Hi all,I’m looking for some help and guidance, ideally from ManyChat directly. We are exploring ways to set up media titles in the UAE on ManyChat across our large portfolio, moving away from outdated "Link in Bio" solutions. Our titles include Harper’s Bazaar, Arabian Business, Esquire, Icon, and more.I’d like to understand the available options for a link that allows users to click on specific article titles and thumbnails to access the full story on our website.We are planning to implement a ‘comment for the link’ feature, but we also need a dedicated landing page where users can easily find and navigate to the articles they are most interested in.Does this functionality exist within ManyChat?For reference, this is our current landing page from Instagram bio: https://ln.ki/arabianbusinessThanks in advance for your insights!Best,Jessie

I set up my automation and was trying to add multiple IG reels linked to 1 message. Just wondering how many reels I can set up under the free plan?

Quick question: I want the bot to send a Stripe payment link based on the service selected by the user, as each service has a different price. For example:Story Post – $75 Permanent Feed Post w/ Cover – $250 Reel Post – $200 New Music Friday Feat – $60If a user selects a service, I want the bot to automatically send the correct Stripe payment link for that specific service. How can I set this up in ManyChat? Also, is there a way to track successful payments and move the user to the next step after confirmation?

Hi! I’m new to ManyChat and struggling with my first automation. I want to respond to users’ comments with a DM. For instance, if users comment “BOOKPREORDER” I will send them a Comment Reply with a button linking to preorder my book.  But I also want these users – who comment BOOKPREORDER – to have the option to sign up for my newsletter. Is it possible to send a second message AFTER my initial Comment Reply that has a new link?  For some reason it seems like Comment Replies can only lead to an action, not to a second message!  Would appreciate any help and insight. Thank you!  

Is it possible to send a DM when I follow someone? Like, i find someone on instagram, i press follow, and manychat directly send a DM? if yes how please ?

When I add the {first_name}, {{first_name}}, manually or by clicking the {} button, the name does not appear. Please advise.Thank you :)

I’m struggling with the setup of an automationI want to have different tags for people that engage with my profile For example: When I get any new dm → tag ‘new dm’ When I get a new comment → tag ‘new comment’ It works for comments, but not for all dm’s. I can only select keywords. But I want to make sure ALL dm’s get a tag. Not just a few keywordsDoes anyone know a work around for this? For story replies I can select ‘any reply’ but for general dm’s it doensn’t see to work. Thanks in advance!

I can see in my Manychat dashboard that TikTok is now available - but sadly I cannot connect as it’s not available in the UK yet - and also apparently not the US either.So which countries is it available and when will it be opened up to the UK?Anyone know? 

Buen dia, tengo MANYCHAT PRO , he intentado crear respuestas automaticas a comentarios con ciertas palabras en instagram o facebook, pero siempre me pide que continue una acción para poderlo crear , como por ejemplo, que una vez se le responda el comentario a la persona el sistema envia un DM o mensaje privado , yo solo deseo es responder al comentario si que se le envie un DM al usuario, ¿es posible? cómo lo puedo hacer? gracias.

Hi, i haven’t used the manychat since 2018! By this time i saw that a lot things have changed. But my main question is: Can i send sale massage to all my followers? Like in the Whatsapp Business API that i pay for every message delivied. I never used the DMs to do nothing, so all my followers are with de 24 hours window closed.

I downgraded my subscription to the free version but they were still trying to charge me. i logged in only to see the subscription amount increased from $15 to $29, i need this subscription canceled!!!

How can I set up a reminder if the user doesn’t click on any of the quick replies?Please note, I don’t want to use Multiple Choice; I only want to trigger a reminder when no quick reply is selected. Is there a way to automate this in ManyChat? 

I'm building a chat automation with Manychat and Make. Leads upload an image, and we use OpenAI to give a price quote.Problem: Manychat saves images in {{cuf_123456789}} format. I need to send the image as a file or URL to Make, so it can be processed by OpenAI.How can I fix this? Thanks!

Pessoal, eu vi um exemplo de criar ingresso personalizado com a foto do usuario, mas eu queria criar uma opção para capturar uma foto que será enviada pelo usuario durante o fluxo e criar o cartão no nifty com ela… por exemplo, foto do filho, do pet. Estou começando agora a aprender a ferramenta e nao faço ideia de como fazer isso, aliás, se seria possivel.

I’ve been having issues since the beginning of the year with the process of connecting a WhatsApp number (which I already set up in ManyChat) to my Facebook page.I noticed that after linking WhatsApp with ManyChat, the number wasn’t automatically connected to my page. When I tried to add it manually from the Linked Accounts section, it showed as "Connection request pending" (Screenshot attached).Because of this, I haven’t been able to run campaigns using the WhatsApp number I have in ManyChat. I’ve been dealing with this issue since February 1st, 2025.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix it?  

Ainda não encontrei nenhuma ferramenta mais chata que essa. Estou com dois perfis. Um com o instagram e o outro vinculado no whatsapp. Acontece que eu só quero ter o do Whatsapp. Bem, fui lá e cancelei a conta do perfil vinculado com o instagram e atrelado ao pagamento pro. Ativei o plano pro no perfil atrelado ao whatsapp. O many não permite que eu exclua a conta do perfil atrelado ao instagram.Paguei o plano pro do perfil vinculado no whatsapp mas ele continua como TRIAL e não me permite usar os recursos que preciso.É enlouquecedor. Além disso suporte não existe.Alguém pode ajudart?

Hello, seems like i have been encountering a problem with the free 1000 contacts since i made the automated chatbot on Facebook it has only sent 61 replys but now the 1000 contacts says its full out of nowhere ? Is it how it works or am i missing something ? Or are you able to reset the free contacts? 

 Hey everyone, Our Client´s chatbot is stuck in an infinite loop, repeatedly sending the same messages, even though we haven’t made any recent changes to the flow. We’re also receiving Facebook warnings about exceeding the limits for subscription requests.We’re trying to figure out if this is a general bug or something specific to our account. I’m new at automating stuffs and integrating apps, so maybe this is a silly problem that I’m stuck. Since I don’t have a whatsapp business account, I don’t know if this limitis things in my Manychat profile. I create a flow in Manychat and I send some infos to Make using webhook. I did a schedule apointment in Make using google calendar, and now i want the flow to go back to manychat and continue the conversation but i just can’t do it. I saw a video on youtube and the options in manychat’s module‘create subscriber’ on make are diferent than mine. I only have access do User ID, the rest of ‘Data’ parameters does not exist. PS: No one aswer me at Make’s community, so I’m trying Manychat’s now  Thank you! :)

I've set up automation so that when someone comments a specific word, they're directed to my landing page. However, when they comment that word, a different automation is triggered, and they receive the wrong link. How can I fix this?

Hi, I have a question about IG/Facebook.My IG reels are getting recommended on Facebook (not posted, but shown on FB). Will my automation Comment to DM with trigger word work for the Facebook viewers of my IG reel? Thank you for reading my question.
