Hey everyone,I run a sales and lead gen agency for influencers and I am leaving high level as their automations are buggy.I want to set up on here and I currently have 5 Instagram accounts i manage.How do i set up all 5 IG accounts without the client paying for it on their side, I have access to their pages of course, but when I log in it’s asking them to approve my request, make me an admin in *their* manhychat and then prompting them to set up a subscription to add a new user.I want all of the manychats accounts to be owned, managed and paid for on my side, 100%.My agency is a done-for-you serviceMy contracts with all of the clients is for a revenue % where i cover all costs of software / staff, so I know have to go back on agreements.How do I fix this, thanks.

Hello, nice to meet you alli just started a trial for the pro plan and im facing some issues1. API connection with Makei created An api key thru My profile > API settings > generete api keyand i entered this API  to manychat integration at Makebut i get this error “[401] Wrong token”Maybe it is because of im on trial? i tried to find guides about it but nothing worked2.When i openned a sub account for another facebook page it asked me to upgrade this sub account for proi thought the payment is per contact not per sub-accountsand agian maybe it is a problem that happen only on trial period?thanks 

I have a stories request automation based on a keyword, but most of the messages people reply with land in my message requests and the automation doesn’t work.  Is there a setting or something to make message requests still work? 

HiI am not seeing the automations I set up in manychat inside of Meta Ads manager. Do I need the paid version to link the accounts?I have followed the instructions in ad set and ad set up, but not finding a message template when I select use existing.Plus I am not seeing partner app anywhere?Can anyone show me where I am messing up?  Hello colleagues, I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I want to register my WhatsApp number, which is already registered with the Twilio API, but I can’t find how to do it. I looked into adding channels and saw that I should select an external provider, but I don’t see that option. Does anyone know why this might be happening or could help me with my case? I’m currently testing auto-DM links from comments. Does the DM send only once? I’m testing, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to enable duplicate sends.

Un gusto saludarles, actualmente tengo un flujo para ventas en mi emprendimiento de postres, este flujo esta hecho para que el cliente seleccione de forma rapida y sencilla los productos que desea, el tipo de delivery y recolectamos sus datos de entrega, posteriormente se le envia el resume del pedido con la totalizacion para el pago. este ultimo paso no he podido lograr que funcione, me da error distintos cada vez que lo utilizo, ya llevo varios dias en este plan y honestamente estoy un poco decepcionado de la herramienta! siempre es asi o funciona? alguien sabe como puedo solucionar??

When I test automation on instagram, the messages are taking too long to be delivered. What was supposed to take 2-3 seconds is now taking almost a minute. Is this a problem with the server or the internet?Note: I'm not using smart delay.

Quise hacer una automatización y me dice que tengo superado el numero de contactos de la versión free, que acceda a suscripción pagada, pero reviso los contactos y solo hay 191. La versión free, ¿no son 1000 contactos?

I am unable to automate a DM as a response to a comment. Manychat appears to only want to allow me to reply to a comment, with a comment, which I don’t want. I want to automate into a DM so I can capture an email address and start a further conversation. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and tried to use chatgpt to also help troubleshoot. The only thing I can see, following the walkthrough on the troubleshooting videos for IG, is that on my personal facebook page there is no manychat connected. It’s connected on meta business suite but on the video when you are asked to switch to personal and edit the manychat connection/permissions, there is no manychat. Is the the solve & if so how do I connect it there?Thanks! 

Hi ManyChat community! 👋I’m trying to collect subscribers to my broadcast list through ads.I’m experiencing an issue where my ManyChat flow is not triggering correctly for users who click on my Facebook Messenger ad. Instead, they receive a generic message that I believe is overriding the intended ManyChat flow.Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve set up a Facebook Messenger ad and linked it to my ManyChat flow using a the “Message will be sent to customers when they click on your ads” I’ve checked Facebook’s settings, and there are no active auto-responder rules or automations on my page. ManyChat is connected to my Facebook page, and my Welcome Message and Default Reply in ManyChat are turned off. I am trying to create a flow on Whatsapp where to allow the user to move forward in the flow, he has to give an ID number or password. I was hoping this could be possible to do by assigning the ID / password to the user (contact) as a custom field, storing the user’s input in a separate field and then using a condition bloc to compare both but it turns out the condition bloc can’t compare fields… Any idea how to make it happen?

Good day people, I need to pause an automation, a pause between 2 actions(send whatsapp message), to wait a contact’s reply before sending second message.To be more specific, 1st message is with 2 buttons, so in case they do not use any, and text instead, so they can receive the second default message as reply. Any idea how I can do it?In general, it is strange that Manychat does not have this pause, in Smart Delay, and instead of choosing time frame, to choose for wait for reply.Many thanks,

Newbie, technology challenged here.   My ManyChat paid Pro will not recognize my business facebook account, only my personal Instagram account. Training on building a bot and this is the first step, so as you can imagine, very frustrating when the fundamental steps as directed don’t work.  Please help.  

Hi guys, I have an integration with manychat API using make.com and in one of my automations, I use make to create a new contact (based on another system) and add the custom fields. Then I use the manychat automation to send messages to the contacts created and some conditions from the custom user fields.  The problem I’m facing now is that I don’t know how to test if the contact created has whatsapp account (when I created a contact using the api I don’t get any error if this contact doesn't have whatsapp enabled). I only know when I try to message this contact and the message is not delivered. Is there a way to test if the contact is ready to get messages so I can create other ways to contact my customers? ThanksDoug 

When I close a chat and then the customer sends a message it doesn't reopen the chat! How to fix this issue? If there's a reason why this is happening so what it could be?

Why was the messages not sent out after a small delay? and they skipped to next smart delay?

Hello to eveyone here! First message here, so i have a question, i want to create a flow where it will present 3 reels in the chat and in the layout like the screenshot but based on dynamic values? Like the user can type fitness, and manychat will reply with 3 of these like the screenshot and will be presented with 3 reels of the fitness or based on location like , the user will search Greece and manychat will present them in the same layout 3 videos that have as location “Greece”. Or like in the second screenshot, instead of the purchase link , it will send them directly to each reel based on the dynamic value used. How can i create something like that? Or are there any materials to study/work with, for this specific case? Because although i have found many help with lots of videos and materials in general, havent found something for the specific case. Thank you all for your time! Looking forward to your reply!
