I have set up a basic automation that triggers on a comment keyword and asks user if they want to provide name and email address before getting a free guide. When I test this in ManyChat is works perfectly, but when I test in Instagram the bot skips the messages where I ask for name and email and goes directly to last message with guide link. Any advice is appreciated!!
I have a Heygen account with an AI avatar. To facilitate video creation, I want to:Send an audio file from Telegram to ManyChat. Send the audio file to Make. Have Make send the audio file to Heygen to create a video. Have Heygen return the video file to ManyChat.The Make part is working fine, but this is my first time using ManyChat and I'm having trouble configuring it to receive the audio file as a custom field to send to Make. I've only found options for text fields. Is it possible to receive an audio file from a user and save it for later use in the flow? Thank you.

I've noticed a recent change in the ManyChat dashboard where the Growth tool button is no longer visible on the left side. Consequently, I'm encountering difficulties when building a bot, particularly in following video instructions which now require an upgrade. Is there a new video tutorial available that explains the updated process for accessing the Growth tool?

I would like to trigger the automation to send personal welcome message to everyone who follows my page. Is that allowed, cause I don’t see any standard trigger for that?
I have automations set up for Instagram to simply send a link via DM when someone uses a specific keyword in the comments on a post. I make sure to chose unique keywords so that an automation won’t be sent in response to unrelated comments. However the ManyChat bot just responded to an IG comment that didn’t use the keyword associated with that automation, or anything even remotely like the keyword, and I can’t figure out why. I can’t see anything in my settings that might be causing this, but maybe I’m missing something. Has anyone else experienced this? If the bot can be activated randomly, I can’t use this service.
Hi, I setup a DM Automation on a FB Reel on my FB Page.I have never had these issues with Instagram.The automation triggers and responds to the comments fine, but it appears that non of the comments recieved a DM response. (Over 400 comments)I have checked everything multiple times, but not sure where the disconnect is.It seems no one recieved that first Message after the trigger

Tengo un problema cuando hago la carga de contactos y hago el primer envio de mensajes de difusion masiva. Cuando los contactos me responde, se crean contactos nuevos con el nombre que tienen en WhatsApp. Esto está duplicando mis contactos y no me permite unificarlos.¿Qué me recomiendan hacer para evitar la creación de contactos duplicados y unificar los existentes correctamente?Gracias de antemano.

Estou fazendo uma automação para disparar mensagem via API oficial no WhatsApp, o gatilho é adicionar o lead na tag, quando adiciono o lead na tag o lead entra na automação, porém não envia a mensagem programada na automação, algumas vezes metrifica que foi enviado a mensagem, porém não envia nada no WhatsApp nem é realizada cobrança, e às vezes nem metrifica nada nas métricas da mensagem, todos os leads estão entrando na automação. Alguém pode ajudar ?
I'm facing an issue with ManyChat and Instagram Direct messages and could use some help.When I receive a message from Instagram Direct in ManyChat, I store it in a variable called message and then send it to a server using an external request. Everything works fine except when the user uses the enter key to go to the next line in their message. Because the message goes to the next line, using this variable in the JSON body causes an error.For example:Message:Hello How are you? External request JSON body:{ "message": "message" } This causes a problem because the JSON body ends up looking like this:{ "message": "HelloHow are you?" } The problem is that \n is not being used for multi-line messages, which breaks the JSON structure.Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions.Thank you!

Guys, a client's account isn't showing the post for me to use in Instagram automation, and even selecting the option to use the trigger on any Instagram post, the message that returns is that there are no posts on the account. Fiz uma automação mesclando mensagens no Whatsapp, SMS e E-mail. O fluxo de mensagens no whatsapp funciona corretamente, mas as mensagens SMS e e-mails não funcionam. Já configurei a integração do SMS no Twilio Já configurei o e-mailO opt-in de SMS e E-mail são feitos via webhook e eu coloquei o bloco de ação para receber os opt-in de SMS e e-mail logo depois do gatilho de entrada. Would this use case be possible so us, the builders get a small commission for each transaction amount of our client?
