Hello I ran an Instagram Raffle contest where people had to comment on the post. Is there any way to export all the comments to a .csv file?

Manychat has been triggering a DM automation every time someone comments the word “good” on any post (which you can imagine is a pretty common word). I never set up a DM trigger using that keyword and have searched my automations at least 10 times and it doesn’t show any trigger with that keyword. It is triggered at least 10x’s a day at looks extremely unprofessional. Does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening or how to actually get a hold of Manychat customer service? Thank you!

When using a custom vairable to hold a simple string it fails to be displayed in a message or be picked up when sending it a a field to Aweber as part of a signup process via a webhook to Make. As can seen, the variable MainlyAnswer is set to A, B or C and passed to the SendMessage (and on to the webkook). When running in preview the message shows the internal name {{cuf_12545289}} not its value. This is also displayed when using the variable in the webhook json field. How can I get the variable content to display?Thanks Tim 

Hello everyone,I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days. Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword? 

what this happen in first time that the contact answers me? There are two bottom but they do not appear. 

Hi, i’ve a number of contacts and i try to add some of them to a sequence: than in the sequence there is a message with a link to an event (these contacts previously asked to be informed via DM about the event in the link).The first person i added to the sequence for testing received the message and everything was fine… but after i added other contacts to the sequence I had few issues:1 - only 10 contacts were added over the more than 50 i added with bulk action2 - none of them received the planned messages3 - there is a “processing window” that is idle… and seems it does not work…can you help me? what am i doing wrong? 

I get this far and get an error that says something went wrong. I have did all the troubleshooting  

Hello, the "If Message Does Not Contain" keyword filter is not working. It does not save or update when I use this trigger.  Is anyone else experiencing this? I badly need this for my automation because it is too hard to predict all the keywords for some of my automations.  Am I missing something?  Any advise would be much appreciated.

when i signed up for manychat, i selected a USA phone number since my country (singapore) was not available. on the sign up page it said i can change my number later on after sign up, however i do not see this option in the settings?

Hello community, I have two questions about smart delay1.I set up an automation to notify my Instagram followers about a product promotion since we cannot use broadcasting in Instagram to all followers who used to leave a message.I'm not sure if this will work as expected. The Smart Delay is set to send them the promotional link 10 hours after their first interaction with me (=clicking the Show Me the Deal button), and they’re supposed to receive it between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM in their time zone, right?2.An Instagram creator sent me a DM on March 29 right after I left a comment on her post. I only clicked on the button yesterday, but I still received an automated reply.That should have been outside the 24-hour messaging window, so I'm not sure why the auto-reply still worked. Hi friends, I've been using ManyChat for a while to automatically answer comments and send links to DMs. But I haven't yet reached the next step of following up by offering those who messaged to opt in for individual broadcasts  (I.E. once they've opted in, I can send people DMs when there's an exciting announcement).I can't find out how to send people a follow up message asking them to sign up for my ManyChat DMsI got as far as Instagram Settings -> Opt-in Automation -> I set a trigger word "subscribe" -> I automatically send people a DM saying they're subscribed to receive our broadcasts -> But I don't think anything actually happens... I haven't cracked the middle part which is to "Set Instagram Opt-In"... Help?

The current setup is not functioning correctly with the data collection process, specifically regarding the default skip button.When I click on both buttons—1. Book an Appointment and 2. Skip Button (the default in data collection)—the following action triggered is Send Message #5.I would like to have distinct responses for each button. If I click on Book an Appointment, it should trigger Send Message #5. Conversely, if I click on the Skip Button, it should trigger Send Message #13.I need help on the subject.Thanks and Regards.

Hi everyone! 👋I'm fairly new to ManyChat and I'm trying to build an escalation system where a contact gets reassigned to another team member if the currently assigned member doesn't respond within 24 hours.Right now, I’m struggling with how to accurately detect if a team member (human) has replied manually to the contact’s message. I tried using the “Last Interaction in WhatsApp” condition, but I noticed that it also counts automated messages as interaction — which makes it hard to know if a real team member actually replied.Is there a way to track only human responses (not automated flows), even if the message from the contact was sent more than 24 hours ago? I'm facing a limitation in ManyChat regarding Live Chat conversation assignments. When a conversation is automatically assigned to an agent (e.g., via a rule or trigger), there seems to be no way to unassign it — not through automation.I need a way to remove the assignment (set it back to “Unassigned”) so that the conversation can be redistributed or handled by another agent, especially in cases where the originally assigned agent is unavailable.Is this a known limitation? Tengo hace varios dias un problema que me esta trabando para actualizar los nuevos cambios de mi flujo. Hice la integracion en un flujo grande de mensajes para una inmobiliaria, para los mensajes importantes que quiera el cliente recopilar, en el foro de manychat dice “La integración de Hojas de Cálculo de Google tiene un límite de 150 solicitudes cada 60 segundos.” y estoy seguro que no paso las 150 por segundo, pero si es asi como soluciono o como aumento el limite. Cuando actualizo mi flujo me lleva a alguna accion cualquiera, me da el mesnsaje de “error de google” y al entrar a la accion me da el mansaje este “rateLimitExceeded: Se excedió la cuota para la métrica de cuota 'Solicitudes de lectura' y el límite 'Solicitudes de lectura por minuto por usuario' del servicio 'sheets.googleapis.com' para el consumidor 'project_number:491988066794'."Desde ya muchas gracias a aquel que se tomo el tiempo de leer  y espero que me sepan dar solucion.
