Hey everyone, I collect email lead from insta dm to send it to a google sheet. but in instagram when users reply with a dm containing a return to lign, the external request doesnt work and show me this message (screen below). apparently the caracter /n corresponding to return to lign is not supported or understand.my automation is working perfectly fine for others types of responses. 

I’m wondering if anyone has figured out how to manually respond to a comment with a flow. Similar to how you can respond to a direct message in “Live Chat” with a flow, except it would be a comment, not a direct message. Thanks! 

Please help me find the best way to deliver message by using Manychat AI on Facebook ads.I run Facebook ads to pull users send messages in messenger. Overall, I have 2 flows activated. First, one flow with trigger“when user click on ad ad”, I feel it is  very annoying because Manychat does not allow to have next step after the first message for click ads trigger.Second, I have another flow with AI Step. This will happen if user do not choose any “available quick reply”but they send direct message. Trigger is “User send a message”.Thing is when users send a first message, AI Step automatically says something like: “Hello, I am an AI ChatBot, how can I assist you today?”. Most of times, users already question for product in their first message.What can I do now to tweak my AI Step answer immediately after users first quesions? What can I do to combine two flow into only one to best optimize it? One more thing that it seems like the rest after AI Step are not working, what can I do to fix

Does anyone know whether the WhatsApp chat history would stay in ManyChat if I decided to remove the WhatsApp number from ManyChat?

When we setup trigger for all posts we are unable to activate it. But when we select specific post the trigger is properly working. We are on Pro Plan.   

 Can anyone here help me to find out why my Flows in Manychat suddenly disappear? While my old campaigns are still working, but cannot setup new campaings with the Manychat flows. It happened when I was setting up new campaings. As usual, I moved to “Partner App” to select my flow for Facebook ads. When I clicked on it, there was nothing appearing, I have tried to refresh many times but I did not work. 

I’ve been using ManyChat for about a week. Yesterday I built a new flow, and now I can’t choose ManyChat as the destination in Ads Manager. Has anyone else run into this? If so, how did you reconnect ManyChat to your ad account and get the integration working again?

I created the following automation but the messages are not being sent on WhatsApp.There is a balance in the wallet, but I saw that the contacts that arrive in the spreadsheet are not being created in Manychat…What could have happened?Kiwify sends a webhook to a Sheets spreadsheet with data from abandoned cart leads, Manychat captures the information and sends the message.  

Tenho um fluxo de envio de emails que teoricamente nunca termina, sempre tenho que estar criando novo nó para enviar um email com um novo conteúdo. Para isso, eu coloquei um atraso inteligente no último nó com uma data distante no futuro. Quando eu crio um novo email e antecipo a “data distante” para a data presente, de forma que o email seja disparado, o mesmo fica travado no atraso inteligente, sendo que a nova configuração é para ser acionado na data/hora presente.O que pode estar acontecendo?

I’m trying to exclude certain contacts from receiving my paid WhatsApp broadcast template, but they still seem to receive it. I’m excluding them by adding a tag and using the “tag isn’t xx”. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to properly exclude contacts?

Olá, Meu caso é parecido com a Fernanda mas um pouco diferente.Fiz meu cadastro no Manychat de facebook e Instagram.Meu facebook foi hackeado mas o instagram não.Dai criei um novo facebook com um e-mail recem criado só para isso e consegui vincular meu instagram antigo nesse novo facebook, entretanto quando eu tento colocar esse mesmo instagram aqui na NOVA conta do manychat ele diz que solicitou autorização para o antigo facebook (que está no comando do hacker). Dai isso tem me impedido de conseguir usar o manychat neste instagram.Tenho duas contas no manychat:- uma com o facebook hackeado (que não consigo mais entrar porque mesmo ainda tendo a senha, quando tento logar a conta consta como suspensa). - Outra, nova, com a nova conta de facebook, mas que quando tenta vincular o instagram antigo não consigo porque pede autorização da conta antiga (que está hackeada e não entra mais). Am I missing if we can add a delay before sending the auto response in feed?  right now it sends the like and response immediately.

It looks like I’ve connected my mini chat. I had to connect through Facebook. It wouldn’t allow me to do it on Instagram. I can see many chat connected in my business Facebook account but now I have no idea how to log into mini chat. it keeps wanting me to connect and I feel like I’m already connected

There is no help videos.  There is no how too videos.  There are no training videos.  It is missing features listed in the training that I have to find by going incogneto mode and asking for Manychat help. 

Hi guys, Is there a way to add a delay to auto reply on facebook/instagram to have a more human feeling? Maybe a work around? Using the tags or something else? I did some research but nothing seems to come up since few months. Thanks!

I have an existing account using “EMAIL A” that is already running my IG account automations. Now I want to connect my FB account on this account but it keeps on saying that I already have an existing account.I do have an account on “EMAIL B” but I already deleted those. Everytime I proceed to connect my FB account, it will logged me out of “EMAIL A” account on manychat then logged me in on “EMAIL B” account. Anyone that can on this? Would appreciate a help.

Hi there, I tested two different posts and used different links on both posts. Another user not me, commented on the post and in both cases the second message( the second DM button) didn't work so the external link -the video or PDF- I wanted to refer them to, wasn't working. What should I do?Thanks
