How to keep the 24h WhatsApp window open until Monday?

Hi everyone! I have an automation for a tech repair store that works well during business hours, but the company closes at 1 PM on Saturday and reopens on Monday. During the closing period, the customer receives an automatic interaction with an AI, but after finishing that interaction, the 24h window gets closed.I’m wondering if anyone has implemented a strategy to keep the conversation window open until Monday morning, without needing to use a message template. Any tips or automations that could be set up to ensure the customer interacts on Sunday, for example, to extend this window?Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Can't log into manychat

Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana

Not all post and reels are available

Hi, I’m creating an automation to send DM and replies to comments on Instagram. I applied the trigger for all posts or reels. However, it seems that the comments on some of the reels are not triggering the automation. When I checked, the ones that did not trigger the automation were also not listed on the specific post or reel list. How can I make it available for all posts and reels?Here are the available posts on Manychat trigger: Here are the actual posts:

FB Chat Plugin is going away soon

Hello Guys, what we going to do with this? Chat Plugin is going away soon is written on my Business FB Profile… On May 9, 2024, you will no longer be able to access any functionalities of Chat Plugin. Effective immediately, Chat Plugin in guest mode is no longer available. Other features like m.me links will still be available for you to use.So, how this is going to work after this date??? Any clue? I’m using it on a WordPress fro the moment… Please share more information and opinions!

URGENTE- Plano PRO e não consigo conectar IG

Preciso de ajuda!  não consigo solucionar este problema.Fiz o cadastro com o Facebook no Manychat, e a página já está conectado ao Instagram, porém quando vou no Manychat para conectar o Instagram  diz que já foi enviado uma solicitação e que o dono da perfil precisa aceitar, só que não consigo encontrar pra onde foi essa solicitação pra eu aceitar a conecção entre o Instagram e o Manychat, já procurei nas configurações do Instagram, no Facebook  e no e-mail e nada . Alguém poderia me ajudar. A conta é minha tanto do face quanto do IG. Estou com o plano pago PRO e não consigo usar

Keyword Automation Issue on IG Post

Hey Everyone, We recently tested a post on IG with multiple keywords (e.g., "If you want the PDF, comment 'pdf', if you want the masterclass, comment 'masterclass' under the same post"). In ManyChat automation, we set up two different keyword triggers for this post. However, it seems like if one same IG account commented both words, only the first one is working, and the other isn’t responding.Is there a limit on how many keyword automations can be used per post, or is there a way to bypass this issue?Thanks so much for your help!

Hi everyone, was instructed to refresh permissions for Facebook - I’ve received this error below.   I logged out of this Facebook account but continue to receive this error.   Can't connect this page due to an error! Looks like you're logged in with another Facebook profile.Please try to log out your Facebook account and try again. Any help is appreciated.  Thanks! Limit on number for automations for free accounts?

What is the limit on number for automations for free accounts? I have simple auto DM replies for Instagram (“Comment LINKS for DM” for example). Currently, I have 4 automations running (4 IG posts). When I try and add more, the interaction is disabled.

Instagram automations have suddenly stopped working

Does anyone know if there’s any downtime today? My Instagram automations suddenly stopped. Messages were being sent one minute, then the next minute they stopped. I can’t see any obvious reason and this has never happened before. I’ve submitted a support ticket, but it could take a few days to hear back. Thanks

Remove my WhatsApp business number from many chat record

i am facing issues with manychat and whatsApp integration. After adding new num to manychat, whatsApp isn't sending me verification code so I am unable to register my new business whtsap number. Additionally, I deleted my old num whatsapp acc for manychat, after integration with manychat whatsApp is now not sending me verification code...In short, after using num on manychat I'm unable to create whatsApp account on that num.. looking forward to your help.

failed to publish automation

hello. I have tried for days now to publish automation on comments. When I try to hit publish, the error: Failed to publish the automation, comes up. And my older automations only send the default message when someone is commenting. I have the pro version. Does anybody know how to fix it? Or do you have the same problem?

Não é possível ativar automações de comentários do Instagram

Uso o Manychat há vários meses, mas há aproximadamente 1 mês não consigo mais criar nenhuma automação nova para o Instagram. Sempre usei da mesma maneira, com base em um template que o Manychat mostra como sugestão, onde existe a ordem de ter o comentário em uma publicação específica, a automação responde 3 opções de respostas, e automaticamente envia mensagem no direct. Não estou conseguindo nem criando novo, nem duplicando existente. Ele consta essa mensagem "Esse recurso não pode ser ativado X em seu plano atual. Para remover as restrições, atualize esta conta para um plano Pro."Mas não estou usando nada da versão pro, é tudo gratuitoJá procurei respostas aqui na comunidade, mas nada semelhante. Eu não estou usando nada que ultrapasse o limite do gratuito, estou bem longe daquela capacidade máxima de leads, e nenhuma função de gatilho pro! Não sei o que posso tentar, pois testei criar uma nova conta e não consigo vincular meu Instagram por já estar vinculadoO que posso fazer?

Ola, to tentando automatizar meu facebook, porém quando conecto o facebook e crio uma automação, elas funcionam numa pagina que eu tenho e não no meu perfil que é onde eu preciso da automação. Já tentei adicionar o perfil como nova conta porém sempre só tem a pagina e não o perfil de opção

I suddenly started getting this error on Manychat even though my Instagram is working perfectly fine and the backend connection seems alright as well. Is this happening with others or it has to do something with my account?

Blank messages on Instagram

Hi. This is happening a lot lately, when the leads comments the keyword in an Instagram publication, the automation does not work, they only get a blank message. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
