Reels colaborativos não aparecem no Manychat

Olá, meus reels com colab não aparecem no manychat. Alguém sabe como resolver esse problema? Os reels sem colaboração aparecem normalmente então não acredito que seja um problema com as permissões dono manychat.

Usei a conta Free por cerca de um mês e ativei hoje a conta Pro. Portanto, peço desculpas antecipadamente se minhas primeiras dúvidas forem básicas demais!Até agora, meus principais questionamentos têm relação com o conceito de "contato".Por exemplo, eu havia imaginado anteriormente que um contato só passaria a ser contabilizado pelo Manychat a partir de uma interação direta realizada a partir da plataforma. Em outras palavras, se eu recebesse mensagem direta, mas respondesse usando o Meta Business Suite ou o próprio aplicativo do Instagram, esse contato não seria contabilizado.Porém, agora

Excluir contatos

Estou com dificuldades na confirmação da exclusão dos contatos. É solicitada a confirmação através de “Confirme a escrita abaixo”, mas não aparece escrita nenhuma. A confirmação não é possível nem mesmo utilizando elementos da própria frase “Confirme a escrita abaixo”. Gostaria de uma orientação de alguém que saiba como resolver, se existe alguma forma de fazer a confirmação desta maneira ou realmente esta ocorrendo um erro.

exclusão de contatos

Oi, pessoal!Alguém pode tirar uma dúvida?Uso Manychat somente para automação de "Eu quero", não faço funil, não uso sequências,  nada disso…A minha dúvida é: Se eu excluir contato ou inscrito (nem sei a diferença entre eles) e num outro dia esse mesmo contato comentar em alguma outra publicação do Instagram, ele não receberá mais meu direct?? Se sim, há alguma forma de excluir o contato sem que isso aconteça??É que realmente não preciso de funil nem nada disso, mas acontece da mesma pessoa comentar em postagens diferentes.Obrigada

Alguém sabe resolver quando as automações estão enviando apenas a primeira linha da mensagem no direct? Envia uma resposta cortada. Não aparece o restante da mensagem.

How to recontact old leads?

So right now I have a bunch of old leads that I want to recontact and mass DM  I’m trying to figure out how to do so  Does anyone know what automation to set up? I set up an automation where it runs when a new tag is applied but when I apply a new tag to the old contacts it doesn’t send the automation through

Duplicar mensagem de transmissão com fluxo

Boa noite!Alguém sabe me dizer se os fluxos para transmissões ao vivo (de whatsapp) estão desabilitados?Eu já fiz a transmissão antes, enviano uma mensagem com modelo aprovado e incluindo um fluxo e funcionou.Mas hoje não consigo enviar.Primeiro eu tentei diuplicar a campanha anterior e enviar, mas foi apenas a primeira mensagem, todo o fluxo seguinte não funcionou.Depois criei tudo do zero, achando que iria, mas também não foi enviado o fluxo. Foi enviada somente a primeira mensagem (modelo aprovado).Alguém pode me ajudar com urgÊncia? Estou no meio de um lançamento… obrigada!

manychat comment reply not showing on insta

My manychat automation is up and running but only part of the message shows on Instagram with … at the end. There are only the first 4 words showing. Screenshot to illustrate. You cannot click on the message to show more - this is all the receiver is seeing! How do I fix this????

5% of people are getting an unexpected message after they click a download link

Hi there! I'm currently running an automation that sends people a download link after they interact with my Instagram Ad.It's working great for 95% of people, which get to the last message with the download link and when clicked, are redirected to an external website. But, 5% of people are not being redirected, instead they are getting an automatic message saying "Get updates" or it's translated version depending on the UI language option (attached a french example) which is not even present in any of our steps. I don't know why or where this is coming from. Have you ever had an issue like this?

Not showing full message

My Instagram DM messages are only showing the first two lines of the message as well as the button. It was working before but just stopped out of the blue. Anybody know how to fix this issue?

Manychat DM Issue: It's not sending the Full Message

 Manychat triggering the DM, after a comment on post but it’s not sending the full message. Does anybody facing the same issue? Attaching the screenshots for reference. From last 2 days I’m facing this issue. Last one month it worked well like second image(it usually send full message), but from past 2 days facing the issue like in First image message error(Sending only first line of message).

Soy nueva aqui y en ManyChat, hace meses mande la solicitud para conectar mi Facebook y ya no le di seguimiento ahorita que intento conectarla me dice que la solicitud ya se envió, pero no puedo revisar  en donde esta para poder conectar mi Facebook con ManyChat entonces es el único canal que me falte, ya busque por todos lados y nadaAYUDAAAA POR FAVOR

HELP FOLLOWERS ARE GETTING BLANK MESSAGES

Hi, I ran a recent comment to dm sequence and a ton of followers are saying they're getting  blank message. One in particular I asked them to screenshot from their view. How can this be resolved?On our end it says it was sent correctly. This is quite frustrating. I have over 3k people that this link was sent over too.

I’d like to ask a question in my flow, for example, ‘How old is George Clooney?’ and only send them users to a certain path of the flow if they give the correct numerical answer (63)And possibly show a ‘Try Again’ message if incorrect answer is givenIs this possible?

Preview in IG skipping user input

I have set up a basic automation that triggers on a comment keyword and asks user if they want to provide name and email address before getting a free guide. When I test this in ManyChat is works perfectly, but when I test in Instagram the bot skips the messages where I ask for name and email and goes directly to last message with guide link. Any advice is appreciated!!
