Hello,My goal:I want to listen to Instagram comments and automatically reply to users via Direct Message (DM).The problem:According to Facebook's official documentation, an Instagram Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page to subscribe to the Instagram Webhook.However, most of our users do not have a Facebook Page, and I don't want to force them to create one. They only have an Instagram Business account.My questions:Since ManyChat is a Meta partner, you likely have access to private APIs that allow users to authenticate via Instagram Login without needing a Facebook Page.Do you offer a white-label Instagram integration? Is it possible to use your APIs to create automations for our authenticated users?Best regards,

Hi everyone, 😎I'm seeking assistance regarding a scenario with my Manychat bot's Live Chat feature. Here’s the process I'm working with: A user requests human support through the bot. Human support responds via Live Chat. After resolving the user's issue, human support closes the ticket. The ticket status is updated to "Closed." My question is:Is there a built-in trigger or event in Manychat that activates once a Live Chat ticket is closed by support? If not, are there recommended workarounds to detect this event so that I can execute subsequent automation actions?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

 i want to ask about contacts in the manychat, as you can see, my contacts are 12k. We paid manychat automation depending on the number of contacts, as i know, the contacts that saved into our account are needed to followup or chat blast, how if we delete all the contacts here ? are we gonna pay less ?

Hi. Is it possible for ManyChat automation to read the previous messages of a user and determine if certain information is available like their name? Currently I have a basic automation that triggers when someone sends me a DM, I ask for their name. But in case I have talked to that person previously and they have provided their name, I don’t want the bot to ask for it again.

Hi! I have deleted my old automations and have updated new ones for DM replies and Instagram comment for Dem reply to a keyword but for some reason, people are still getting the old automation with an old link and I can’t even find where that automation is because it doesn’t exist in my flow of automations when I check all of them. Any ideas?

I have recently noticed that when I visit the settings of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, there is no option to remove the ManyChat account channel. I suppose this is a recent change that occurred at the platform level, but now I am left with the question of how I can unlink a social network from my ManyChat account.

I am finding out that not everyone that comments the keyword isn't getting the automation. It is showing on my end that they have it. but they aren't getting it. 

Edit. Solved! see first comment. Hello The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake?  Thank you!  

Hello,My Instagram bot keeps the previous message. For example, if I don't reply immediately but later, my bot responds with the same message as the previous response. However, once the conversation is engaged, it starts working correctly again.   I used the same workflow as in this post: Thank you for your help.

Estoy empezando a usar manychat la version free y he realizado una automatización para whatsaap insertando un mensaje con preguntas y respuestas recopilando datos en campos de usuario que deseo insertar en una hoja de excel.Mi automatización cuenta con el mensaje de preguntas con la recopilación de datos y con la accion de insertar en excel las cuales considero están bien parametrizadas, pero al correr la vista previa en whatsaap no me hace las preguntas y por consiguiente no inserta datos en excel.

Hi All, Im putting together an email campaign (still) and im interested in using a technique ive seen someone else use for theirs. Their email has two images next to each other. The benefit of doing this instead of having the two images just be one image “looking” like two is that when you reduce the size of the email window on mac/pc, or open the email on mobile, the two images move on top of each other ensuring they stay large enough for readability. Is there a way to do this?- images below for reference. When on desktop (or big window) When on mobile or small window:  

Hey! So I have been exporting PSIDs of my contacts to retarget them via FB Ads and today when I tried to open those files, they’re all blank with 0 PSIDs. So I tried again, I selected 300 contacts > clicked on bulk action > export PSIDs. Checked that csv file & again, it’s blank!This is MONTHS of data! I don’t know what’s going wrong?  

Hi there. I’m using the new option “ChatGTP” in Action Task, instead using the External Query ( using json ). But there isn’t a field to inform the Assistant ID, only the API Key. I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Hi, so I am using ManyChat API to create leads in Monday.com based on the 'new message' trigger in Make.com. Do you know if it's possible to get the direct Facebook profile link from ManyChat? Based on my knowledge, directly from the webhook response it’s not possible, but do you guys maybe know some kind of external app that would populate the link of the FB profile of a sender?Cheers!Jakub :)

I have set up a simple flow for testing purposes to check whether the bot gets charged or not. However, when I click on the "Buy Now" button, I wasn’t charged.
