Hi! just tried a couple of times templates that I bought in a course for manychat. Unfortunately I cannot add it in my manychat account, although I have a PRO account. Is there someone that can help me out? 

Hi! I’m a new user in here. I set automation on lid magnet via Comment to my post. When I test bot. 1 step trigger sent 14 messages, when I press button Follow it sent to my page, I press follow, but when come back to chat nothing happened - bot doesn't sent message with link on file. If I press button, I have already follower - nothing happen again/ Why it's not work? What is wrong in my automation? 

I am currently running ads on Instagram, and users are unable to receive my messages. I've tried various methods, but I always get this message.The message i get “This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone.”

Hola a todos soy nueva por aquí, justo ayer abrí cuenta y hoy cree la primera automatización.Mi duda es sobre el panel de contactos: Tengo 9 Visitantes que son las personas que interactuaron con la palabra clave de Many chat pero también veo de golpe 92 suscritos que esta parte es la que no entiendo de donde ha salido.Si solo 9 fueron los que interactuaron .A la hora de la facturación supongo que los suscritos cuentan o cuentan solo los visitantes? Estoy en el plan Pro y son 500 así que si en un día tengo mas de 100 esto no va bien ...jajjajaj Se pueden eliminar los suscritos o crear alguna regla para que no aparezcan ahí por arte de magia .Agradezco mucho que me deis un poco de luz Mil gracias 

I want my AI Step to kick in ONLY if someone ignores the buttons and types an answer in a specific flow  - how do I do that?? The instructions I read said to use the User Input field but I can’t get that to work for this - I think they are outdated.  I don’t need to save their answer but I want the AI to activate and help them get to the right place.  Can anyone share a visual of how this works or a video?? How do i set a note in a chat via a flow or via api?Usecase. I’ve got live agents dealing with tickets for support.You can’t search for a ticket id/number in the search that is a custom field but notes do show up.I need to be able to dynamically set those notes to make the tickets searchable.

I start a chat on WhatsApp, and ManyChat shows a notification and sounds for a new chat, but the conversation doesn't appear.

Hey everyone! 👋I have a WhatsApp bot connected to Manychat and want to send message templates using the WhatsApp API from my CRM (located in Retool) without interfering with Manychat’s flows.My goal is:1️⃣ Keep handling incoming messages through Manychat and its flows.2️⃣ Send automated message templates via the WhatsApp API from Retool (e.g., when a subscription is about to expire).3️⃣ Ensure that after a message is sent via Retool, the user is redirected to a specific Manychat flow using some keywords.The issue:I want to register my number as permanent in Meta for Developers, but it's already set up in Manychat. Can I use the same number for both Manychat and API calls from Retool without breaking Manychat’s setup?Has anyone done this before? Any guidance would be super helpful! 🚀Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi, I’m having trouble understanding how to correctly set the content type for my broadcasts in Manychat.I’ve created a list where users have explicitly opted in to receive daily updates (promotional messages). However, when I send the broadcast and check afterward, it’s marked as non-promotional content, even though the message is promotional in nature.When I’m setting up the broadcast, I notice a "Reason" field during the process, but it only shows me the list I’ve created and doesn’t give me the option to specify whether the broadcast is promotional or non-promotional. I can’t find any settings or options to adjust this during the setup process.Could someone guide me on how to properly configure the broadcast type as promotional? Thanks in advance for your help!

Whenever I try to save my custom fields collected while the interaction between the bot and the user in my spreadsheet, the file is always empty, no inserted data at all however the file name is chosen right also the name of the column. Can someone help me?

hello i don't know what more to do.  I tried to use WhatsApp OR I tried to connect. this comes at the end:  You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements. If you think this is incorrect, reach out to Meta Business Suite support for help. everything I checked makes sense and now I really dont know what to do. im not able to connect.do you have any ideas?? 

Hi everyone,I’d like to share an issue I’m experiencing while trying to integrate a phone number for use via the WhatsApp API through Manychat.Initially, when attempting to integrate the phone number for the first time, we encountered a problem—the verification code from Meta never arrived due to an issue with our device. Once we resolved the device issue, we attempted to finish the integration process. However, since it took us some time to fix the problem, the browser did not function properly when requesting a new code. As a result, we decided to restart the process.To ensure a clean setup, I went to Business Manager, deleted the WhatsApp Account, and started the integration again from Manychat. However, just before reaching the step where we request the verification code, an error message appeared stating:"The selected commercial portfolio has the following restrictions, which may affect your ability to create or modify WhatsApp Business accounts."We attempted the process multiple

Estou rodando a API oficial pelo manychat e quando coloca um atraso inteligente para envio de uma mensagem, não são todas as pessoas que recebem a sequencia. O exemplo no print eu enviei um teste com 2 contatos e a partir da segunda mensagem apenas 1 contato recebeu o restante do fluxo

Everywhere in Q&A says I have to set up an action block then broadcast them to the contacts…(Frankly speaking,  it is not intuitive) But I cannot find the Broadcast tap on the left.Is it a Trial account thing or the broadcasting function has been sunsetted for good? THANKS!Thompson 

Hey everyone,I run a sales and lead gen agency for influencers and I am leaving high level as their automations are buggy.I want to set up on here and I currently have 5 Instagram accounts i manage.How do i set up all 5 IG accounts without the client paying for it on their side, I have access to their pages of course, but when I log in it’s asking them to approve my request, make me an admin in *their* manhychat and then prompting them to set up a subscription to add a new user.I want all of the manychats accounts to be owned, managed and paid for on my side, 100%.My agency is a done-for-you serviceMy contracts with all of the clients is for a revenue % where i cover all costs of software / staff, so I know have to go back on agreements.How do I fix this, thanks.

Hello, nice to meet you alli just started a trial for the pro plan and im facing some issues1. API connection with Makei created An api key thru My profile > API settings > generete api keyand i entered this API  to manychat integration at Makebut i get this error “[401] Wrong token”Maybe it is because of im on trial? i tried to find guides about it but nothing worked2.When i openned a sub account for another facebook page it asked me to upgrade this sub account for proi thought the payment is per contact not per sub-accountsand agian maybe it is a problem that happen only on trial period?thanks 

I have a stories request automation based on a keyword, but most of the messages people reply with land in my message requests and the automation doesn’t work.  Is there a setting or something to make message requests still work? 

HiI am not seeing the automations I set up in manychat inside of Meta Ads manager. Do I need the paid version to link the accounts?I have followed the instructions in ad set and ad set up, but not finding a message template when I select use existing.Plus I am not seeing partner app anywhere?Can anyone show me where I am messing up? I am on free plan. Thanks
