White label chat dashboard for clients?

Hello!I want to create a chatbot solution for a B2B client, using conversational engine on my server (connected to Manychat via API). The goal is to give this B2B client access to all user chats through a dashboard.I like ManyChat’s dashboard, wondering if it is possible to create it for a client without ManyChat’s, but my dev logo on it?Thank you so much!

Followers to subscribers.

Hey guys, as it usually happens to me, I’m kind of deep now into Manychat functionalities but I don’t understand one very basic thing. Let’s say I want to mainly run mass Instagram promotions (send to all my subscribers at once).Can I do that to all my followers? Or do they have to be specifically Instagram chat subscribers? If yes, then how do I convert them to subscribers?

Eager to learn, but igsummit.com has riskware.

I’ve been eager to learn from igsummit.com after purchasing the courses offered there.However, I get malware & riskware warnings from many anti-virus and protection softwares and websites.What is this issue really about? Will it ever be fixed?

Question! Automatic contacts?!

It seems that every time someone messages me on IG, it automatically adds them as a contact. This really takes up a lot of space, and I get charged more and more every month as these are contacts that I don’t do anything with, unless they enter into my automation, but not all of these contacts are being automated. Would love to hear and see if there is a switch off BUTTON for adding a contact? Unless they enter through my automation. Thanks guys! :)

WhatsApp search problem

I find it frustrating to search for a contact while in manychat whatsapp, even more frustrating is changing a contacts name.  It does not make sense that I cannot change a contacts name if they initiated the conversation while i can change the contact name if I saved the contact first with my desired name then contacted him/her  Anyone can help

Manychat cuts long GPT responses

I'm integrating manychat with gpt and it sometimes gives me long replies and ends up cutting off the message when it arrives in Instagram's DM. This can be resolved. The cut message is meaningless and I didn't want to give short answers.

How long is the notice period for pro-Accounts?

Button text defaults to "Get Updates" on desktop

When I create automations that use buttons I noticed that I would sometimes get messages that said “Get Updates”. It turns out the button text defaults to "Get Updates" on desktop. It seems to work fine on mobile for now so I’ll direct customers there. Is there another way to fix this? Thank you!

Need Assistance: Retrieving Chat Manager Information via ManyChat API

I use the ManyChat API to receive information about my subscribers, chats, and tag updates. While I can obtain relevant information about the subscriber, I do not receive any information about who is responsible for the chat on the ManyChat side. For example, if I want to create a deal in CRM based on conditions in ManyChat, I need to assign the same manager responsible for the chat in ManyChat to the deal in CRM. How can I resolve this? I have checked the API documentation, but there is no information related to this crucial detail. I need help!

Identifying lack of interaction in the flow

Hey guys?I would like to know if it is possible to send a message to users when they have simply abandoned the flow within the 24 hour period.Would it be possible to identify how long a customer stopped interacting (clicking on options) and send a provocative message?I have several cases like this in our automation.I would like to capture their attention again automatically.

Hello everyone!After thoroughly reading through all the topics on the forum, I haven't come across a similar issue to the one I'm about to present to you.I own a modeling agency, and I'd like to utilize your services, but I've encountered a significant obstacle. My idea is to create an email list of my models who have joined our Facebook group (where job postings are shared) and reach out to them via email and Messenger messages regarding the jobs. How to get Twilio to accept my toll free enrollment?

I’m trying to get SMS up and running so I can finish the campaign I’m working on and start testing it live, but I can’t get Twilio to approve my toll free verification application. Keep getting declined because apparently I’m not doing the right thing for the opt-in workflow.I include verbiage in the Messenger opt-in step to tell them we’d send them promotional texts like I see all over the place. Apparently that’s not enough, and I need something more thorough to do it right? What exactly do I need to include/do to make it right?Thanks!

Email conversations in Live Chat

Hi all. I can’t seem to find a way to communicate with contacts via email within the Live Chat panel. I have set up email accounts within the system, and can see how to use emails as part of an Automation, but not how to make this part of the chat. Is this possible?

Internal Error in Dynamic Block

Hey guys! Could anyone help me? I'm still new to manychat and there are some errors that are a mystery to me.The dynamic block is returning an error for any endpoint that I make the request. I created a webhook with just the default return for the dynamic block, and even so I keep getting an error. Hola buenas compañeros, tengo una duda con el seguimiento de las 24 horas. ¿Si el bot le habla al cliente a las 23 horas y el cliente responde luego del marco de las 24 horas, se activa un nuevo bloque de tiempo de 24 horas más? Gracias
