Olá, pessoal. Estamos contratando Manychat para a empresa e o financeiro está solcitando os dados cadastrais para cadastrar a Manychat como fornecedor. Não estou encontrando um canal para solicitação desses dados.Alguém sabe o melhor caminho?

If someone contacts me about a service request and I need more than 24 hours to service it, how do I contact them afterwards?  I understand for the other categories you have to build templates but for service related calls I don’t understand

Estoy creando una automatización para Campañas pagadas en Instagram, al activar el disparador me pide crear al menos una Respuesta Inmediata, la cual he creado como siguiente paso después del activador. Pero por más que intento activarla me sigue pidiendo “Añade al menos una Respuesta inmediata al primer mensaje para configurar los anuncios de Instagram” ¿ALGUIEN ME PODRÍA AYUDAR?

Hi there, I tested the auto DM link from comments a few days ago, but the feature is not working for me because the comments are coming from Instagram users who don’t follow my account, and they don’t allow DM chat from everyone, so they cannot see the automatic messages. Is there any solution for this? Thanks

Estou com uma conta PRO (TRIAL) será esse o problema??Percebi que au tentar enviar uma mensagem no livechat também ocorre um erro.Será que o erro ocorre por eu ter optado por receber um número grátis do whatsapp no momento do cadastro, pois lá tinha opção de eu inserir meu próprio ou obter um número grátis? Despite submitting a support ticket to Manychat over a week ago, responses have been delayed, and the issue remains unresolved. This has left the customer unable to handle any WhatsApp requests, causing a significant impact on their business.I’m struggling to get proper attention from both Manychat and WhatsApp. Does anyone know how to escalate a support request with Manychat or have any suggestions to help unblock the account quickly?Any mitigation plan would also be greatly appreciated. We attempted to install regular WhatsApp (non-business), but that too was blocked. Meta flagged the account due to suspected integration activities that violate their policies.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Porém, não consigo estabelecer um fluxo contínuo de envio de mensagens. Alguém consegue me ajudar?  I want to send all the messages I send and receive in ManyChat to Supabase. Estou configurando uma automação no ManyChat para notificar o dono da conta de anúncios no WhatsApp sempre que um novo lead preencher um formulário no Facebook Ads.Atualmente, já consigo enviar mensagens para o lead assim que ele se cadastra no formulário, através da integração com Facebook/Make/Manychat, mas gostaria de enviar uma mensagem automática para o dono da conta de anúncios informando sobre o novo lead e seus dados.1️⃣ Lead se cadastra no formulário do Facebook Ads.2️⃣ O ManyChat já envia uma mensagem para o lead pelo WhatsApp.3️⃣ Quero que o dono da conta receba uma mensagem automática no WhatsApp avisando sobre o novo lead.4️⃣ Como essa mensagem não faz parte da janela de 24h, imagino que precise ser uma mensagem aprovada.5️⃣ Se o dono da conta responder essa mensagem, tem como eu enviar as informações detalhadas do lead diretamente pelo ManyChat? 

When a website visitor clicks on a WhatsApp link, which initiates an automation, is there a way to automatically grab the persons WhatsApp number and add it to their System Field?Or do I have to ask over WhatsApp for them to share their number with me in order to capture that user data and store it as their phone number in the system field?

Una vez he automatizado Whats app, pongo el enlace en mi web, y el enlace por deecto creado en Manychat, lleva a una conversación donde sale este número w335544465. Porqué sale este número y cómo puedo cambiarlo? Graciss

is there any way to integrate Manychat and Wix for email automation? I see integrations for HubSpot and other platforms but no instructions for Wix email marketing. Can this be done via API or do I have to send emails from ManyChat itself? The goal:start the conversation in DM or comments collect email and name send the lead magnet (via Wix email) continue email sequence in Wix email)I currently have email channel set up in Manychat but I don’t think this is how to achieve what I’m explaining above

I want to connect my whatsapp bot so that users can create appointments from whatsapp connected with my outlook calendar (or other i can change calendars) and then send reminders for the appointments.

I’m trying to collect data prior to sending information, it’s asking me to change to ‘send as comment reply’.  When I do that, I receive this error message.  Can I not collect data when a user replies to a post? Please help!

Hi all, Been using Manychat with much success, however I am unable to find a use for keeping and paying for all these contacts. I want to be able to message all my contacts about a new app i have coming, however, I cannot find broadcasting in the browser or in the app. How do I message all of these contacts without sending it individually 11,000 times and getting a 24 hour ban on Instagram??

I need details about the permissions I can give to a specific user. I don't want the live chat agent or editor to see the customer's number and email. Is it possible to do this?
