hi everyone, i have a quick question about external request, i’m doing a request to n8n this workflow use IA to answer the user question and retrieve the answer throught the ‘respond to webhook’ node, the issue is this: the node still running and manychat show me a alert that the request is null, i try to use http headers to solve this but not work this is the response register:  if u can see the response is null, i thought that maybe the problem is the response mapping but is not  and this is the response in n8n:  is responding correctly. if i use another way to make request the response is working  HERE this is the headers that im using  how could i solve this issue? thnks 

eu desconectei o canal whatsapp, e agora pelo que vi as formas de conectar novamente foram alteradas mas eu não consigo realizar a conexão o número já está na conta do whatsapp do facebook, mas não aparece mais a opção no manychat

There's no built-in alert or tag applied, and I only notice it much later when checking logs or missed leads.I am looking for a trigger or notification (email, internal message, tag, etc.) whenever this error happens so I can take action right away or perhaps make an automation for it.Has anyone found a reliable way to detect these failed messages in real time?Or maybe a workaround, like using conditions, filters, external tools, or even custom API logic?Would love any tips, examples, or even just confirmation if it’s not possible (yet).Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi all, im wondering if theres a setting ive got clicked that i shouldnt have. Whenever i do a broadcast it says sent 600+ but read is showing 0% and delivered is showing 0% Im getting responses, so it cant be 0% im just wondeting if ive not enabled it or something?

Hola, estamos teniendo muchas dificultades con mi equipo para realizar seguimiento a las conversaciones ya que los usuarios nos escriben mensajes pero las conversaciones se quedan en la parte de abajo de la lista de chats, no se suben en la lista hasta que un asesor no responde y esto genera que se queden chats sin responder en la cola del listado… alguien sabe como podemos configurar esta funcionalidad para que opere como Whatsapp o cualquier aplicación de mensajería que sube en la lista de conversaciones los chats que reciben un mensaje. Agradezco su colaboración o ideas, esto nos esta afectando mucho nuestra operación!

Hi team! I'm using the AI Step on Instagram Direct with the Manychat AI add-on activated. I’d like to know if there’s a way to add delays between AI-generated responses to make them feel more natural and human — as if the assistant is taking time to type each part.I’m also wondering if it’s possible to enable the “typing…” effect (typing indicator) within the AI Step, or if that only works with regular message blocks.I’ve already tested using a Smart Delay after the AI Step, but that only works between blocks, not within a single AI response that has multiple sentences.So my main question is:Is there any way to insert delays and typing effects between phrases generated by the same AI Step?Thanks so much for the support! ✨

Ayer acabo de empezar mi prueba de 14 días y quiero conectar mi cuenta de facebook (instagram ya está), pero me sale a pagar nuevamente. Sólo que el correo de facturación es diferente al de las cuentas de IG y face. ¿Debo usar el mismo para facturación y cuentas de trabajo?
