hey all im currently trying to add many chat to make.com make.com is asking for a access token i have put my api key into make.com thinking that was the access token but make.com is saying thats not the access tokenany advice or help is much apreciated

Hola comunidad!!Reciente hice la conexión de Whatsapp business app a Manychat, escanee el QR de la app en mi navegador y funciona perfectamente.Ahora cuando se intenta escanear el código desde otra PC da error y no se conecta (Pc para dar ssoporte)Alguien sabe cuantas sesiones de WhatsApp puedo tener abiertas cuando está conectado a Manychat, o simplemente debo usar la aplicación de Manychat con diferentes puestos para que diferentes personas intervengan en el chat.Saludos!

Do I only earn a commission if the user signs up for the 12-month plan? If the user chooses to pay monthly (at the end of each month), will I still receive a commission?2. If a user signs up for a 12-month plan but cancels after the first month, will I still receive a commission for the first month? 3. I'm targeting live streamers as my first client segment. My goal is to automate the process where their customers—coming from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp—receive a message, fill out a form, complete a purchase, and have the order details automatically sent to an Excel file with notifications. Can ManyChat handle this entire flow? 4. I plan to help clients by creating their ManyChat accounts for them. Do I still need to register them through my affiliate link to receive the commission? Or is there a way to assign their account

I’d like to manually add an email system field to a contact and I cannot find a place to do it. Support articles say this can be done in contacts by clicking on the user, but I’m not seeing the option to add system fields at all. I can add custom fields, but the automation I’m trying to trigger requires the email system field to be filled out. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I see in the contact with nowhere to edit the system fields or add one for email.  Thank you!

Hello!I’ve been trying for months to do a video broadcast, but had no luck with it. I’ve edited the video both in CapCut and Premiere, and I’ve followed all the size guidelines (270 x 480).The file I’m using is encoded with H.264, downloaded at the Lowest Rate, in MP4 format, and I’ve made sure to follow all the specifications provided. However, no matter how many times I’ve tried, I still can’t get it to upload — it always says “File Media Not Supported”. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Thank you in advance.

Bom dia pessoal, sou nova por aqui. Estou há poucos meses usando a ferramenta manychat e hoje quando acessei a fatura do meu cartão que cadastrei, estão cobrando duas vezes o mesmo valor. Sendo que fizeram as cobranças no dia 24/01 e no dia 25/01, quando eu acesso as faturas no meu perfil manychat, consta apenas de 25/01 a 25/02 e 25/02 a 25/03, porém a fatura do meu cartão fecha no dia 16, ou seja, essa do dia 25/02 não pode estar sendo cobrada na minha fatura desse mês, já que já tinha virado o cartão. Além disso na fatura do mês que vem, está sendo cobrado o mesmo valor… ou seja, dois meses de uso e estou pagando por 3.Alguém sabe algum canal de contato humanizado com a equipe deles? Pois pelo suporte é apenas o robô que fala comigo.Obrigada

Hello everyone, im trying to figure out out to batch incoming messages in manychat to send multiple messages from user to n8n as one message. ive tried a few different ways but turned out unsuccessful, any advice?

Is there anyway you can leverage many chat to automate follow up responses when people don’t answer the original DM? 

I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step. 

Tenho uma dúvida sobre como fazer com que a minha automação não dispare varias vezes caso a pessoa digite uma das palavras gatilho, para isso utilizo o fluxo abaixo. Hola! como estasi?  ya tengo instalada la api de klaviyo y todo bien, ahora estoy con el flujo. y loq eu necesitamos es que cuando alguin pong una palabra nos de a seguir, y despues le enviamos el link. ahora el problema llega despues, en 24h queremos que se dispare un nuevo mensaje y queremos que se dispare para que la gente que no esta en nuestra lista de klaviyo, le salte un mensaje diciendo que se apunte a nuestra lista y se vincule a una lista de klaviyo que tenemos  no se si me explico, no se poner la condición de klaviyo para que dependiendo  de si esta o no en nuestra lista de klaviyo le salte un mensaje u otro y lo podamos meter en la lista.  

Hello Everyone, Im running into an issue i hope you guys can help me with. I currently have my manychat workflow connected to n8n for an IG and WhatsApp chatbot/booking agent, everything goes well during the whole conversation and data is being passed seamlessly until the end when the customer confirms the details for the booking. N8n books the appointment and logs everything into the CRM like its suppose to but when n8n send the confirmation message, manychat does recognize it and goes into a 1 time loop where the customer has to once again confirm the action even though n8n has already completed the action and responded correctly. Ive attached an example of the conversation, n8n confirmation message (output), and my current Manychat workflow. PLEASE HELP.

Olá pessoal, Estou usando o ManyChat para meu cliente e sempre deixo abaixo de 500 contatos para pagar o valor de R$ 149 pelo plano Pro. Porém este mês esqueci e acabaram cobrando o valor de 2500 contatos que é o próximo nível.Até ai tudo bem, só que agora mesmo excluindo os contatos para menos de 500, na página de cobrança continua a informação de que serei cobrado o valor de 2500 contato.

My country currency is Real (R$), and converting the  45 dollar plan to R$ it´s around R$ 252, but instead its priced at R$ 499 here.  Shouldn´t it be R$ 252? Without VPNWith VPN on "Americas"
