funcionalidade.Em relação à resposta a um comentário, o problema é que não há um próximo passo. Eu gostaria de adicionar dois botões, com a opção de "Próximo Passo", que será ativada apenas se o usuário não interagir com os botões. Creio que isso pode ser feito utilizando o intervalo inteligente, de modo que, caso o usuário não interaja dentro do tempo estipulado, ele será direcionado para um novo local.O que desejo é que a primeira mensagem enviada ao usuário seja introdutória, com dois botões que o direcionam para fluxos distintos, e uma opção de "Próximo Passo", que só será ativada se o usuário não interagir com os botões dentro do intervalo de tempo co

Hello!I would like to create an automation that will send new followers on Instagram a discount code for their first purchase. Can I create some action that will check if the number of followers has increased, or if a given account has already followed my account? I want to avoid a situation where someone will unfollow my account and follow again just for the coupon.Thank you for help!

I may be late to the game here but how do you setup ManyChat Automation for Instagram Livestream? I’m assuming while someone is on an instagram live, they can comment the trigger word, and a link/info will be sent to them. Thanks!

Getting ManyChat communicating with MailerLite through Zapier

I am trying to connect a ManyChat automation to MailerLite with Zapier. I have connected the triggers in the Zap to MailerLite and the connection test indicates that Zapier is connected with both ManyChat and MailerLite. The ManyChat automation occurs with an Instagram keyword. When a user sends me the keyword via Instagram, the ManyChat prompts them to provide their email address. Once the email address is provided, the ManyChat begins sending out a series of emails. I set up the ManyChat to identify a Tag. The Zap is between ManyChat and MailerLite. Once the email is entered, the Zap triggers MailerLite to add the email to my Subscribers and to a Group that I've called Prospects. I can tell the Zap is working to accomplish an automation within MailerLite; however, I don't think the ManyChat automation series is working. When I run the test, the email gets entered as a Subscriber and added to the Group in MailerLite....but the the subscriber/group member is not receiving emails from t

Unable to Restrict Spaces in User Input for First Name

Hi,I'm trying to collect users' first names using a User Input block. However, when users type responses like "My name is James," the entire sentence is saved in the field instead of just the first name. I need a way to restrict or validate inputs so only the first word (e.g., "James") is saved, without spaces or additional text.Currently, ManyChat doesn't allow me to set a restriction for spaces or validate input directly. Is there a way to handle this, or can you suggest a workaround?Thanks in advance for your help!

Help with Automations

I am about to pull my hair out! I have tried all of the suggestions on both ends and nothing is working. Comments are not triggering a response at all. When I click refresh permissions, it takes me back to the original page without options to refresh anything at all. I am about to end my account with them as I do not like wasting my money. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Having a hard time using Manychat for onboarding via WhatsApp

Hello everyone! I’m having a hard time with two things on Manychat:Capturing the user’s data and then sending a message via WhatsApp (welcoming them to event and then inviting them to the event’s group); Integrating Hotmart, a digital platform through we sell online courses, so we can send onboarding messages via WhatsApp.I know it is possible, but it feels really difficult to trigger a WhatsApp flow. For example, I’ve used Manychat’s webhook to send the user’s info to Make, collect their data on Active Campaign, then change apply a new tag to the user and, from that new tag, trigger a WhatsApp flow, but it simply doesn’t work.I’ve also tried using Manychat’s native integrations. With ActiveCampaign, it seems to work well, but with Hotmart it’s super unstable, not to mention that we can specificy which products we’d like interact with the user about.I’m new to this world of automations, so I’d like to ask you guys about a simple way of integrating, first, Manychat with ActiveCampaign s

Where is "the next post or Reel" button for DM Automation???

Every time I set up comments to DM automation, I can select, “Next post or reel”.  That option is gone and only gives me, “Specific post” or “any reel” options which aren’t helpful when my Reel hasn’t posted yet.  I’m launching a huge giveaway this morning and it’s THE WORST possible time for ManyChat to change this.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Did anyone find where that trigger is now?

Boa tarde, galera! Tudo certo?Estou tentando importar contatos com uma integração via API com o Make. Lead se inscreve no CRM RD Station e e entra via API com HTTP Request no Manychat. O módulo HTTP Request da sucesso porém o status da 400 e o contato não é criado no Manychat. Alguém sabe o que pode ser?Já pedi pro suporte autorizar essa função.

Is ManyChat's automation free? Does the free version include all automation features, or are some limited?2. What does "number of contacts" mean? Does it refer to the number of Facebook users who have interacted with your chatbot?3. For the free plan, is the 1,000-contact limit on a monthly basis (and resets every month), or is it a lifetime cap?I'd really appreciate any insights or experiences you can share. Adding a new automated DM to an existing one

I have already set up a flow in Many Chat where someone drops a word, it tiggers a DM with a link.  I would like to go into the automation to send a follow up DM to everyone that received my first DM. Some of these people may or may not have clicked on the link.  I need the follow up to go to everyone.  How do I do this?  Thanks

Tenho uma ideia para automação, mas não sei se teria como executá-la no Many Chat.Na minha empresa fazemos lives, e quero fazer uma automação para enviar o link para quem estiver interessado e reenviar minutos antes da live começar. A ideia é assim:A pessoa comenta "Eu quero" em uma publicação que divulga a live. Assim que ela comenta, recebe uma mensagem direta (DM) com o link da live. Na terça-feira, às 18h, antes da live começar, ela recebe outra mensagem com o link, lembrando-a que a live já vai começar.É isso: comentar > receber o link na DM > receber um lembrete com o link na hora da live.Mas é importante conseguir configurar para que a pessoa receba em um horário especifico e não depois de x tempo.Conseguem me ajudar?

How to find out what device the user uses when interacting on Messenger?

Hi folks,I have a flow where I ask the user for a PDF file. I am using a User Input field that saves the URL of the uploaded file to a custom field. That works great. However, Messenger on Android doesn't offer an option to select documents from its internal storage, the only offered option is to select images. Different to the desktop versions of Messenger, which have an icon to upload documents (any type), next to the chat text field. My solution is to instruct the user about selecting the PDF file from the internal storage (not from Messenger) and Share it to Messenger / Chat. That way, the bot in Manychat can receive it and works fine.To show this message only to users on Android devices, I would need to determine if the user is chatting on an Android phone. Anyone has had this need? Any native recommendations?
