Boa tarde, galera! Tudo certo?Estou tentando importar contatos com uma integração via API com o Make. Lead se inscreve no CRM RD Station e e entra via API com HTTP Request no Manychat. O módulo HTTP Request da sucesso porém o status da 400 e o contato não é criado no Manychat. Alguém sabe o que pode ser?Já pedi pro suporte autorizar essa função.

Pessoal, estou usando o n8n no lugar do Make para enviar leads que se inscrevem em um formulário diretamente para o ManyChat. Porém, estou enfrentando um problema: o envio dá erro caso o usuário já exista no ManyChat. Alguém que tenha experiência com o n8n poderia me ajudar?

I have already set up a flow in Many Chat where someone drops a word, it tiggers a DM with a link.  I would like to go into the automation to send a follow up DM to everyone that received my first DM. Some of these people may or may not have clicked on the link.  I need the follow up to go to everyone.  How do I do this?  Thanks

A ideia é assim:A pessoa comenta "Eu quero" em uma publicação que divulga a live. Assim que ela comenta, recebe uma mensagem direta (DM) com o link da live. Na terça-feira, às 18h, antes da live começar, ela recebe outra mensagem com o link, lembrando-a que a live já vai começar.É isso: comentar > receber o link na DM > receber um lembrete com o link na hora da live.Mas é importante conseguir configurar para que a pessoa receba em um horário especifico e não depois de x tempo.Conseguem me ajudar?

Hi folks,I have a flow where I ask the user for a PDF file. I am using a User Input field that saves the URL of the uploaded file to a custom field. That works great. However, Messenger on Android doesn't offer an option to select documents from its internal storage, the only offered option is to select images. Different to the desktop versions of Messenger, which have an icon to upload documents (any type), next to the chat text field. My solution is to instruct the user about selecting the PDF file from the internal storage (not from Messenger) and Share it to Messenger / Chat. That way, the bot in Manychat can receive it and works fine.To show this message only to users on Android devices, I would need to determine if the user is chatting on an Android phone. Anyone has had this need? Any native recommendations?

I have two Facebook accounts: one with about 4,000 friends and another with around 5,000 friends. I don’t need all those contacts in my account. I need to transfer most likely no more than total of 2000 Contacts combine... How can I easy transfer selected Facebook contacts to ManyChat?

I was trying to enable auto liking the comment in the automation flow and seems the option is missing. It’s available in the story reply but missing in the comment. Hope there is an option to do the same or expecting it in the nearest updates

Hello everyone,I do community management for a large number of people (over 2000). Message automation is therefore a very important part of my process. The problem I'm encountering is as follows:When using messages with options (as you can see in the screenshot below), the automation sequence is only taken into account if the customer presses one of the buttons. It sometimes happens that some customers respond below the message by writing rather than clicking on one of the options. When this happens, my teams have to manually assign the next tag to “replace” the customer back into the automation chain. Individually, this doesn't take much time, but with a high volume of customers it wastes a lot of time.Is there a way for ManyChat to take into account the answer if it's written and corresponds to one of the options?Thanks in advance for your answers. 

Gente, já criei várias automação no ManyChat para o Instagram, e sempre funcionaram bem.Recentemente, comecei a ter problemas com botões aparecendo em partes do fluxo onde não deveria. Por exemplo: coloque um botão em um ponto específico da automação, mas o ManyChat insira outros botões de forma consultada, pegando opções de outras partes da automação. Já recriei automatizações para testar, mas o erro persiste. Parece ser um problema da plataforma.Alguém já passou por isso e conseguiu resolver? Estou atendendo novos clientes, e esse problema está comprometendo as automatizações no Instagram. No WhatsApp, por enquanto, ainda não notei o mesmo erro.Segue um exemplo nas imagens:O correto é ter apenas 1 botão ("Com certeza"). O ManyChat copia botões de outras partes do fluxo e os insere aleatoriamente. Se eu apago esses botões, ele copia outros botões de outros lugares.Está impossível trabalhar assim! Socorro!  ☹️

Hello again community of experts.I have a challenge, let’s see what we can do:A user messages me on WhatsApp, and I ask him “Tell me the phone number of the person who invited you”The user responds with a phone number.Now comes the challenge:I want to automatically send a message to that phone number, (which will already be in my contacts list, so it won’t actually be a new number for me). That’s it. I don’t know how to achieve this, isn’t there a “forward message” block that I could add to kickstart the new conversation? He hecho todo el proceso y ya logré crear un ticket súpero único y personalizado pero cuando le pido a la plataforma que me traiga datos de Google Sheets me trae la primera vez que el cliente escribió y no la última como lo necesito. Intenté hacer que Manychat buscara en la columna de la fecha pero por alguna razón con ese campo de usuario no trae datos. ¿Alguien me podría ayudar? Porque tengo mucho en stop por este tema y me urge poder resolverlo. 🙏🏻 Por aquello mi whats es 50687251584 por si me quieren ayudar por allá, yo se los agradecería mucho.

Im trying to make reminders to clients on whatsapp.for example i want to make a reminder sent at exactly 21:00 but the smart delay only lets me choose 21:00 to 22:00.what does it mean? that it will send the message at a random time between 21:00 to 22:00? or if possible it will send at 21:00? how exactly does this work and also is there any way to set a specific time for a message to be sent within the workflow or just a range?

Manychat currently tells us that we are billed for the total number of contacts that we have under our contacts list. When I want an user to be excluded from the billing list, is it okay if I simply unsubscribe the user or do I delete them ?

Hey, my clients use refferal link, and when they click it, it sends first message multiple times. I’m using Manychat for 3 years, and it has never happened to me. I used refreshed permissions and still didn’t fix the issue. What should I do?
