Como faço para enviar mensagens no instagram usando uma automação para pessoas depois das 24hs? Existe alguma forma, mesmo que pagando por envio igual tem a opção no whatsapp? Obrigado!

Lead adicionado na automação porém não envia mensagem via API oficial do whatsapp

Estou fazendo uma automação para disparar mensagem via API oficial no WhatsApp, o gatilho é adicionar o lead na tag, quando adiciono o lead na tag o lead entra na automação, porém não envia a mensagem programada na automação, algumas vezes metrifica que foi enviado a mensagem, porém não envia nada no WhatsApp nem é realizada cobrança, e às vezes nem metrifica nada nas métricas da mensagem, todos os leads estão entrando na automação. Alguém pode ajudar ?

Issue with Multi-line Messages from Instagram Direct and External Requests in ManyChat

I'm facing an issue with ManyChat and Instagram Direct messages and could use some help.When I receive a message from Instagram Direct in ManyChat, I store it in a variable called message and then send it to a server using an external request. Everything works fine except when the user uses the enter key to go to the next line in their message. Because the message goes to the next line, using this variable in the JSON body causes an error.For example:Message:Hello How are you? External request JSON body:{ "message": "message" } This causes a problem because the JSON body ends up looking like this:{ "message": "HelloHow are you?" } The problem is that \n is not being used for multi-line messages, which breaks the JSON structure.Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions.Thank you!

Hello everyone! I have a question. Can I capture the user first message they sent in the conversation? Lets say I dont have a specific keyword that activates my automation but I want to capture this first message to use it later on. Is that posible? How to do it? Thaks!

Posts don't appear on ManyChat

Guys, a client's account isn't showing the post for me to use in Instagram automation, and even selecting the option to use the trigger on any Instagram post, the message that returns is that there are no posts on the account. I've tried everything, but I couldn't solve it.Has anyone else had this problem and managed to solve it? Could you assist me?

Erro na hora de criar gatilho

Oi pessoal tudo bem?Primeira vez usando o serviço e já com dificuldades apesar de ler e reler tudo que fui encontrando.Estou tentando criar respostas automáticas para comentários em reels e publicações no feed, mas, ao selecionar qual reels ou foto, ele fica com um triângulo ao lado, como se fosse um alerta dizendo “se você impulsionar essa postagem, a automação não funcionará”. Isso é normal?Pois preencho todas as etapas, mas ele não me dá a opção de salvar na última, logo, não consigo ativar o serviço.Já pensei que poderia ser um serviço do plano PRO, mas não sei se é isso.

SMS e E-mail dentro da automação não funcionam

Fiz uma automação mesclando mensagens no Whatsapp, SMS e E-mail. O fluxo de mensagens no whatsapp funciona corretamente, mas as mensagens SMS e e-mails não funcionam. Já configurei a integração do SMS no Twilio  Já configurei o e-mailO opt-in de SMS e E-mail são feitos via webhook e eu coloquei o bloco de ação para receber os opt-in de SMS e e-mail logo depois do gatilho de entrada. Alguém saberia o que está faltando?

Setting a markup to a payment amount

Hi all I’m interested in adding a small percentage markup to a total payment amount. Would this use case be possible so us, the builders get a small commission for each transaction amount of our client? So in this case there could be two paypal or stripe accounts connected.I would be happy to explore another workaround via integrations or automations. Thanks

Cuando creó una campaña, un anuncio en Instagram ADS pues los disparadores no funcionan. Me comentan el anuncio y no funciona, alguien sabe por qué?Y en las publicaciones normales, reel lo que sea si funciona la automatización, solo en anuncios tiene ese problema

Contact - How do contacts work?

HelloI would like to start off by saying that we’re a job platform that offers different kinds of jobs on Instagram, and we ask our users to comment “Yes”, post which we DM them the job link that they’re looking for. We post everyday on Instagram and each job is different which means that each link is different too. My question is - Let’s say person ‘X’ comments on our video/reel, and Manychat sends them a DM, X is now a contact established with Manychat. Say the same X person comments on another video for another job link, and Manychat sends them a DM, will that be counted as 2 contacts, or just 1? Is there a limit to how many times can one person comment on different videos and get DMs? Also, I wanted to know if we automate for comments as well, if X comments, when they get a response via comments and DM, will it be considered as 1 contact or 2 contacts?There is no clarification for this. Would appreciate if I could get some form of help! Thanks.

Olá, Objetivo é somente atender via whatszap e sinalizar para 4 atendentes,  e quem chegar primeiro ou estiver desocupado atende. No many chat, tem como eu direcionar para algum whatsapp externo ? Cada um dos atendentes tem um número de telefone e um whatsapp.

I have the issue that the keywords are common; therefore, the trigger activates multiple times, making the conversation annoying. Could anyone possibly know how to condition the triggers to go active only once per conversation?

Hello! I am trying to get some automations going for facebook posts, so when people comment the trigger word they get a reply but I cant get it live cause whenever I try it pops this message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” Where can I mark the message as a comment repply or what does that mean, can someone help me! thank you!!!

Hello,I am new here and planning to use Manychat from tomorrow on for my creator account on IG. About a month ago I created my free account with Manychat but am currently having neither keywords defined nor an automation set up yet. I just logged in and it shows me that I have 14 contacts already without even having used Manychat once...I don't get it. My private account is one of these contacts, and I am 100% sure I did not subscribe to my Manychat account or test a keyword or something as I did not even have set a keyword yet.How can that be that there are random IG accounts (some of them spam accounts, but not all) added to my contacts & community without having interacted with any of my posts (as my IG account is new and I will only be starting to post from tomorrow on)? As I am planning to go for a paid account with Manychat but as the price increases with increasing contacts, I want to make sure that I only pay for contacts who actually entered my keywords I will set and not

Trigger for rule

Dear Support Team,I have created a rule to update a custom field whenever a tag is added to a contact. However, after applying the tag to all my contacts, the rule did not trigger as expected.The rule only works if I manually change the tag by entering the chat with each contact.I need to apply this rule to my entire client base of 220,000 contacts.
