Estou criando uma automação para exportar os contatos de uma conta que gerencio, porém o pessoal anterior encheu a conta de tags e aí eu entrei em um problema: em cada tag, consta por exemplo 8000 contatos, porém quando eu entro na tag para ver os contatos não aparece isso tudo. Dentro do meu entendimento, contatos são os leads que ficaram registrados. Alguém pode me esclarescer? Vou deixar anexo a foto. Desde já agradeço!

Olá, a quem puder por favor ajudar, minha atomação esta parando de enviar a sequência de mensagens, após o gatilho ser acionado ela envia a primeira mensagem com a pergunta, quando a pessoa responde em alguns momentos ela não envia a sequência da mensagem e simplesmente para.Quando outra pessoa entra em contato acionando o gatilho, ela envia a primeira mensagem coma pergunta, quando a pessoa responde, a sequência de mensagens continua até a próxima mensagem e depois para novamente, só nos dois primeiros dias de automação funcionou corretamente do inicio ao fim.Aguém sabe me dizer o que pode estar acontecendo?
I went to Settings. I went to Fields. I created a folder Loans. I created a New User Field. I named the field Credit. I went back to my automation. I created a User Input field. I set it to Multiple Choice. Under Save Response to a Custom Field and I do not see Loans or Credit. I hard-reloaded the page and repeated steps 7-9 and still do not see the new field or folder I created.I did not archive them. Suggestions please?

I’ve been trying to add checkboxes though they are not listed under user input. I can clearly see them documented in multiple places. I do not see my other posts, is someone screwing with my account?
Eu tenho poucos seguidores em meu Instagram, ainda, como uma campanha como Manychat vai me ajudar a vender e ainda gostaria de um tutorial para adicionar dois perfis de instagram, estou tentando usar a sugestão do próprio Manychat, adicionando o meu perfil do Facebook onde tenho os dois Perfis do Instagram, mas não está finalizando, vou até o final e parece ok, mas volta ao que já estava, com apenas 1 perfil do Instagram, ou seja, não estou conseguindo colocar o perfil do facebook que deveria ser o correto mas iniciei com o perfil do Instagram e agora não entra o do Facebook, por favor? Hello Everyone,I’ve been creating simple flows to connect with our business audience on Instagram using ManyChat. Recently, we accidentally unlinked our Facebook Page and Instagram account, causing all of the automations we set up in ManyChat to stop working. We've reconnected the page and Instagram account, but the automations are still not functioning. Does anyone know how to get them working again? I have already use refresh permission and it’s still not working. I really appreciate any help. Thanks so much in advance!
I want my IG automatization to be started with 100% of the DMs… right now I was forced to chose a keyword by Manychat with a keyword but most of my clients don’t understand this. Is there a way around this?When I try use the rule “doesn't contain” with a random word like “blabla” that would trigget the proccess 99.999% of the times i get an error saying: You can't use "Message doesn't contains" without another condition.

I’m probably missing something obvious, but after the customer get a whatsapp message (automation), I want the next message to send AFTER they reply to the first. I can add a smart delay, but I don’t know how long the customer will be typing for.

Hi there, so i’m new to manychat and I set up an automation that if a user states a word, we send them this DM.But the problem is it’s not sending them the link, it just says get updates and that does nothing.What is going on here?This is causing some issues and I’m unsure how to solve it.
I see in my IG settings that it says that I have given permission to manychat...however I still can not see my IG account on my manychat dashboard. Can someone help and to verify this is so that potential buyers can comment and receive a link in DM
