Hi everyone,I'm trying to set up an automation where users download a free guide from my Wix website. Once they submit the form, I want to send them the guide via email and initiate a WhatsApp message sequence in ManyChat.I'm using Zapier to connect Wix Forms → Formatter (to split name) → ManyChat (Create Subscriber). However, I'm getting the following error in Zapier:"Failed to create a subscriber in ManyChat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature."I have already submitted a ticket to support, but has anyone encountered this issue before? Do I need to enable a specific setting in ManyChat, or is there an approval process for importing phone numbers and emails?Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!

I’m using ManyChat to automate a follow up when someone clicks one of my Instagram ads.This is working fine.However, I want it to send them a second chaser message ONLY if they don't respond to the initial message: if they do respond, they should not receive a second chaser message, as I will be taking the conversation myself.Is this possible? This surely must be a common use case but  I can’t find anything about it anywhere. 

It happens to me that my Instagram followers receive the message in duplicate and it is very disturbing, is there a way to deactivate the automation once it has been sent so that they do not receive it in duplicate

I started using my WABA account last friday (March 7th), When finalizing the tests, the account was suspended. All I got in response was “This account doesn't meet our policy guidelines.” despite having all the verifications required by them, the ManyChat credit line was shared successfully and we sent two messages to our company’s employees using approved templates. I can’t find a way to actually talk to Meta Support, their emails are automatic responses, their documentation only redirects me to other documentation which hasn’t been helpful at all. I can’t even get a detailed report on the reasons for the ban. I’m running out of options. I thought about getting a new number, I’ll always run the risk of getting banned without a clear reason and no way to dispute the decision. I’m posting this to see if anyone has been through that and which actions did you take? Were you able to come up with a backup plan for when that happens? Thanks in advance!

Não consigo criar conta no manychat conectado ao facebook. Da falha de autenticação!Porém quando vou ver em “integrações comerciais” dentro do facebook, consta como ativo. Mas mesmo assim não consigo entrar no Manychat. É como se não tivesse conectado. Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Hi! This morning, I ran two automations on one IG post for people to 1) pre-order my book (by commenting keyword “book25”) and 2) buy tickets to my book tour (by commenting keyword “tour25”). I created these as two separate automations in the ManyChat interface. Unfortunately I encountered an error…When someone commented “book25” they received the correct message, and when someone commented “tour25” they received the correct message. HOWEVER, if someone commented “book25 AND tour25,” they only received the corresponding message for ONE of the keywords (usually the first one in the sequence). Why was this the case? Is it possible to run two automations on one post, so that people can receive BOTH responses? I am hoping to run more automations this week and don’t want to run into the same issue! Thank you!   

Hi all,  I hope you're good. Just seem to be having a bit of trouble with my automation today. I have it set up so that when someone replies to my reel with the required emoji, in this case a thumbs up, then they get sent a message with a free download.  I have refreshed permissions, but for some reason, not everybody that replies is getting the auto reply. Just wondered if anyone might be able to suggest some other things I could try?  I duplicated a previous automation which worked perfectly and just adjusted the text and the post the automation was attached to so I hoped it would work fine.  Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks! Sho 

Hi everyoneWe have been using ManyChat successfully to drive WhatsApp broadcast messages during launch campaigns.  However at the moment we are not running any launches so there is no need to keep the ManyChat account alive, until next time when we need it again.Is there a way to pause our subscription for the moment until we need it again? If and when we resume, will everything be back to normal?  What happens to the WhatsApp number that is connected to the ManyChat account?Thanks.

Our company is trying to merge all the Instagram accounts we have from different locations to have one central account. The location owners said they still want to be able to initiate DMs. Is there a way for a team member to initiate a new DM to an account that may or may not be a follower?
