I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Please see the attached picture for better understanding.

Hello, i try to disconnect the gmail sign in email to add another one and it’s not letting me. the connected button is non-clickable. What’s the workaround? Can I add a user with the new email and then delete my user?

Hi, so I am using ManyChat API to create leads in Monday.com based on the 'new message' trigger in Make.com. Do you know if it's possible to get the direct Facebook profile link from ManyChat? Based on my knowledge, directly from the webhook response it’s not possible, but do you guys maybe know some kind of external app that would populate the link of the FB profile of a sender?Cheers!Jakub :)

I have set up a simple flow for testing purposes to check whether the bot gets charged or not. However, when I click on the "Buy Now" button, I wasn’t charged. Please see the screenshot for a better understanding.Can Instagram DMs and Messenger be used to sell services? Also, can I sell a service that costs more than $100?It seems like the issue is coming from Stripe. Could someone please check and confirm? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone. I have an Instagram automation. When a user comments on my post, manychat tags the contact and then messages them an audio clip. I have separate automation that triggers when a tag for that post is created. As you can see from the screenshot, it is only sending the second message to a very small amount of the users, even though it says “passed” for all of them. Why is this?  

hello,i need urgent help with my automation. basically, this is my goal:when someone comments on my instagram post, i want to send them a dm, then wait 30 minutes, then send another dm, then wait 23 hours, then send another dm. please see screenshot of what i have done - however i cant seem to connect my initial dm to a delay, and it is only sending the first message not the next two. I am really confused. any help would be appreciated, thank you so much. 

I have purchased a WhatsApp number through Manychat, and I wonder if I can also use it by downloading a WhatsApp business app on my phone. (as a separate number, of course).If so, how can I get the authentication code? (Whatsapp sends an authentication SMS to the number I have purchased, but I have no place or device to receive it.)Thanks!

Hey there,i just completed a message template with the “flow” feature at business.facebook.com and its already active. But it does not show up in Manychat (right account) → Settings → Whatsapp → Message Templates. So basically the synronisation is not working. Am i missing something?Thanks in advance!

Hello,I own a tattoo and piercing studio, and I’m new to ManyChat, still trying to figure out how everything works.Right now, we’d like to integrate our most commonly used communication platforms with ManyChat and later add automations and AI features. Our main platforms are Instagram and WhatsApp. Instagram is working perfectly—we have access to all messages, etc.—but WhatsApp has been a bit tricky.WhatsApp is our primary platform for client follow-ups and aftercare, but from what I understand, if we connect our current number, we will lose all our messages and face multiple limitations.Creating a new number isn’t ideal for us either, as our business cards, merchandise, and other materials all point to our current WhatsApp number, which is also our main phone number.Is there any way to set up a new number and have all messages sent to our current WhatsApp number automatically redirected to the new one, allowing us to gradually migrate to ManyChat while keeping the old number active?He

Hi! In my automation, I will have a qualifying questions. I have issues with collecting/saving their age because I want their answers to be text based and not jut numbers or buttons. I want their answers to be detected as age even when their answers has any words. For example, they answer “21yo” or “21 years old”,  I want this to be detected as age. How can I do this?

Já possuo um número de whatsapp ativo como whatsapp bussiness. Para mim, não faria sentido nem pegar um novo número pela manychat nem excluir minha conta para poder conectar meu número à plataforma - como dizem as brevíssimas instruções do Manychat. Como proceder???

Não há nenhuma opção nas “Data Collection” me dá a opção de salvar a resposta em um Campo do tipo Data, existe alguma forma de eu fazer isso?Caso:Meus clientes agendam a entrega pelo WhatsApp, e eu coleto o dia/mês da entrega hoje por texto mesmo, e depois altero manualmente para ter a data nas outras automações, gostaria de fazer isso de forma automática, o cliente responde uma data, já armazena no Campo tipo Data para ser utilizado nas próximas automações.

Hi community, has anyone found a simple way of keeping track of how many ManyChat new leads they aquire on a daily/weekly/monthly basis? I’m looking for a simple report or way to count how many new ManyChat leads we recieved during any given period. Bonus points if the report diferentiates the count of Facebook leads VS Instagram leads. Thank you for any help.  Martin
