Hola buenas compañeros, tengo una duda con el seguimiento de las 24 horas. ¿Si el bot le habla al cliente a las 23 horas y el cliente responde luego del marco de las 24 horas, se activa un nuevo bloque de tiempo de 24 horas más? Gracias

Help with sequence

Hi,  I created a sequence for a 5 day challenge I run. It worked perfectly the first time I ran it and the last two times I have tried it has failed to work. People register for the challenge over three months so they can’t go straight into it. I tried just having it switched off and then manually switching on the messages just before. What would be the best process for this. Should I instead tag them and then subscribe them to the sequence myself? Can I do that? Any help is appreciated.

I've already contacted support several times and I'm still having the same problem, so I'm going to explain my problem well to see if I can solve it, well, the idea was to create an automation that the trigger was for people to comment "I want it" in the post that was published in the Instagram feed, and with that they would receive a message in direct with a link, after that we placed paid ads so that post could reach more people.The problem is, most people are not answered, and others are ignored, for some reason, support already said that apparently the flow of my automation is correct so the error would probably be in the settings, he gave me some steps to do , and I figured out how to assign manychat as the main receiver of the Facebook account among several things, could anyone help me?

Con entrada de usuario si que me deja, ya que tengo la integración de manychat con Google sheet y todo bien, pero para las respuestas inmediatas en las que la persona tiene que pulsar, no me deja… alguna ayuda? Hey guys,I sent some photos in Instagram DM's, and after that Manychat sends a message ‘powered by Manychat’.I didn't have that issue when I sent some text messages by Manychat.I dont have the Pro plan yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How do I capture and email to then send to zapier to add to emsil list?

I am trying to set up a flow and I would like to capture email addresses that are then automated to send to my kajabi email list. I’ve attached a screenshot of the actions I’ve added but on testing Manychat isn’t capturing the email. Any suggestions and insights would be appreciated.

Cadastrei meu whatsapp corretamente no manychat com chip novo. Fiz um plano de assinatura com pacotes de internet, mas depois ficou aparecendo no topo que meu saldo é insuficiente. Mas se tenho um plano certamente não preciso ficar colocando saldo. veja a foto.Será que não aceita planos de assinatura?
