Hi! In my automation, I will have a qualifying questions. I have issues with collecting/saving their age because I want their answers to be text based and not jut numbers or buttons. I want their answers to be detected as age even when their answers has any words. For example, they answer “21yo” or “21 years old”,  I want this to be detected as age. How can I do this?

Já possuo um número de whatsapp ativo como whatsapp bussiness. Para mim, não faria sentido nem pegar um novo número pela manychat nem excluir minha conta para poder conectar meu número à plataforma - como dizem as brevíssimas instruções do Manychat. Como proceder???

Não há nenhuma opção nas “Data Collection” me dá a opção de salvar a resposta em um Campo do tipo Data, existe alguma forma de eu fazer isso?Caso:Meus clientes agendam a entrega pelo WhatsApp, e eu coleto o dia/mês da entrega hoje por texto mesmo, e depois altero manualmente para ter a data nas outras automações, gostaria de fazer isso de forma automática, o cliente responde uma data, já armazena no Campo tipo Data para ser utilizado nas próximas automações.

Hi community, has anyone found a simple way of keeping track of how many ManyChat new leads they aquire on a daily/weekly/monthly basis? I’m looking for a simple report or way to count how many new ManyChat leads we recieved during any given period. Bonus points if the report diferentiates the count of Facebook leads VS Instagram leads. Thank you for any help.  Martin

Hello,  I have set up an automation for IG where they sign up for a free challenge where they are to receive a message every day.    I noticed that the initial message was sent out and that these people have “Passed” but the message does not get delivered.    I have attached a photo so that you can see.    

Hi, first time builder here.We’re using Manychat for an HR funnel and I do not want my list selection to re-engage in automation once its triggered. Otherwise, we’ll have your CRM just blow up with notifications.Example:Asking a Y/N question or single choice from many. Responder clicks on Y or any option. Sequence activated.Now if responder re-engages with lets say N, automation starts again.How can I prevent this from happening? Once action is triggered, it should require further confirmation before continuing or re-engaging.

Sin embargo, al ejecutar la prueba, nos aparece un error relacionado con la falta de permisos para importar contactos. El mensaje de error indica lo siguiente:“Permission denied to import phone, email" error in Zapier when integrating with ManyChat means your ManyChat account lacks the necessary permissions to import phone and email data via API. You need to contact ManyChat support to request this feature be enabled.”¿Alguien ha enfrentado este problema antes? ¿Saben cómo se pueden habilitar estos permisos o si es necesario solicitarlos directamente al soporte de ManyChat?Agradezco cualquier orientación. ¡Gracias de antemano!

I am trying to clarify the user input using chatgpt but I can not find any field to store the gpt response. Does anyone know why this is? seems like a bug.   

I’m confused about “contacts” who seem to be people that I’ve chatted to in the last few weeks (even though I’ve only had a Manychat account for a week.)If people are “subscribed” can I send them a message outside of the 24 hours? If so how? (I seem to be able to send them a message on “live chat” but I don’t see how that’s better than sending them a message on IG.) Is there a “7 day cut off”? (I’ve tried to message some people and it says “the last interaction with this person was more than 7 days ago”.) In which case, what’s the point of them being a contact if I can’t contact them.Thank you!

Hi, Im building an email campaign and am having trouble using one sequence as a template to make another sequence. Sometimes when I edit one, the original also automatically edits and sometimes I don't have the option to change the “duplicates” name. What is the best why to use one sequence as a template to create another?  

I have manychat app on my phone linked already to my Instagram page, I want to upgrade to pro I was told I could only do that from my laptop, Now in linking to my Instagram page is difficult, can't find here the request to link is sent.

Hey guys, if Meta has 24hr rule, when or how can we use the delay if more than 24hrs? We can set the delays for days but can’t send message outside the 24hr rule.

Este numero que é o profissional e tem WA BUsiness não se deve de usar com o Manychat, porque apaga a conta. Mas a minha pergunta e duvida é se tenho de eliminar o meu numero da página do FB, para que não haja dois numeros?Quando entro no Manychat entro com o facebook, ao configuar o WA ele pergunta se quero utilizar o meu numero ou usar numero novo. Recientemente he estado tratando de crear una automatización con Make que mande un ChatBot de Manychat a los clientes potenciales que rellenen un formulario de un anuncio de clientes potenciales en Facebook.  El problema es que en la plataforma me aparece que se ha mandado la automatización al nuevo lead pero, cuando voy a la plataforma de Manychat, no me aparece ninguna conversación iniciada, y, cuando voy a los subscriptores que se agregaron mediante la API de Manychat en Make, no me permite mandarles la automatización.Mi pregunta es ¿cuál puede ser el error por el cual no se manda la automatización en automático?.

 Howdy, y’all. Can anyone help me figure out how to stop this from happening? I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Perhaps this is a symptom of the same issue affecting this creation of a new row for each user input; but again, I am not sure. Thank you in advance! Isaac
