Hello,Is there a feature that I’m not aware of, that let’s me set up direct and/or smart links in automations?More specifically, when I add automations (for Instagram and Telegram so far) and include either internal or external links (such as adding instagram links in either instagram or telegram automations), I face 2 issues:the link first opens a popup to verify if I’m sure that I want to open the link (and even there, it shows a link related to Manychat) when I verify to open the link, it opens it in the browser instead of the app (even when the link is internal, such as an instagram link inside an instagram automation)this doesn’t feel good and lowers the conversion. So, the questions will be:can I toggle any option to make those links open without the verification popup? can I show my custom link instead of Manychat’s version? (such as our custom subdomain be used as the url shortener) can those links be opened inside the app? (like let’s say i include an instagram profile page, i
I have built a sandwich shop demo. The flow allows for the user to choose additional sandwich type meat, condiments and toppings… an example user field for sandwich meat types i tried to append in action step after quick reply button: (The system automatically adds triple curly brackets when i try to set value as the custom field)Set {{sandwich_type}}to {{{sandwich_type}}}, Turkeythen next message allows user to add more meat choices and loops. Same processes are used for condiments and toppings… allowing user to choose additional toppings or condiments. Hello community,I’ve encountered a problem with my ManyChat automation and would appreciate any guidance on how to fix it.In the attached screenshots, you can see a button that is appearing, which should not be part of the flow. Initially, two other buttons were showing up, which also weren't supposed to be there. When clicked, these buttons lead to a flow that doesn’t even exist.I’ve already tried resetting the automation and updating permissions, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on how to resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!Attaching screenshots for reference.Best regards,

Ola, minha duvida esta relacionado apos as 24hrs sem interaçoes.Na sexta feira o cliente termina aguardando uma resposta do vendedor. entao sabado e domingo nao trabalha, e na segunda o vendedor irá retornar o contato. Pelo app e nem pelo site do atendimento atraves do many é possivel retornar este atendimento. Verifiquei no faq e diz que é possivel o atendente iniciar uma conversa manual, mas na pratica isso nao é permitido. Realizei alguns teste tentando enviar a mensagem direto pelo app do manychat e nao me permite retornar o atendimento. Existe uma maneira como permitir isso? pois sem a automação deveria ser permitido.

Hi everyone! I am trying to figure out how I can get more messages to my prospects after I do the “comment reply” method. For some reason only a handful of them go through though. I’ll put an image below. I’m trying to get people the message after the smart delay. But for some reason only a handful of them go through. Anyone know why this is? Hello team, I’m so familiar with manychat since I was a social media manager at a company last year, I created Manychat Account for them and created many automations for them. now I want to use the knowledge to make money, how can I manage multiple FB/IG pages on Manychat without asking my clients to make me their page admin, is there a secure way to do so? I know each client has has to have a specific ManyChat account weather its Instagram or Facebook, I want to work as a freelance only to make them bots, broadcasts and more of Manychat services. Buenos diasSoy nueva con Manychat y aún no he comenzado. Lo usaría con InstagramAlguien me puede explicar como es el plan gratuito? Y como se contabilizan los contactos luego? Entiendo que son mil contactos gratis. esto significa que cuando una persona entra a una automatizacion pasa a ser un nuevo contacto?Y luego, cuando se llega a los 1000 y se siguen sumando contactos se pasa al plan pago. Por lo que veo en la pagina dice que hasta 2500 contactos con el plan pro son 25 dol al mes. Esto corresponde al plan de hasta 2500 contactos que entren al flujo, verdad? Si todos los meses entran contactos hasta 2500 pagaría 25 o los contactos se suman? Es decir… cuando tenga el contacto 2501 (aunque en el mes se sumen 4) pagaría 45?Es que no quiero liarla. Hi all, I’ve just setup my manychat account. I’m still on the free version. I’m trying to use manychat mobile to reply on whatsapp however it says “You can’t send messages from this Manychat account. Please log in to Manychat’s web version and follow the instructions to resolve this.” Does this mean it is not possible? Or is there something i need to do to set this up?
