Error I have problem with https request with the paremeters sent, this occurs when all the fields have data and were created in the perzonalization field folder. i tried deleting one by one field, to identify wich parameter has the error, when i found them i can understand the error, all are text field and its personalization data exist in the folder many chat. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Tengo un problema con la solicitud HTTPS con los parámetros enviados. Esto ocurre cuando todos los campos contienen datos y se crearon en la carpeta de campos de personalización. Intenté eliminar los campos uno por uno para identificar qué parámetro tenía el error. Al encontrarlos, entendí el error: todos son campos de texto y sus datos de personalización se encuentran en la carpeta Many Chat. Headers  All the Fields have Values  

Pessoal, alguém sabe o que pode estar acontecendo?  Eu já importei os contatos várias e várias vezes, não vai nenhuma mensagem enviada.  Por favor, alguém me dá uma luz do que pode ser?  

Hi!We’re trying to keep as many doors open as possible for leads to sign up to our event and then receive a message on WhatsApp. But what I’ve noticed is that if you sign up on one platform and then on another, your account will only have opted-in for WhatsApp on the first platform. Usually, I wouldn’t mind this, but our audience is older and would sign up twice on different social media platforms.Is there a way to perhaps fix this issue?

Percebi que a automação não tá sendo disparada algumas vezes quando enviam a palavra-chave para mim na DM, não sei se é porque esses usuários não me seguem ou se é a palavra-chave, por ter acento. A palavra-chave é “Imã”. Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso? Porque não é o caso de não funcionar, a automação até funciona, mas não tá disparando pra todo mundo que envia a palavra-chave.

ManyChat is triggering the WhatsApp flow, but the flow is not appearing on WhatsApp. However, I can see the flow messages in the ManyChat inbox.A popup appears on ManyChat saying, "WhatsApp was turned off."

Hey!I have contacts that are attached to different channels such as Messenger or SMS.I want to update the contact person on the WhatsApp channel, but I don't see an option to opt-in to the WhatsApp channel, only Opt-out.What am I missing?By the way, I also tried to update the contact via API but without success.

I’m starting the WhatsApp conversations sending a flow to subscribers. That flow is sending a template message.The problem is when I enter the Live Chat, I don’t see any conversation started, and I can’t review what the users responded. Is there a workaround for that? Thank you.

We are working with a city to implement a chatbot for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and their website. The bot should not only provide information but also allow users to fill out forms directly within the chat.We need a centralized platform to manage these forms, which the bot can trigger based on user requests. For example, if someone wants to apply for a fishing license, the bot should open the relevant form within the chat, the user fills it out, submits it, and the city receives the data for further processing. The key requirement is that users stay within the platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) rather than being redirected to an external form like Typeform. Now as far as the knowledge system goes this can easily be integrated into the flow I suppose. We need to find a way to sync their database with a vector database like supabase or Pinecone but that I guess can easily be integrated. But regarding the rest: Can Manychat fulfill this?Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany

Hi, I'm setting up an email marketing campaign using sequences, but I'm confused about how the timing works. I understand the "schedule" feature, which lets me specify when emails are sent. However, when I add a new sequence message (e.g., "Sequence Message 2"), it's asking me to set a trigger for when the message should be sent. I thought the schedule already controlled this, so I’m not sure what to do. Can you clarify how to set this up correctly? I dont want the “when” trigger box to be there but it cant be deleted?   

Hi, Im trying to set up an email marketing campaign using sequences (i think thats where i should be doing it). I understand the “schedule” feature well- using this to schedule when emails are sent out. The problem is every time im adding a new “sequence message” ie- “sequence message 2”, it asks me to set a trigger for “WHEN” the message is sent. I dont know how to set this up because i thought that the “schedule” option already alows me to spcify when the email is being sent out.  Thanks for the help in advance.

I changed my Facebook passwords a few days ago. After that my automations stopped working. I refreshed permissions. They appear to be alive, but none are working. I signed out, signed in disabled and enabled still not working.

I need Help setting up  SPF, DKIM, DMARC for email campaign deliverability. My emails is through GoDaddy but DNS is managed through squarespace. How do I do this?  Ive already set up SPF as best I can But am not sure if its even right.  Thank you in advance!

Currently payment is handled manually by giving out different payment options (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo) but i want bot sends a Stripe payment link for the selected service. Once the user completes payment, Stripe automatically confirms the transaction. The bot notifies the team and moves the client forward to scheduling.How can i achieve this?

Estou com esse problema, após estarem aprovados, não são enviados para todos. 173 foram aprovados, mas somente 42 foram enviados! Alguém sabe o motivo? Já fiz várias vezes e sempre envia menos do que os que deveriam!  

I have used manychat with instagram, setting a condition to send specific messages only to the followers, and it was highly successful to boost followers.I’m trying to do the same with Facebook Page, however FB page doesn’t have condition to check following status. Am I right or am I not finding it correctly?
