Buenas comunidad. Me encuento en ocasiones, que ya sea porque el usuario no quiere o puede contestar a las preguntas o por que el AI Step se tuesta, el ususario se queda atrapado y no puede continuar con a automatización.Estoy probando cosas, incluso con ideas de chatgpt (que no termina de conocer bien las opciones de manychat) y al final lo acabo haciendo manual. ¿como haceis esto vosotros? Gracias.

Hello Manychat Community,I have attempted to set up a rather basic automation of Auto-DM links from comments. The Automation works, but not how I thoguht it would, in other words, I set it up to send a DM on specific words “Discipline” for example. But I want to set it up so that it would send it ONLY if somebody comments SOLELY the word discipline and nothing else.In the way that it is now, is that if that word is used in a sentencer, it will still send a DM. For example:“I love the way that I have been building my discipline.” → Send a DM but I DON’T want it to.“Discipline” → Sends a DM, and I would like to automate that it sends ONLY in this case, with just the word “Discipline” written in the comments. I have looked around the platform but couldn’t find anything to configurate it.I would be very grateful if someone could assist me with that, thank you! JC

I'm trying to understand how ManyChat handles overlapping Instagram triggers. Here's the situation: I have one trigger set to fire on all Instagram post comments. I have another trigger set to fire on a specific Instagram post. Both triggers use the same keyword. A user comments with that keyword on the specific post. In this case, what happens? Does ManyChat run both flows? Or does it only trigger one, and if so, which one takes priority?

Hello everyone, I have the following challenge: we have a reel that was posted organically on Instagram. Here the customer can secure a freebie with a keyword. We have now recycled this reel as an ad. In order not to lose the trust, we have not changed the reel. Now the people who become aware of the reel via the ad also have the chance to secure the freebie with the keyword. How can I use Manychat to give organic customers the UTM parameter with source=organic and the customer who became aware of me via the ad the UTM parameter source=paid? 

Anyone else having issues with the gallery image sizes on mobile? Usually this happens when a Meta or iphone update happens and we just have to wait it out. Please advise if you have information. I dont want to have to go in and resize all images.

But I wanted to start collect peoples contact to a Google Sheet and added a step for that. What I’ve noticed is that after running some of my automations a lot of time, my Google Sheet has only 1 contact and only the first and last name.The data I’m collecting:Frist Name Last Name Email PhoneHas anyone faced a similar issue? However, I've noticed inconsistent behavior with this parameter — sometimes it successfully triggers the reminder, and other times it doesn't, even when the conditions seem to be met.I'm looking for a more reliable method to trigger reminder messages to customers on WhatsApp, based on the time since their last interaction/message.Specifically, I want to: Detect if a customer hasn't responded within a specific time window (e.g., 12 or 23 hours). Automatically send a friendly follow-up/reminder message if no response was received. Ensure it works consistently, regardless of whether the customer's last message was text, media, or quick reply. Is there a best practice or alternative approach to reliably track last user activity in WhatsApp and trigger reminders accordingly (e.g., via session events, message logs, or contact activity flags)?

How can I change the assigned agent and the agent who receives notifications across different automations at once, instead of going manually into each automation and changing it? In our team, we have a different agent in charge of monitoring WhatsApp messages each day, and I currently have to update all the automations manually. Is there a way to change it for all automations at once?
