Hello everyone, I am new to Manychat so I apologize in advance for the question I am going to ask.I've been using Manychat for a week now, and it helps me a lot to automatically send download links of my designs to my followers, so I upgraded to Pro today.The reason I switched to Pro was the Smart delay feature, because my a Reel video on instagram, which I used Many chat, was watched 57.6K and many people wrote the word I specified as a comment to get the download links, a few days later Instagram deleted it as Spam with a warning like below. For this, I have to add a little delay time to comment replies and DM messages. I couldn't find the delay setting in the settings of the automations I had set before, Is it possible to add the delay feature to my previous automations from the section below? If I am going to do everything from scratch from the section below, is it possible to add the follow-up control feature?Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello everyone, I am using Google Sheet Integration with Instagram automations. I am collecting some information on Instagram and inserting or updating columns in Google Sheet. Sometimes related columns are totally mixing up by ManyChat integration. I am looking-up the row by Contact Id which is given by the ManyChat system field, I think it should just work fine. I am waiting for some help on this, thanks. As you can see from the screenshot below that some text are written in the Phone section, which is not how its setted. 

I am using external requests. and when I test the request everything is fine. I want to do the response mapping like the document explained here:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281285374364-Dev-Tools-External-requestbut  I get nothing in Select Custom Field when I type in $.all_users[0].name in JSONPath.btw my generated response is: {"all_users":[{"id":1,"name":"Alice"},{"id":2,"name":"Bob"}],"current_time":"2025-02-17 14:30:00"} Would my JSONPath be wrong? or there must be another issue?

So i got over the learning curve in my personal opinion. I figured out that Manychat has a 10sec wait limit when you send data through a webhook and response. FINE. Then i found a helpful post how to workaround this, which meant breaking my flow but i had to create a new flow with a trigger that if custom field changes it should send a message. Very helpful thank you.  However i stumbled upon another problem is that when message is received tag is added custom field is updated correctly but still message is not sent and I would like to know why. Why does it work and then suddenly stop randomly 😫😭 i just want to be able to send a message.   and here you can see that the same thing happens but message is sent

Hi,I have a IG Story automation with the trigger as people mention my name.  But when someone mention my name in different Story, they again get the same automated message.  How can I stop that? It is very annoyng for them. Thanks 

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature.”   I select the option to “Grant Permission” and then select  “Edit access” to only allow for the ONE Facebook page I have connected … but receive this error message.  Do I have to allow this for all pages (I am the admin for several) when I have only connected the one page? This is the first day of my trail, really hoping someone can help.  Thank you!

Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hola, he realizado un flujo con la IA Strep en el cual solicito los datos para comunicarme e enviar la informaciónhasta ahora todo ha estado bien, sin embargo, haciendo prueba con personas reales  he tenido la siguiente dicicultadAl enviarle el mensaje: “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”, las personas suelen escribir cosas como: “ok gracias” “espero la información” “espero que se comuniquen”, la IA Step como que reinicia el chat y empieza a enviar mensajes como “necesitas ayuda” “pen que te puedo ayudar” , lo cual hace que el cliente se confunda, por eso veo necesario que despues de enviar el mensaje “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”la IA Step deje de responder por una hora. Le di instrucciones que no responda despues del mensaje indicado, a lo cual aveces no escribe y otras veces si lo hace, por eso consulto por este medio si alguien conoce una posible solucion

Is there a way to edit the name of a contact in Manychat?If I create the contact, ok, I can enter the first and last name myself, but in my company, we receive contacts directly on WhatsApp, and the contacts are created automatically. How can I start a new conversation on WhatsApp through the link? I have a button on my website that took me directly to the conversation with my customer with a pre-written message, can I change this link to open this conversation in ManyChat?

I have an automation already tested and running: it sends a DM with a clickable link.Now I want to add a step to collect the person’s email address. Here is what it looks like (work in progress). However the message #2 does not get sent out. What did I do wrong?  Note: I don’t really need the action that tags the person, but I don’t know how to send a second DM without this in between...Thanks for your help!Justine 

Can someone please tell me how to add a YouTube link in an automation from a reel or post. I can do it from the templates for a DM but not from a reel or post.
