Hello everyone,I want to integrate Whatsapp communication into ManyChat. I have already validated message templates to send messages first. However, when I use a link trigger, the message is not sent when the person clicks on the link. He has to send a message first to launch the automation. This is very strange, because if I send the same flow using the Automation function in Live Chat, the message is sent without any problem.Here's what I've already checked:Template message validate Business verification : verified Account status : approved  Credit Line : shared Wallet balance : ok Do you know why it doesn't work?

Hi,Good day to all, I would like the help of the community and experts, I’m new to the structure of manychat,I have created my 1st automation and it’s working, but I did a major update with the flow and published it. The FB messenger isn’t using the update flow. I tried disconnecting the page and reconnecting from manychat and still, it is using the old flow. How can I resolve this issue? I’m interested in pursuing the plan because of the reviews but having this bottleneck is leading me to think otherwise. I hope someone can help me resolve the issue or point out what I’m doing wrong. Hello, i have a question about “comment on post”  pls.I make a publication on facebook, it's a quizz with 9 questions.When people write in comment a number between 1 to 9, it's open the messenger with the question.Triggers are ok, and it work.But it work only when people make 1 uniq comment.If someone want to play again, then write a new number in a new comment, it doesn't work.Do u know the reason pls ?Thanks for reply

Is there any way to change the font in Many Chat?

I recently funded a trial account with $70 without realizing that it was the wrong Profile - since most bear the same name for the same brand. I’ve cancelled the trial. How do I transfer the funds in the Manychat trial profile to my second Manychat profile which is a pro profile? The subscription to this pro profile will be renewing on the 17th of this month. 

We want to connect our SMS in GoHighLevel and trigger out ManyChat automations if word triggers are also sent in GoHighLevel. 

I am helping a client pass data into ManyChat via their API integration. All API Calls were integrated using the documentation at this linkThis it the current flow we have set up: Creating a Contact with their platform's built-in fields (createSubscriber API call) Adding a "Tag" to that contact using the Contact ID generated in Step 1 (addTagByName API call) Updating custom fields using the Contact ID generated in Step 1 (setCustomFieldByName API Call) The above process works as anticipated with new email records. But where we run into a bit of an issue is with duplicate emails that already exist in the ManyChat account. In Step 1, if we try to create a contact using an email that is already in the account, it spits back an HTTP 400 error saying that the Email Already Exists. This prevents us from being able run steps 2 and 3 on that email record.  If we were either able to get an API response in step 1 for duplicate emails that indicates the Contact ID for that pre-existing email

Can I make a request through the manychat API for the creation of a subscriber and be able to add custom fields in the same request? 

Hi people! I recently clicked  on an Instagram ad with the call to action ORDER NOW, this link redirected me to their website, I didn’t purchase anything and came back yo my feed with a message notification. I went to my inbox and there it was, an automated message coming  from this same company asking me a question and with a small light grey text of Instagram app saying “This welcome message was automatically delivered when you tapped on an ad, they won’t see this chat until you’ve sent a message”What is this wizard magic and how can I achieve it? So far I can only set up this here when using the Meta Conversion as MESSAGING APP. But I dont want that, I want people to go to my website after clikcinc the add.Any ideass?? Thank you people!

How do I cancel my ghost account? When I sign in I don't see that I have an account but I keep being charged.

Hello, I am new here and I would like to give it a go to this app. I have been trying to sign up for the free pro trial to make a desition but it is not working. Everytime I put the details of my card I received the test on my bank account (0 charge) and then on Manychat a message of an error apear. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you

Hi everyone,I recently ran into a situation where:We have a Manychat account with ONLY Facebook page account connected However, for some reason...some users (subs) are being marked as “opted-in for WhatsApp”, even though NO WhatsApp account is connected to this Manychat account.Anyone have any idea why this may be the case please?And more so, how to resolve such situation?SEE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED, OF CONTACT SHOWING THIS: Thanks!

I've noticed that in the Live Chat area, there's information about the post response when someone comments on a post, but there's no way to receive this information within ManyChat as a data field.It seems that ManyChat can capture this field, but there's no way to use this information.So, is there a way to use this?If not, why isn't this option being made available to everyone?It's a shame since the information already exists.Also, this feature is already available in other chatbot systems so why not in manychat too?

I can sign in on the mobile app without issue, but no matter which browser I use on my desktop it keeps saying Authorization failed. I have the correct password and two means of signing in. I need to access the desktop version so that I can access billing to cancel my membership. Anyone know how to resolve this issue before I block furthers charges from Many Chat on my bank card?

(For example, if the user wrote the required code 2 times under the post, then the bot will send the necessary message 2 times)and so the bot works only 1 time for a new user, the second time it does not respond to the request.

Hey friends, as I remember - I had the option to trigger a flow from any user message,Now, I am trying to create a messenger flow, and I do not see an option to NOT detect keyword.Can anyone help? I want to trigger a flow from ANY user message.Thanks!

If I give the word “ME” as a trigger in a CTA, and somebody wants to comment not as a CTA but just as a reply on my post to comment and uses the word “me” in the sentence then this persons will also be put in the automation. But that should not happen because it was not meant as a trigger word. Can something be done about that? So that the automation only starts if only the word “ME” is replied and not when used in a sentence?

I don't want the automation to be triggered when I write to the customer or if the customer sends several messages.Because with each message from the customer, the chatbot will launch the automation.

Are there a maximum number of automations that can be set up?I want to link each individual instagram post to a different DM (that has a different URL). It will be around 200 posts a month - so 200 extra automation workflows a month.
