Hello, The buttons for my automations on IG stopped working three weeks ago. I have several automations with buttons to download free resources for my community, they worked perfectly, but from one moment to the next the buttons, all of them, stopped working... People who comment on IG posts receive the initial message of the automation without any problem, but when they click on the link it throws an error that prevents the download. Anyone around here who can help me solve this problem? I thank you in advance for the help. Carol Soto. Chile.

Hello everyone!I have a simple question, my business currently works between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (GMT-5), I would like to know if the automation can work only during that time or what I can do about this situation. Greetings.

When I look at setting and click Messenger it has a blue “connect” button. When I click that and scroll to the page/messenger account it’s greyed out and already says “connected”. However there are no options and no way to manage it or use it as a trigger. Instagram is there, Facebook is not.Now in a different account the client has that Facebook/Messenger page connected so thinking that’s the problem I disabled it, but still no luck. I’m stumped.Further when I go to “add channel” Facebook says, reconnect. When I click that. It just goes back to the connection page where “connected” is greyed out.

If they don’t click the button within 5 hours, I want to send them a follow-up message to check if they’re still interested.Here’s what I’ve done so far:✅ I’ve created a flow with a button labeled “Book Stand”.✅ I’ve added a Smart Delay of 5 hours to wait before sending a follow-up.❓ But I’m struggling with how to track if the user clicks the button and send the follow-up message only if they didn’t click the button.I noticed that I don’t have the “Button Clicked” condition in ManyChat, so I tried to use tags.I’ve added a tag to the button to track if the button is clicked, but I’m not sure how to set up the Condition block to check if the tag is present and send the follow-up message based on that.Could someone guide me on how to:1️⃣ Track if the button is clicked using tags.2️⃣ Send a follow-up message only if the button wasn’t clicked.I’d really appreciate any

Hi! I am a coach, trying to use manychat to automatize the first steps of my contacts with clients (automatized questionnaires). Then, I want my manual conversation again. Simple. Automatized messages until a certain point, then normal, personal chat. But with the 24h Meta restriction, it's impossible to go back to a normal conversation. I totally understand their reason, but in my specific case, this is very frustrating. Have you any idea to make that happen ? Do you think Manychat is the right solution for me? (I am not a coder, by the way). Thanks for any kind of help you can provide. Cheers! 

I have a Manychat workflow where I need to ask for their name and email before I send them a freebie and then I use Zapier to send those fields to Kajabi before an email automation triggers. However, I get tons of errors from Zapier saying fields are missing. Is there a way we can make name and email in Manychat required?

Quick question: I want the bot to send a Stripe payment link based on the service selected by the user, as each service has a different price. For example:Story Post – $75 Permanent Feed Post w/ Cover – $250 Reel Post – $200 New Music Friday Feat – $60If a user selects a service, I want the bot to automatically send the correct Stripe payment link for that specific service. How can I set this up in ManyChat? Also, is there a way to track successful payments and move the user to the next step after confirmation?

Hi! I’m new to ManyChat and struggling with my first automation. I want to respond to users’ comments with a DM. For instance, if users comment “BOOKPREORDER” I will send them a Comment Reply with a button linking to preorder my book.  But I also want these users – who comment BOOKPREORDER – to have the option to sign up for my newsletter. Is it possible to send a second message AFTER my initial Comment Reply that has a new link?  For some reason it seems like Comment Replies can only lead to an action, not to a second message!  Would appreciate any help and insight. Thank you!  

Is it possible to send a DM when I follow someone? Like, i find someone on instagram, i press follow, and manychat directly send a DM? if yes how please ?

I’m struggling with the setup of an automationI want to have different tags for people that engage with my profile For example: When I get any new dm → tag ‘new dm’ When I get a new comment → tag ‘new comment’ It works for comments, but not for all dm’s. I can only select keywords. But I want to make sure ALL dm’s get a tag. Not just a few keywordsDoes anyone know a work around for this? For story replies I can select ‘any reply’ but for general dm’s it doensn’t see to work. Thanks in advance!

I can see in my Manychat dashboard that TikTok is now available - but sadly I cannot connect as it’s not available in the UK yet - and also apparently not the US either.So which countries is it available and when will it be opened up to the UK?Anyone know?

Hi, i haven’t used the manychat since 2018! By this time i saw that a lot things have changed. But my main question is: Can i send sale massage to all my followers? Like in the Whatsapp Business API that i pay for every message delivied. I never used the DMs to do nothing, so all my followers are with de 24 hours window closed.

I downgraded my subscription to the free version but they were still trying to charge me. i logged in only to see the subscription amount increased from $15 to $29, i need this subscription canceled!!!

How can I set up a reminder if the user doesn’t click on any of the quick replies?Please note, I don’t want to use Multiple Choice; I only want to trigger a reminder when no quick reply is selected. Is there a way to automate this in ManyChat?
