Hi everyone, has anyone else faced this issue? Due to an unauthorized payment for my Manychat subscription, my WhatsApp stopped working, and I didn't receive any notification. I wasn’t informed about the payment problem, nor was I notified that my WhatsApp had been disconnected. The only email I got was from Stripe, letting me know about the payment issue, but I missed it because it was Sunday. As a result, my WhatsApp was disconnected for four days (from Sunday to Wednesday), and I didn’t receive a single alert from Manychat regarding this. I find this situation really frustrating. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?

“Skip” button, to surpass or skip a user input (I’m specifically setting up an email type - email collection block), does not show up when testing or previewing, or even set live.Why doesn't a “Skip” option or button show up on this “Email” type user input block, especially if I have the “Skip Button Text” set to “No thanks” or “Skip”?

Hi,I have some questions around groups of contacts on IG that have been tagged and segmented. I have a list that of users that have been tagged and segmented on IG and I would like to know: How do I message that group specifically? What options do I have to stay in touch with them?  I saw something about Broadcasts but there seems to be no way on my dash to set them up and anything on YouTube seems outdated? Hi everyone, I’m new to many chat and I have an important question. I just tried the automatic DM after a comment left on my post and works perfectly. I now want to use it for another of my accounts, do I have to pay TWO pro subscriptions for this? I added my other account but still say is on the free version and doesn’t allow me to add the comment-DM option.

Maybe there's a problem with optin and adding contact but I don't know how to fix it.None of my flows are working (everything was working fine before).However, when I test with another account (my personal account), it totally works, in the editor via the test mode too...When testing with other people, either no flow is triggered (neither in comments, nor in replies to a story, nor in direct DM), or the first message is triggered (with the button), but the rest is not triggered.Each interaction is supposed to trigger the Optin, add the contact when they press the first button, and we're supposed to see the conversation in livechat?-I've checked all the settings (FB, IG, manychat) and refreshed all the permissions-Triggers are enabled-Keywords are correctly configured-Test mode works fineI really don't understand, I need your help.If you need screenshots or any other information, let me kno

Hi, I would like to know if there is a function to avoid sending the automated message multiple times to the same user. Often some of my users respond to the conversation and get the automated message again and again. Is it possible to make it so that if it is sent once to the user, then to the user it is not sent again?

Hey guys, I noticed a very annoying issue that I was surprised to see no one talks about!When user input contains special characters (\n , / etc...) it breaks the json when i want to send it to MakeBut there is no option to clean the input inside Manychat, and beacause it breaks the Json - I also cannot send it to Make to sanitize the input !!Does anyone knows how to solve it? plzThank you all very much

I am developing an integration between ManyChat and an API (which integrates with OpenAI's API, trained on my Google Sheets database) to create an interactive chat experience that personalizes a virtual assistant based on user inputs. The process involves capturing a prompt provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the API.However, I'm experiencing an issue where ManyChat is not updating user fields from responses to external HTTP requests.When I check the log, it shows that the response is null.Steps I've taken:Verified the server and response format. Tested with simplified static responses. Confirmed correct JSONPath usage.I have attached some screenshots for your reference.I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights to help me resolve this issue. 

The website is unclear about the specifications of  “Contacts” which has us hesitant in subscribing.We see the “Pricing List” but the website is unclear on what counts as a “contact” Is it the amount of messages? Is it the amount of users?If it is the amount of users, why does manychat count them as an active contact if they have not used any of our automations?Is the “Maximum of Number of Contacts” per month or does it rollover for the next month?Exp: Is month 1 = “1500 contacts” then Month 2 = “500 contacts” OR will they rollover. Month 1 = “1500” then Month 2 = “500 contacts” totaling “2,000 contacts” for month 2?If it rolls over, then why would it make sense to purchase the subscription?If a person is added as a contact but never contacts again? Why should we pay that contact if it is not active for a month?How will this affect me if I have 5 instagram accounts logged into my manychat account?Can someone clarify this for me?

There is a new feature in Manychat where you can connect Manychat Instagram account to Meta Conversions API. But I don’t see how to use it in Meta Ads Manager. Any guess?Should it be used with Meta Pixel in “Sales” ads? Then how to choose respective button in an automation as an conversion event?
