Hey automation pros 👋I’ve been trying to build a real-time storage unit availability flow inside Instagram DMs using ManyChat, Make.com, and the Storeganise API, but I’ve hit a wall and would love to get your advice or hear how you would tackle this.🔍 The GoalWe want to allow users on Instagram to: Select their location inside a DM (e.g. Olari, Lauttasaari, etc.) Automatically fetch the available storage units for that site from Storeganise (using the /unitTypes endpoint filtered by siteId) Return a formatted list of available units with size and price (e.g. “✅ 2.5m² – 99€/kk”) back into ManyChat as a response The idea is to automate the rental discovery process and remove the need for clicking through to the website.⚙️ Tech Stack ManyChat (user selects location via buttons → sends webhook to Make) Make.com handles the webhook, fetches unitTypes from Storeganise, parses JSON Storeganise API provides all unit details and availability info Aggregated list is returned to ManyC

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm having a problem with ManyChat. I programmed an automation to only respond to comments on some posts, however, when someone sends me a message in the DM, it triggers messages that I didn't programme. I don't know how to solve it, does anyone know how to solve it?

i can not find a simple solution to upgrade my trial version, i think iam already in pro because i pay now 15$, very complicated, can someone help me with that

Olá, pessoal! Estou enfrentando um problema com a automação do meu WhatsApp no ManyChat. Quando testo a automação pelo WhatsApp, não recebo nenhuma mensagem de resposta do chatbot, porém, no painel do ManyChat, a automação aparece como se tivesse respondido normalmente ao cliente.Alguns detalhes importantes: O status do WhatsApp está conectado no ManyChat. Estou usando o plano Trial do ManyChat. Já criei e enviei para análise o template de mensagem, mas o botão "Enviar para análise" só ficou ativo depois de corrigir as variáveis (usei no lugar de nomes personalizados).{{1}} A categoria do template disponível para mim é "Marketing" (não tenho a opção "Greeting"). O limite de 250 conversas por 24h está ativo. Não consigo identificar qual provedor estou usando, pois no painel não aparece se é 360dialog ou Twilio, e acredito estar usando o conector padrão do ManyChat para WhatsApp. Alguém já passou por isso ou sabe como posso resolver para que a automação funcione corretamente no

When I try to utilize custom fields in my API requests and larger flows, it creates issues every time. It seems to change the field name behind the scenes in some way (like ‘CUF: 1300040’ for example). I do not know how to program that into my requests and work around it. So, my API requests end up just passing that ‘CUF: 14000404’ data instead of anything else.

When I program my bot on the manychat app on my phone, for my Instagram account, I want it to send photos to the person it's talking to. When I click on Upload image, nothing happens and I've tried adding the URL of the photo, but that doesn't work either. 

Hey everyone,I created a promo code randomizer that works well—until multiple users click the button at the same time. In that case, the bot sends the same promo code to two different users. Then, in the Google Sheet, it updates the username incorrectly. As a result, when the next person clicks the button, the bot skips a column and sends the following promo code instead.For example, at 11:24, if two users click the "Get Promo" button at the same time, both will receive promo code #4. Then, at 11:25, when another user clicks the button, they’ll receive promo code #6 instead of #5.You can see the issue in the attached screenshot. I've also attached the bot flow for reference.

Renaming continue to something else (e.g., next_step) works. Rebuilt the Bulk Set Data step and cloned the flow—same result. Ask: Is continue a reserved word in ManyChat, or is there another fix besides renaming the key? Any tips appreciated!  

I have two automations; A lead magnet delivery, with follow up A questionnaire, triggered by Dm Currently, people are subscribing to the lead magnet, then also subscribing to the questionnaire - but the automations are clashing and sending all messages. I can’t find a condition to “Stop Automation X” that I can place in both automations to stop the other one if the contact enters it. I can see “Unsubscribe From Sequence” Surely this is basic basic basic marketing automation. Don’t tell me I have to tag users entering an automation, then recheck the tag at every single step to pull them out if they have entered the other one? 

We purchased a manychat bot premium subscription but multiple customers are complaining as the bot randomly gives mobile number of people. This affects our company and we dont know how to fix this as we cannot see any prompt telling the bot to do that. Did you experience the same problem? How did you fix this.

Hello,So our client signs up for the $99 inbox subscription that includes unlimited contacts. Which is the only thing they need for now because they average 6k messages a month.I can see a limit on the header, and I’m quite bothered by it. Are we going to be charged $315 when we hit that limit even though we have the inbox subscription that supposed to be unlimited contacts? Thanks in advance. 

Guys, a client's account isn't showing the post for me to use in Instagram automation, and even selecting the option to use the trigger on any Instagram post, the message that returns is that there are no posts on the account. I've tried everything, but I couldn't solve it.Has anyone else had this problem and managed to solve it? Could you assist me?

Hello,If I delete a contact on Manychat, will their messegaes on Meta Business Suite be deleted too?I tried one contact and it seems it did not delete. But I want to make sure before I delete 70k contacts all at once.This client is a very big corporation, and I don’t want to mess it up deleting all people who inquired.Thank you.

I want to create an automation to get tickets to our webinar we are hosting. When people comment on the post we will then send them the link, I want to follow up 24 hours before early bird if over which is a set date, how can I do this using the automation.  

Can we send a follow-up message after two days if a user doesn’t book a meeting or reply using Instagram Automation?

Hi! I have around 40-50 keywords that i want to use as a trigger.How can i past them all? Is there any option to do it all together? Or i really have to do it one by one? 

I made Facebook and Instagram automations to trigger on a new comment on any post. I want to reply to them manually therefore my Next step in automation is just Mark conversation as Open.These conversations appear in Live Chat but I cannot respond and get “User hasn’t responded to your Comment Automation yet, so you can’t message them in Live Chat.” error message.How do I enable responding to the comment via a comment manually? I do not want to automate these comment replies just yet and I don’t want to message them, just a plain manual comment reply. I also want to make sure I have just one place with “tasks” so I can reply to both messages and comments from one place (Live Chat) and it responds to the corresponding channel (Facebook / Instagram messages / comments).
