Hi everyone ,I’m trying to link another Facebook account to ManyChat so I can set up Instagram automations, but I keep getting an error even after trying everything I could find: I followed several ChatGPT guides, I watched multiple YouTube tutorials, I tested different settings and nothing works. I’m currently on the free version of ManyChat (not sure if this limitation is related ). All I want is to connect this second Facebook account to automate on Instagram, but after testing all possible solutions, the same error keeps showing up.Has anyone else experienced this or knows the solution? } Any help is appreciated.(Attached is the screenshot of the error I keep gettingThis is the error message shown in the picture (but originally in Spanish)It is not possible to connect this page due to an error!It looks like you have logged in with another Facebook profile.Please try logging out of your Facebook account and try again. 

Hi! ManyChat newbie setting up my first flow here. I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I’ve been trying to find the answer on Google with no luck.I’m trying to set up a very simple funnel where a contact receives an initial message containing an open-ended question (without a button or Quick Reply — the goal is to start an organic dialogue). I’d like to send a follow-up message 24 hours later to those who didn’t respond to the first message. From what I understand, I need to use tags and conditions to do this. I created a tag for “responds to message” and then set a condition that will send the follow-up message if the tag isn’t “responds to message.” What I can’t figure out is if this tag will be applied to a contact automatically if they respond to a message, or if I’ll have to tag them manually?I’ve found articles that indicate tags can be applied automatically using the “Actions” feature, but when setting up the tag itself, I can’t figure out how to tell the system what act

 My account was only set up for insta but my ad also shows up on FB and when people comment on FB Manychat won't work. I think may be FB uses Messenger not DM? How do I get it to work on both FB and Insta? Thank you so much in advance!

Hello ManyChat Team,I need clarification regarding how the active contacts are counted for billing purposes in my account.My Case:In the first month, around 400 people messaged me.After 3 days, I received 700 more messages from new contacts.So, total in one month = 1100 contacts.My Questions:1. Will my billing plan count all 1100 contacts in the same month (and require me to upgrade from $15 to $25 plan)?2. Or will the system only consider the active contacts of the last 30 days, meaning that when the new billing cycle starts, the old inactive contacts will not be counted again?3. In short:If I cross 500 contacts in the middle of the month, will I be immediately upgraded to the next plan?Or is the count reset after each billing cycle (so that inactive contacts are not carried forward)?Purpose:I want to understand if contacts are accumulated forever (total 1100+) or if they are recalculated monthly based only on active users. This will help me plan whether I need to move from $15 → $25

Hey everyone! 👋I’m currently building an Instagram automation that collects user info (name and WhatsApp number) and stores it in a Google Sheet.So my goal is : Automatically send users a WhatsApp message right after they submit their info. Is there a way to link this Instagram automation directly to WhatsApp within ManyChat? Or do I need an external tool or integration to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help. 

I need my marketing manager to be able to use manychat, however I don’t want to give them my personal google login. Is there a way to either sign in by just an email and password or allow them to access another way? They are admins on the pro facebook page, but I think that would then create their own account, which would defeat the purpose of allowing me to see what they are doing.

Hi everyone! I just pushed my first Manychat flow live 🙌  and am testing it in IG’s preview mode. The first part of it is working great, but I’m running into issues with the 23-hour SmartDelay. Here is a screenshot of one “branch” of my flow. If the contact clicks my scheduling link, I tag them and send a message 20 seconds later -- that SmartDelay is working. But if they don’t respond, I want to send them a message 23 hours later. That message doesn’t seem to be sending. In another part of the flow, I have something similar, except I ask for their email. In that case, I have the SmartDelay + follow-up message as a next step for everyone, whether they provide an email or not.In testing, I’m not receiving any of the messages delayed by 23 hours. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks so much!

Hi there hopefully some one help me for this… When I test it like inputting wrong info and it still going to message #1 but off course the custom field is empty because the last input text is not match in the data... which is supposed to be will go to my message 2 that the data is not much…Thanks in advance more power to you all...

Hola apenas pago el plan pro de manychat hasta el momento tengo instagram, pero al conectar el messenger de facebook se crea como otra cuenta y me vuelve a pedir datos de compra. ¿eso quiere decir que me van a cobrar un plan pro por cada red que yo añada al manychat?

I’m receiving messages from users in different countries 🌍. I’d like to set up my ManyChat flow so that when a user shares their phone number, the system can detect the country code (e.g. +971, +966, +249, etc.) and then send them a specific WhatsApp message depending on their country.👉 Is there a way to make ManyChat automatically recognize the country code in the phone number and trigger a different message for each country?Any tips, best practices, or examples would be really helpful 🙏

I dont see import emails on my end I’m not sure do I go inside the automations?

For some reason I am not able to use the {{First_Name}} in live chat. When I do this, it just sends as a blank. The System Field for the First Name in the profile I am trying to get this to work on has a value, but I’m not sure why it’s not working. Any help would be appreciated!

We have an automation that triggers from any comment on our post/reels to:Ask a question. The response tags the type of user (custom tag) After action to tag, the Follower Condition is checked. If Yes they follow us, it sends the download links. If no,  the “ask to follow link” is supposed to be sent. That “ask to follow link” lets users click to automatically follow our account then move on to the next step to deliver the download links.The follow-link is not being sent. Is this happening (or rather not happening) because we have to wait 24 hrs from the 1st user response (their comment on our post and response to the initial question?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with ManyChat.I find it a bit disappointing that there’s no proper video tutorial for this, or an option to directly contact support (especially for the price – that really should be available).I’ve been searching for 4 days now for the right settings to create a follow-up, but I can’t find anything. And honestly, what’s explained here so far doesn’t really answer my question either.Example:Person X comments with the “keyword” → Then they receive a message and a link to click… and that’s where the problem starts. I want to set up a follow-up so that they automatically get another message one day later to “check in” with them.I know this might not sound like a big thing, but it’s frustrating that there’s nothing concrete out there. A tutorial video would help a lot.I really hope you can help me. If you need any additional info to give me a better answer, please just let me know.

I am needing to set up an automation that splits based on the action taken The goal is to deliver the link to a free resource upon clicking the initial link we send them1: When link is clicked, prize is automatically sent as a follow up 2: If the link not clicked....we want to send a follow-up message telling them they're missing out on a free gift and prompt them to click the link again. hi! Could someone let me know what’s wrong with my automation? The ‘if link is clicked’ part works fine but not the ‘condition link isn’t clicked’ (obviously the time delays will be moved to 24h this is for the sake of testing 😊) Would really appreciate help thanks
