As far as I understand, they would need to create a ManyChat account and add me as an administrator, but I'm not sure how they would do that. Hi all! One of the admins on my team is unable to reply to IG DMs, she is getting the message “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?

Hi! I’m missing a step with my first ManyChat automation in a Telegram channel (with a chat/discussion) that I run.I have connected ManyChat and Telegram. I’ve created the automation in ManyChat. I’ve created a specific ManyChat/Telegram bot using BotFather.Now … I’m not sure what to do next. The instructions end with creating the bot.Do I add the new bot as an admin to my Telegram channel? And … then what? I can’t seem to find the next steps, so I appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

Ya prendi mi campaña pero al llegarme los mensajes de whats app no corre mi bot que hice para whats appycuando me llegan mensajes al whats me dice “Mensaje no soportado” y no empieza mi bot de whatsApp.  Podrias ayudarme por favor. Por lo que veo many chat no reconoce la vista previa de los links que llegan de las campañaas de facebook, espero darme entender. gracias

I've been trying to send a message with 2 buttons and their actions, but it only sends the message with a single button, and in the Block Dynamic (Documentation) it shows that it can be replicated, but I've been getting this error only when I duplicate, if I leave only one button it will work. Hola amigos, tengo un problema y es que la cuenta whatsapp business ya registrada en mi Meta Business con publicidad y con cuenta publicitaria vinculada y me la está reconociendo pero al hacer el último paso de verificaciones me da error en Manychat y sugiriendome que desconecte el número y lo vuelva a conectar desde manychat… eh visto en otras preguntas que pierden la línea para llamar o algún otro problema con la línea y el whatsapp. ¿Qué debo hacer para solventar este problema? ¿alguien tendrá idea? Will someone help me understand the point of paying for all of my contacts if I can’t contact them? Since they got rid of paid messages, I can’t message my 26k people in FB Messenger.

I have a manychat workflow , where when people comments, a DM is sent to respective accounts. Now the issue is whoever send any message to us in DM, it says ‘we reply typically in one day’. I want to remove that.  

We're having a little issue where our automation flow sends duplicate messages whenever a user’s message includes the word "healer." We want the automation to trigger just once per interaction even if the keyword shows up multiple times in their message.Can you help us adjust the settings so it only sends once? Or is this how it’s supposed to work? Sorry, I’m a bit of a newbie here.
