Olá! Tenho campanhas no gerenciador de anúncios cujo objetivo são VENDAS.Os clientes costumam comentar muito nessas postagens, pelo que preciso automatizar as respostas ali no comentário dando indicações. O problema é que ao criar o fluxo de resposta para comentários de feed/reels, o manychat não permite selecionar o anúncio do instagram, permite apenas as postagens orgânicas. Outro problema é que se eu utilizar o gatilho de clique em ADS, pelo que entendi, permite apenas se a campanha no gerenciador de anúncio for do tipo “ENGAJAMENTO”,  para que então exista a opção adicional do call to action “enviar mensagem no instagram”, selecionar o modelo de meensagem > app parceiro > manychat > escolher fluxo, etc. Somos forçados a criar apenas campanhas do tipo “ENGRAJAMENTO”, para que o manychat possa responder os comentarios de ADS no instagram? Preciso muito de ajuda para fazer funcionar em campanhas de vendas...não faz sentido eu mudar a maneira de criar campanhas. Obrigado!

Olá!Estou tentando criar o automatismo simplesmente para responder automaticamente os comentários nos feeds/reels de um perfil do instagram. O problema é que não deve enviar DM para o utilizador e o fluxo do manychat parece obrigar a ter uma DM no fim!É possível desabilitar a DM no final? Obrigado!

I don’t know if ineed post in english or portuguese, I’ll try post in portuguese.If needs in english, please, let me know. Criei uma automação para equipe interna da empresa, onde eles interagem com a ferramenta/automação.Agora, necessito criar uma automação para produtores, onde enviarei um whatsapp assim que feito o carregamento, é um ticket com informações de peso, etc.Tenho medo que indentifique-me como spam ou algo nesse sentido e bloqueie minha conta ou algo nesse sentido. Isso pode ocorrer ou estou viajando?Essa é a maneira correta de fazer?Até pq estarei utilizando o mesmo número de verificação. Aguardando ancionamento sugestões, tentei contato com suporte no manychat mas não encontrei nenhum e-mail. Grato.

For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!Thanks 🙏

Hi everyone I’m trying to build an Automation with Instagram + ChatGPT (see Screenshot below)For some strange reason instead of the response, I get “No longer available” in small grey text from Instagram (see screenshot below)The stranges thing is that when I reload the page, then I actually get the AI answer but with a button “Get updates” that I have no clue where it comes from.This automation used to work, but when I recorded and reproduced it it stopped working (both the newly made one and the old one that used to work).The exact same automation still works for Facebook and WhatsApp. What I tried so far:Again removing and reconnecting Instagram to ManyChat Deleting and remaking the whole flow Deleting and remaking the ‘fields’ (variables) My thoughts:When recreating this, I also removed and recreated my Manychat connection to Instagram. Nowhere can I find an explanation regarding the differences among these 3. (I am very new to ManyChat and using Messenger, so please be kind. 🙂)To me they all seem like variations of FAQs. But it’s not clear to me when you use one vs. the other, nor where, nor when. nor how often.A diagram or table showing the differences, if one exists, would be enlightening. Hi everyone, I really need help with my Manychat Pro subscription. I’m a tech influencer with 792K+ followers on Instagram, and my March bill was $42.The problem is — my card's auto-pay limit was set to $39, so the payment got declined. I quickly updated my card limit, but now I’m stuck. Whenever I try to renew the subscription, it only tries to charge me $15 (as if I’m a new Pro user), and then it shows an error: "Something went wrong."I can’t find a way to pay the original $42, and I’m not getting any response from support. The only available option is "Renew Subscription," which doesn’t fix the issue.Has anyone faced this or know how to solve it?Thanks in advance!

They only have an Instagram Business account.My questions:Since ManyChat is a Meta partner, you likely have access to private APIs that allow users to authenticate via Instagram Login without needing a Facebook Page.Do you offer a white-label Instagram integration? Hi everyone, 😎I'm seeking assistance regarding a scenario with my Manychat bot's Live Chat feature. Here’s the process I'm working with: A user requests human support through the bot. Human support responds via Live Chat. After resolving the user's issue, human support closes the ticket. The ticket status is updated to "Closed." My question is:Is there a built-in trigger or event in Manychat that activates once a Live Chat ticket is closed by support? If not, are there recommended workarounds to detect this event so that I can execute subsequent automation actions?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

 i want to ask about contacts in the manychat, as you can see, my contacts are 12k. We paid manychat automation depending on the number of contacts, as i know, the contacts that saved into our account are needed to followup or chat blast, how if we delete all the contacts here ? are we gonna pay less ?

Hi. Is it possible for ManyChat automation to read the previous messages of a user and determine if certain information is available like their name? Currently I have a basic automation that triggers when someone sends me a DM, I ask for their name. But in case I have talked to that person previously and they have provided their name, I don’t want the bot to ask for it again.

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hi! I have deleted my old automations and have updated new ones for DM replies and Instagram comment for Dem reply to a keyword but for some reason, people are still getting the old automation with an old link and I can’t even find where that automation is because it doesn’t exist in my flow of automations when I check all of them. Any ideas?

I have recently noticed that when I visit the settings of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, there is no option to remove the ManyChat account channel. I suppose this is a recent change that occurred at the platform level, but now I am left with the question of how I can unlink a social network from my ManyChat account. 

Olá,Quando eu configuro uma mensagem no Whatsapp que contém um botão, caso o lead não clique no botão e envie uma mensagem, como posso configurar uma mensagem alertando ele para prosseguir através do botão? ou alertando que a mensagem não pôde ser compreendida?

I am finding out that not everyone that comments the keyword isn't getting the automation. It is showing on my end that they have it. but they aren't getting it. 

Edit. Solved! see first comment. Hello The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake?  Thank you!
