I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step. 

Tenho uma dúvida sobre como fazer com que a minha automação não dispare varias vezes caso a pessoa digite uma das palavras gatilho, para isso utilizo o fluxo abaixo. Porém meus clientes são recorrentes então preciso que toda vez que ele inicie o contato (e digite uma das palavras gatilho, é claro) a automação dispare. Sendo assim, como faço pra um contato “perder” a tag após 24 horas do contato ou algo do tipo?

Is there a way to auto respond to existing dms in my request inbox by keyword? I have a bunch of dms in my inbox with a keyword that I want to reply to with the same message containing the same link, how do I do this with many chat?

Hola! como estasi?  ya tengo instalada la api de klaviyo y todo bien, ahora estoy con el flujo. y loq eu necesitamos es que cuando alguin pong una palabra nos de a seguir, y despues le enviamos el link. ahora el problema llega despues, en 24h queremos que se dispare un nuevo mensaje y queremos que se dispare para que la gente que no esta en nuestra lista de klaviyo, le salte un mensaje diciendo que se apunte a nuestra lista y se vincule a una lista de klaviyo que tenemos  no se si me explico, no se poner la condición de klaviyo para que dependiendo  de si esta o no en nuestra lista de klaviyo le salte un mensaje u otro y lo podamos meter en la lista.  

Hello Everyone, Im running into an issue i hope you guys can help me with. I currently have my manychat workflow connected to n8n for an IG and WhatsApp chatbot/booking agent, everything goes well during the whole conversation and data is being passed seamlessly until the end when the customer confirms the details for the booking. N8n books the appointment and logs everything into the CRM like its suppose to but when n8n send the confirmation message, manychat does recognize it and goes into a 1 time loop where the customer has to once again confirm the action even though n8n has already completed the action and responded correctly. Ive attached an example of the conversation, n8n confirmation message (output), and my current Manychat workflow. PLEASE HELP.

Porém este mês esqueci e acabaram cobrando o valor de 2500 contatos que é o próximo nível.Até ai tudo bem, só que agora mesmo excluindo os contatos para menos de 500, na página de cobrança continua a informação de que serei cobrado o valor de 2500 contato.

My country currency is Real (R$), and converting the  45 dollar plan to R$ it´s around R$ 252, but instead its priced at R$ 499 here.  Shouldn´t it be R$ 252? Without VPNWith VPN on "Americas" 

Hi community, im triying to update my current automation (Instagram) with some edits and when I press update, and error message appears with “stop linked ad in your ads manager before taking this action”. I have tried countless times, stopping all campaigns in the ads manager but its still not working. Hope all is well everyone, my name is Dj and I’m having quite the issue and was looking for a bit of help. So I have an automation flow that involves about 4 different automations, my goal is for one contact to finish the first automation then once that contact is finished, it will start another automation but I want to send the 2nd automation to a different user, not the same user. I tried using conditions but that usually just stops the automation after the first automation ends and doesn’t send the message to the user that meets the conditions. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Funciona usando Respuesta predeterminada. Yo estoy necesitando hacer algo similar, pero en mi caso la interacción viene desde una pregunta puntual, usando Recopilación de datos. Es decir, le pregunto algo al cliente, y quiero dejar que mande varios mensajes si hace falta… y recién después de un tiempo , concatenar todo eso y recién ahí mandarlo a la IA. ¿Alguien probó algo así? ¡Gracias desde ya por la onda!Slds.

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this issue: I had a WhatsApp number registered in ManyChat, but my channel was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I’ve since added credits, but when trying to reconnect, WhatsApp requires SMS/call verification. The problem: I purchased this number directly through ManyChat, so it can’t receive SMS or calls (no physical SIM access). I already removed it from Meta Business Manager, but it still won’t verify. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to: Get ManyChat to verify the number without SMS (e.g., via email or manual approval). Migrate the number to an SMS-enabled provider (like Twilio). Or am I forced to use a new physical SIM number? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 🙏

Hello ManyChat Community!I'm encountering a peculiar issue with the ManyChat API and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any ideas on how to resolve it.Scenario:When trying to create a new contact via API, I receive the error: 'This WhatsApp ID already exists: 5554999999999' However, when using the API Swagger to search for this contact (using the /fb/subscriber/findBySystemField endpoint), I receive: { "status": "success", "data": []}   This creates an impossible loop: I can't create the contact because it already exists, but I can't update it because the API says it doesn't exist!Additional details:The contact was originally imported into ManyChat. I've tried searching using both email and phone number, with the same result. I've checked the API token permissions, and they appear to be correct.Questions:Has anyone faced a similar issue?
