So I have clicked on the “send message within 24 hours” to trigger the drop-down menu. It does not have the “send as comment” reply option. So what do I do now? Thanks in advance! 

In an automation, is there a way to send the “flow_ns” value through an External Request?I understand that I can get that value from the URL in a browser, but I would like to have that value sent to my backend for logging purposes.I tried to see if the field was available when clicking the “Add Full Contact Data” in the Request form, but nothing came up.Thanks!

However, since last night it has stopped showing the quick reply buttons, and therefore the flow stops at the first step of the process.Thanks in advance!Matias 

Hi,I’m building my first automation with Manychat and can’t get my automation for Instagram DM to work.When sending a DM to the account (using my iPhone app) I do get the first message and see the 2 buttons (highligted in yellow below). But when I click either of the buttons nothing happens. Grateful for any support! (And yes, I’ve tried “Refresh Instagram Permissions” ) 

right now i just created an automation with using add quick reply , but when somebody send something on instagram , they cant see this button . i think quick reply doesn't working , is that the same for you ?

Hi, I’ve been working on a proyect to help small brands automate their responses in Instagram.Can’t verify my app yet with meta so I thought using Manychat API was a smart workaround.I need clarification with contact usage.If a Business I automate, receives 500 DMs per month, am I ok with Pro suscription? I mean, what happens in ten months? Is it still 500 per month or is it 5000 contacts? $15 vs $45 Is the client doomed to “carry” forever a contact that was a one time purchase or they reset each month?This is key in my business model and it would be a nice Yes or a hard No depending on the answer.Thank you very much,Santa  

Quick Reply’s are not showing up when users comment under posts & live’s. Instragram permissions have been refreshed, automations have been re-built but problem persists...Experiencing this problem for 1.5 days now. Anyone a fix? 

Heads up, I’ve noticed quick reply buttons are not showing up for A LOT of users. Manychat’s status report page does not reflect this, anyone know what’s going on?

Hello everyone, I need some urgent help with an Instagram–Facebook–Manychat connection issue.My Instagram account is currently linked to a Facebook page that was automatically created by Facebook when I switched my Instagram account to a business account. This page was not manually created, it does not belong to any real Facebook profile, and I do not have any way to access it.Because of this, I am completely stuck:Manychat keeps asking me to grant permission to that Facebook page in order to proceed.On the website version of Manychat, I cannot access Settings to disconnect/remove the page.On mobile, I can log in, but on the website I am blocked by the error message.Since the page was auto-created by Facebook, there is no “admin” I can request access from — the page doesn’t actually belong to anyone.Here is the message I see:“The Instagram account is already Connected. Please switch your Instagram account to continue, or request access from the administrator of the page.”But the issue

Boa tarde,Gostaria de perceber se é algum BUG do manychat ou efetivamente é algo que tenha feito mal.No fluxo feito no manychat no bloco so coloquei 2 botões conforme a imagem Mas no Instagram aparece com 3 botões, e esse botão esta associado a outro bloco juntamente com outros 2 botões, imagem abaixo  Podem verificar se é algum BUG, ou algo que fiz incorrectamente ? Obrigado

Hi I get a lot of Meta spam bots fishing for my account info. Right now with many chat I have to right click and type out delete individually for every single one. Is there plans to have a multi select and delete feature added? Because I am typing ‘delete’ 5+ times a day right now for messages instagram auto ignores on their end.

My bot sends “This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply" to whoever text me whatever. I tried to change Default relpy in setting but i did not work. PLS help me  

Hello Guys,  I would like to know how the pricing works and if its possible to reduce the cost or monthly payments. I'm currently using Manychat just for the automatization by key words, and in the type of job that I have we just talk to a contact once and then we don't necessarily need to have any type of interaction with that contact again. So it doesn't make any sense to me to be accumulating contacts or paying for then after months. It's there any option to me? or I just have to accept that this platform doesn't adjust to my necessities? I felt in love with Manychat so I hope you can help me to find a way to use it properly for my business without overpaying just for contacts.
