Hello guys! For some reason my flows on Instagram (specifically for posts) are being triggered only once. If you’ve already triggered it using the keyword and you try do that again, it won’t work. It didn’t use to be like this and I’m not sure what changed.Anyone got any light to shine on this? Thank you!

Hey, I’ve got an automation set up like this: User comments on Instagram post Message sent to user User clicks button + receives new message with link User clicks link After link click, + 5 minute wait – then, a message is sentThe problem I’m running into is if the user goes back to click the link again, the message after the 5 minute wait is triggered again. I just had a user receive the samme message 8 times… How do I make this message run only once?

I’ve encountered a situation where I have three different IG Automations set up. When a user triggers more than one Automation at once, only the first Automation is activated. Even if they continue to leave other Automation keywords in the comments afterward, those do not get triggered. I’m not sure what is causing this issue.

Cuál es la opción en el caso del AI STEP? sería utilizando una condicion para verificar si el campo tiene algun valor o hay otra forma más práctica de hacerlo?

As of last night, ManyChat began sending Automated Messages to all new followers. I never wrote these messages and I cannot find them in any of my Automations or Segments. What has triggered this and how do I turn it off?

Hiiii there, some of my products are sold out, so I would absolutely love it if I could set up an automation whereCustomers can comment/reply to story/DM/... with a keyword → answers some questions in DM → get a tag for that specific product. I set that up, that is ready to go. I would like this to run for about a month to collect leads while my production runs. El formulario debe incluir: Una pregunta de calificación del 1 al 5 (opción múltiple) Un campo para comentarios opcionales Un campo para seleccionar el nombre del agente  Estoy guardando las respuestas en Custom Fields dentro de Manychat, pero necesito ayuda para configurar el flujo correctamente y asegurar que: Los usuarios puedan responder en orden y sin confusión Se validen las respuestas donde sea necesario Las respuestas se almacenen de forma organizada para futuras consultas Pueda crear alertas o tags para respuestas bajas (por ejemplo, calificaciones de 1 o 2) ¿Alguien tiene una guía, ejemplo o plantilla para hacer este tipo de formulario en Manychat? ¿Qué buenas prácticas recomiendan para manejar y procesar estas respuestas?Gracias de antemano por su apoyo.

Hola tengo una duda! cuando programo una automatización y quiero que la persona me siga (si no me sigue) no se que pasa que tengo desconfigurado que cuando le da a following, no me sigue de forma automatica, tendria que salir de la automatización, darme a seguir y luego volver a la conversacion. ¿yo creo qeu algo tengo mal? por que cada vez que le da a following salta el mismo mensaje.

Good day,I remember ManyChat used to have a affiliation program before where if you make anyone join ManyChat or you are admin of any account you get 30%.  So now I would like to make people join but I cannot find any link, it is showing different links where the client will get discount but I am not getting any commission.Is there any way where I sent link to my client and as he join I start earning commission monthly. Please guide. Thank you for answering. Regards,

Has anyone else noticed that the “delete” option in the bulk actions is missing? We like to keep our contact list clean and up until this week, we were able select multiple contacts and bulk delete.  That option is missing now. Thanks in advance for any tips on this!
