I’m new at automating stuffs and integrating apps, so maybe this is a silly problem that I’m stuck. Since I don’t have a whatsapp business account, I don’t know if this limitis things in my Manychat profile. I create a flow in Manychat and I send some infos to Make using webhook. I did a schedule apointment in Make using google calendar, and now i want the flow to go back to manychat and continue the conversation but i just can’t do it. I saw a video on youtube and the options in manychat’s module‘create subscriber’ on make are diferent than mine. I only have access do User ID, the rest of ‘Data’ parameters does not exist. PS: No one aswer me at Make’s community, so I’m trying Manychat’s now  Thank you! :)

I've set up automation so that when someone comments a specific word, they're directed to my landing page. However, when they comment that word, a different automation is triggered, and they receive the wrong link. How can I fix this?

Hi, I have a question about IG/Facebook.My IG reels are getting recommended on Facebook (not posted, but shown on FB). Will my automation Comment to DM with trigger word work for the Facebook viewers of my IG reel? Thank you for reading my question.  

I tried a automation , but i got lot’s of errors.My problems are:1.When there are two messages at a time then it is leads to error in my automation. Like is is sending a same message twice.​​​​​​​2.And The Manychat time out is 9 seconds , that one is major problem causing more problems in my automation.Can any one please share some tips or template to openai assistant and facebook integration in manychat automation.

Hello everyone. I’m trying to finalize my Instagram automation, but I’ve encountered an issue. When I comment on a post or an ad, the automation doesn’t trigger. My goal is for the automation to activate and send a DM to the user’s Instagram inbox whenever someone comments on any post or a specific post. Note: I have already tested sending direct messages from the inbox (not on a post), and the automation starts without any issues. I’m attaching a screenshot of how I set up the automation flow. Thank you in advance for your help!  

Hi I reedited my automation and published the second version. But then I found my runs on first version is all gone on the automation list (it is recounted).Is it there any way I can get my first version runs back? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I’m working on a project and It’s about integrating mailchimp with manychat so that  all contacts collected on instagram dm through manychat goes to a specific mailchimp list, I already integrated both and have setup an action step to collect the contacts to the mailchimp list after it’s been collected by manychat on instagram? Now, the client is telling me that it is not working. Is there a chance that itt doesn’t work even after previewing everything and it all seems well?  

Hi friends, Help please. I have a flow that is “password protected” and we are using the keyword as a way to get access to the rest of the content. Unfortunately, the flow will not trigger and start the flow without typing in the keyword 2x. This leaves clients stuck and confused. We have found no way around this with 504 users from december to present. Anyone have experience with troubleshooting this? It’s not happened with our flows in the past.  Thank you,Tiffany

I want to Switch from Timer-Based to Human Approval. Current approval is fake and based on a timer, creating inefficiencies but i want when a user submits their track, pause the flow and notify a team member for review. A team member manually approves or rejects the submission. Only after approval, the user is shown pricing & payment options.How can i acheive this? 

My question is related to the image. I have my flow built and synced with FB Messenger. I’m setting up FB Ads to push traffic to messenger /  Many Chat flow. In the ads manager setup it’s asking me “How do you want to welcome people who tap on your ad? Select a template.” (see image). Why am I seeing this?? Can anyone advise?

Estoy creando una automatización para Campañas pagadas en Instagram, al activar el disparador me pide crear al menos una Respuesta Inmediata, la cual he creado como siguiente paso después del activador. Pero por más que intento activarla me sigue pidiendo “Añade al menos una Respuesta inmediata al primer mensaje para configurar los anuncios de Instagram” ¿ALGUIEN ME PODRÍA AYUDAR?

Hi there, I tested the auto DM link from comments a few days ago, but the feature is not working for me because the comments are coming from Instagram users who don’t follow my account, and they don’t allow DM chat from everyone, so they cannot see the automatic messages. Estou com uma conta PRO (TRIAL) será esse o problema??Percebi que au tentar enviar uma mensagem no livechat também ocorre um erro.Será que o erro ocorre por eu ter optado por receber um número grátis do whatsapp no momento do cadastro, pois lá tinha opção de eu inserir meu próprio ou obter um número grátis? Despite submitting a support ticket to Manychat over a week ago, responses have been delayed, and the issue remains unresolved. This has left the customer unable to handle any WhatsApp requests, causing a significant impact on their business.I’m struggling to get proper attention from both Manychat and WhatsApp. Does anyone know how to escalate a support request with Manychat or have any suggestions to help unblock the account quickly?Any mitigation plan would also be greatly appreciated. We attempted to install regular WhatsApp (non-business), but that too was blocked. Meta flagged the account due to suspected integration activities that violate their policies.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Pretendo enviar as conversas que envio e recebo para o supabase (banco de dados externo) O objetivo é analisar as conversas com inteligência artificial. Porém, não consigo estabelecer um fluxo contínuo de envio de mensagens. Alguém consegue me ajudar?  I want to send all the messages I send and receive in ManyChat to Supabase. Is there a way to do that?
