Dear ManyChat Community,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to create a subscriber through the ManyChat API. Upon submitting the request, I received the following error 400 message: "To create a subscriber you must fill in at least one field: Phone or Email or WaId."It appears that the API request to create a subscriber is failing due to a missing required field. According to the error message, at least one of the following fields must be provided: Phone, Email, or WaId.However, I have ensured that the request includes all necessary fields and their corresponding values. Despite this, the error persists, and I am unable to create subscribers via the API.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I have reviewed the documentation thoroughly and believe that the request is correctly formatted. Hello everyone,I'm contacting you to get your opinion on the subject of tags. Currently we create different tags for each of our campaigns. Example: if we have an “End Survey” tag, we have a “Campaign A - End Survey” tag “Campaign B - End Survey” tag etc... The advantages are as follows:We can create very precise conditions and send flows when we want. We can keep track of which ambassadors have carried out which campaigns.The disadvantages are as follows: We have to recreate tags for each new campaign. We have to modify these same tags in flow templates We have a very large number of tags in our database.My idea was to create a single specific tag for each campaign (e.g. “Campaign A”) and use generic tags for all tags. However, this approach seems to pose two problems:If there are two campaigns running at the same time, the tags will interfere with each other.I'm obliged to delete the person's tags for the next campaign, thus losing the history.What do you think of my approach? I have a Manychat Telegram chatbot, and when I add 15 consecutive if-else conditions, the automation stops. Is there a limit on the number of consecutive conditions? Also, after each condition, I’m using "Set User Field" actions—could the problem be related to having 15 consecutive "Set User Field" actions? Let me know if this sounds good!P.S. If I remove one condition and action it runs.
Estoy intentando programar mis automatizaciones para WhatsApp, sin embargo no contesta de forma automática y en el chat en vivo tampoco me deja mandar mensajes.. Tengo saldo en la cuenta y mi perfil ya esta verificado. ¿Algun consejo?
Hola a todos, soy nuevo usando Manychat, después de pasar un día entero buscando una solución no la encuentro y llegue aquí, espero alguien pueda ayudarme. 😓 Imagen 1:Estoy tratando de hacer que cuando el “Enviar mensaje #1” no tenga respuesta durante 11 segundos, se envíe el “Enviar mensaje #3” . Pero no funciona, me quedo esperando minutos y nada.Imagen 2:Se supone que al marcar “SI” debería enviar “Enviar el mensaje 1” (Línea roja) pero en lugar de eso, se salta y envía “Enviar mensaje #2” (Línea 2). Quiero decir que en lugar de decir la pregunta 1 se salta a la pregunta 2.Lo mismo me pasa con Messenger, no he probado con wsp porque aún estoy aprendiendo a usar y quisiera usar bien mis 15 días gratis :) Espero alguien me pueda ayudar, muchas gracias !
Quando eu já tenho um WhatsApp ID cadastrado, não consigo recuperar o seu Manychat ID. Sem o Manychat ID não consigo enviar mensagens ou realizar outras ações através das integrações de api. Por exemplo, se uma pessoa que já conversou comigo no WhatsApp, faz uma conversão na página, não consigo mandar mensagem pra ela via automação, porque não tenho o Manychat ID.

Tengo una consulta urgente sobre el límite de mensajes diarios en mi cuenta de WhatsApp Business API integrada con ManyChat.Recientemente, Facebook aumentó mi límite de mensajes diarios de 250 a 1000 mensajes debido al buen flujo de mensajes y la calidad de interacción que he mantenido. Sin embargo, dentro de ManyChat, sigo viendo el límite de 250 conversaciones diarias, lo cual parece estar restringiendo mi capacidad de enviar mensajes adicionales, a pesar de la actualización de Facebook.Actualmente he sobrepasado el límite de los 250 mensajes, lo que ha detenido mi bot por 24 horas, y estoy perdiendo la capacidad de responder a mis clientes de manera oportuna. Agradecería mucho si pudieran ayudarme a sincronizar mi cuenta o actualizar el límite de mensajes dentro de ManyChat para que sea consistente con el nuevo límite aprobado por Facebook.Este tema es urgente ya que necesito reactivar mi bot cuanto antes.Agradezco de antemano su ayuda

Fiz uma automação de envio de um fluxo de mensagens com 2 gatilhos: comentário num post e o envio de mensagem no Direct. O gatilho da mensagem no Direct está funcionando, a pessoa recebe a primeira mensagem com o botão de Resposta Rápida e inicia o fluxo normalmente.Já no gatilho de comentário no post, a pessoa recebe a mensagem SEM o botão de Resposta Rápida. Com isso, não é possível ela continuar o fluxo.Como resolver isso? É algum bug?
Pessoal! Está acontecendo com vocês também???Pra cada comentário está sendo enviado um DM em inglês (e isso começou a acontecer há algumas semanas). Alguém pode me ajudar a TIRAR ou configurar isso ;)

I did comment and it worked then I pressed the button on the comment-triggered message and this came up: I have had a couple messages related to suspected bot activity on my account or something along those lines but Manychat and meta work together so? Tenho meu fluxo e como pode ver na foto tentei fazer essa lógica da tag fluxo comecou e nao disparar novamente, mas nao deu certo e ele continua enviando mensagem, meu objetivo é que uma vez que ele digite a primeira keyword e o fluxo inicie, mesmo que ele mande outra keyword nao reinicie o funil e sim continue do mesmo jeito apenas uma vez
