I've been trying to send a message with 2 buttons and their actions, but it only sends the message with a single button, and in the Block Dynamic (Documentation) it shows that it can be replicated, but I've been getting this error only when I duplicate, if I leave only one button it will work. Hola amigos, tengo un problema y es que la cuenta whatsapp business ya registrada en mi Meta Business con publicidad y con cuenta publicitaria vinculada y me la está reconociendo pero al hacer el último paso de verificaciones me da error en Manychat y sugiriendome que desconecte el número y lo vuelva a conectar desde manychat… eh visto en otras preguntas que pierden la línea para llamar o algún otro problema con la línea y el whatsapp. ¿Qué debo hacer para solventar este problema? ¿alguien tendrá idea? Hi everyone,I was able to connect my TikTok account to ManyChat successfully the first time, but after disconnecting it and trying to reconnect, I keep getting the following error message:"This TikTok account does not support connection with ManyChat."I have already tried enabling and disabling TikTok's business mode, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced this before? Will someone help me understand the point of paying for all of my contacts if I can’t contact them? Since they got rid of paid messages, I can’t message my 26k people in FB Messenger.

I have a manychat workflow , where when people comments, a DM is sent to respective accounts. Now the issue is whoever send any message to us in DM, it says ‘we reply typically in one day’. I want to remove that.  

We're having a little issue where our automation flow sends duplicate messages whenever a user’s message includes the word "healer." We want the automation to trigger just once per interaction even if the keyword shows up multiple times in their message.Can you help us adjust the settings so it only sends once? Or is this how it’s supposed to work? Sorry, I’m a bit of a newbie here.

Hey there,I have been using Manychat on trial for the past 2 weeks alone and it hasn’t really been a problem up until yesterday when I added another team member as an admin and he started texting other people from the platform, We got a message that we have a restriction and it keeps logging us out. Is Manychat the reason and if yes - how can we fix that? 

Using AI Module he reply wrongly when users ask about today questions because AI do not consider the correct timezone of business. Example: User asked what day is today and it replied a wrong day. so anything related to date and time will reply wrongly like: What special you have today?I tried to add in prompt Business timezone but didnt work. 

Hey guys, I just activated my account and whenever I have someone text me via direct message on Instagram, I don’t receive anything on the Manychat platform, I also cannot seem to find the bot the page is referring to. Any suggestions?

Hi Community,In developing a monitoring system for our flows we encountered that it is not possible to find Google Sheet files in our team directory. We can encounter peronal files, or personal files of team member shared with me. I was wondering if you encountered this too or know if this is expected behavior? Could also be that we have blocking policies in Google. Will check that out too, just wondering if you had any experience.Cheers Twan

On Manychat Flow, I am building a flow that makes an HTTP API Call and stores the response into a field. Now, I want to send the response from the API as an Instagram Message, but I don’t have an option to link this step after the Action step.

Hi all, I’m trying toactivate my 5th automation in free plan (hai less than 1000 subscribers, all of my automations are set with a trigger that contains one specific (past)  Instagram post and “Any comment”, so I do not understand why I should change to pro plan. In answers to similar questions I’vre read if there is a pro feature in use, but it is not clear want could be used in a free plan as a pro feature. At the beginning I’vre tried to set up the automation with the “next post” but it did not work and I figured out that teh reason was that “next post” is a pro feature. So I guess, since it did not work for me, I did not use it, and after I had to change it to a “specific post” when the post was already published.So as I see I do not use any pro feature and nontheless the aumoation does not work.Thank you in advance if you can help.

Já faz uma semana que está com problema em relação da automação, nesse caso eu fiz a permissão tanto do facebook quanto do instagram. Nisso ainda assim não funcionou. Sistema está no PRO, não acusa mais nenhum erro e testei em outra conta do instagram no modelo FREE e funcionou. Não sei se é alguma configuração dentro do instagram que não está permitindo ainda.Até tentei deslogar da conta e logar novamente, mas não vejo a opção de sair do instagram hoje

Tengo una secuencia para whatsapp que opera dentro de las primeras 24horas, luego de una conversacion iniciada por empresa. Hay preguntas que el cliente responde, se almacenan, clasifican y luego de cierto tiempo, recibe respuesta automatica, todo dentro de la secuencia. Pero qué pasa si el cliente escribe al whatsapp cualquier otra palabra o interaccion, entre los pasos?? no hay live 24h.. como doy respuesta sin salir de la secuencia?? y como controlo que la respuesta de la secuencia no ocurra despues de una interaccion que no tenga que ver con la secuencia?? Help me!!
