Hola a todos, estoy creando un formulario en Manychat para que los usuarios puedan calificar la atención de un agente y dejar comentarios adicionales. El formulario debe incluir: Una pregunta de calificación del 1 al 5 (opción múltiple) Un campo para comentarios opcionales Un campo para seleccionar el nombre del agente  Estoy guardando las respuestas en Custom Fields dentro de Manychat, pero necesito ayuda para configurar el flujo correctamente y asegurar que: Los usuarios puedan responder en orden y sin confusión Se validen las respuestas donde sea necesario Las respuestas se almacenen de forma organizada para futuras consultas Pueda crear alertas o tags para respuestas bajas (por ejemplo, calificaciones de 1 o 2) ¿Alguien tiene una guía, ejemplo o plantilla para hacer este tipo de formulario en Manychat? ¿Qué buenas prácticas recomiendan para manejar y procesar estas respuestas?Gracias de antemano por su apoyo.

Hola tengo una duda! cuando programo una automatización y quiero que la persona me siga (si no me sigue) no se que pasa que tengo desconfigurado que cuando le da a following, no me sigue de forma automatica, tendria que salir de la automatización, darme a seguir y luego volver a la conversacion. ¿yo creo qeu algo tengo mal? por que cada vez que le da a following salta el mismo mensaje.

Good day,I remember ManyChat used to have a affiliation program before where if you make anyone join ManyChat or you are admin of any account you get 30%.  So now I would like to make people join but I cannot find any link, it is showing different links where the client will get discount but I am not getting any commission.Is there any way where I sent link to my client and as he join I start earning commission monthly. Please guide. Thank you for answering. Regards,

Has anyone else noticed that the “delete” option in the bulk actions is missing? We like to keep our contact list clean and up until this week, we were able select multiple contacts and bulk delete.  That option is missing now. Thanks in advance for any tips on this!

At the moment, I am on a Marketing Automation plan that costs $25 USD per month.Since I am not utilizing any additional features beyond this basic auto-reply function, I would like to ask for your advice on how I can reduce my subscription cost, or if there is a more suitable plan that meets my limited usage.I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed so that I am not paying more than necessary for features I do not use.Thank you very much for your assistance.

I use Manychat for automated DMS only, i dont need or require to have a repository of my previous contacts, and im getting charged wayy too much money because i now have 5k+ contacts, I got charged $80+…. For my use case where i only need automated dms, is there a way to reduce the amount of subscribtion im paying? 

Hola, estaré sin conexión pronto y quiero seguir avanzando con los flujos. Probé quitar el wifi de mi computador para modificar y sí se puede, pero luego arroja un error de conexión (Dice: “Algo salió mal en el servidor. Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo.”). Alguien sabe si se pueden modificar los flujos de manera offline y luego se guarda cuando se vuelve a conectar? o queda en el punto donde último tuve conexión?  Muchas gracias 

Necesito ayuda ya que me aparece este error solo cuando quiero responder mensajes en Instagram.

Explico el problema.- Quiero evitar que me de error una automatización por culpa que un usuario introduzca datos que ManyChat no acepta y ManyChat me pause la automatización y deje de funcionar para el resto de usuarios.- En ocasiones me encuentro que algún usuario se vuelve a registrar de nuevo en mi web, eso provoca que vuelva a lanzarle la función CreateSubscriber de ManyChat.- En mi cuenta de ManyChat sólo puedo guardar el Whatsapp ID (Teléfono de Whatsapp), pero no el Teléfono.- He creado una campo personalizado "phone_cliente" (field_id=13170369) donde guardo el teléfono del cliente.- Desde Make hago que el teléfono tenga que incluir un 34 delante pero pueden seguir colándose errores como un teléfono inventado...- Desde Make el siguiente paso era hacer un HTTP Make a request GET donde utilizo la URl https://api.manychat.com/fb/subscriber/findByCustomField?field_id=13170369&field_value=[Teléfono] y busco a ver si lo encuentra- El problema que me encuentro es que he estado haci

I have just signed up with the free plan to test manychat. I sent a message to the linked whatsapp number. I can see the message in the live chat tab (area) but I cannot reply. It keeps giving me an error message to activate pro as marketing pro subscription is required to perform this automation. If I cannot live chat in free, what can I do?

¡Hola!Hace poco mi número de WhatsApp Business fue suspendido por Meta por error, el problema fue resuelto luego de una apelación. Todo fue un error de los sistemas de Meta. Sin embargo, ahora estoy teniendo dificultades para volver a conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat. Actualmente mis automatizaciones no funcionan debido a ese error, ya refresqué y nada, sigue sin funcionar. Alguien que me pueda ayudar, por favor.

I did a lead magnet on instagram and got a lot of emails to my direct messages, too many to copy and paste to a spreadsheet. When I am in contacts I can see the emails if I go into each contact, but how do I export the emails all at once so I don’t have to copy and paste them over to my CRM?
