Hi, i would like to trigger an automation via an API call, is that possible? Just like if a WA-message happens or an Instagram Post i would like to trigger the same thing via my own service.I cannot find anything in the docs, but the ManyChat AI told me it is possible…Thanks in advance!Stephan (hybridai.one)  

Hi everyone, after two and a half years of organic growth on Instagram I thought it was time to up my game with manychat, only to get shadowban for using manychar, could anyone help me solve this problem, please? This is quite maddening, I’ve just payed for a service that has jeopardised all my work.Thank you in advanced, greetings from Spain. 

Hey Everyone! I’m relatively new to Manychat, but I’ve coded several chatbots from the ground up so I’m not a complete newbie.  That said, I’m trying to deploy a bot with that simply responds to DMs and keeps a conversation going, so there’s no need for any additional triggers after the first incoming message from a user.  I’m using Make for the webhook connection message parsing, and an OpenAI assistant for the chatbot.   My routing setup is attached.The main issue that I’m having is that the chatbot will either send the same response twice, not in a row, but rather after the user responds to the first AI response, OR it will also send the user back their own message after the AI response.  I’ve gotten it really close a few times but it will still do one or the other.I’m not sure if what I’m trying to do is either not possible, or just so simple that I’m overlooking an obvious solution.  Any help is greatly appreciated!ThanksMatt

I just tried using an automation for TikTok, but wanted to verify. It looks like we can’t send active links in the DMs and just have to redirect them to the link in our bio? I was trying to collect emails but I’ve been getting and error with any and all emails sending through my verified domain, which means the only other means of delivering a freebie is through the DM’s, but I can’t connect a link to a Google Doc or my Stan Store. Am I missing anything? Additionally, does ManyChat have any insight to the potential TikTok ban? I’m concerned about spending much time on my TT account if I only have 2 more weeks to use it. Thanks so much!!

Hi, I’m working on a ManyChat automation where users input some data, and at the end, they receive a unique reference number (folio). However, I’ve noticed that when two entries are submitted almost simultaneously (e.g., within one second), the generated reference numbers saved in Google Sheets end up being the same.How could I fix this. Thanks in advance

I am struggling to get my sequence to send any messages. At first, I set an action in my automation to subscribe the contact to my sequence.When I go into the sequences, I have set up the messages, but it asks for a trigger. So when I set the trigger to “subscribe to sequence”, it basically sends the messages immediately.But I don't get what trigger I am supposed to use in the sequence messages? The delay doesn't seem to be working for me, can you help?

Currently I’m still testing the free version’s options and I’m concerned if you can define the phrase “Contact” for me.  Does the Free plan have unlimited contacts?Effective December 10, 2020, new Free accounts will be limited to 1,000 contacts which include all subscribed, unsubscribed, and deleted contacts.What happens if I reach the contact limit on my Free plan and don't upgrade to Pro?Once the threshold of 1,000 contacts is reached, account owners will no longer be able to send messages to their contacts through configured automations, Live Chat, or Broadcasts. If my goal is to send IG DM’s after sb leave particular comment under the post - how should I understand the limit. If it means that I can send unlimited dms to 1000 followers, or only 1000 DMs?

Após conectar o manychat ao wa Business eu não conseguia mais entrar na conta do WhatsApp com meu número, mas mesmo depois de excluir a conta do WhatsApp do manychat eu ainda não consigo acessar minha conta do WhatsApp, podem me ajudar? 

Hello,I just set up my chatbot with:- If someone sends me a DM with keywords- If someone replies to a video/RealFor example, I put the word "hi" to send a message.Let's say that today, he sends me a 'hi', my bot will send him a message and do the whole process. But if tomorrow he sends me a "hi", it will restart.How can I make the loop only happen once?Same, if he replies to one of my videos and sends me a DM afterwards, the bot will launch twice.I would like the loop to only happen once and I can't find it.Thanks

Se suspendió mi cuenta de WhatsApp por falta de pago, la verdad no me gustó la aplicación de Manychat porque después de las 24 horas ya no puedo estar en contacto con las personas y preferí darla de baja. El punto es que no he podido desvincular mi cuenta de ManyChat de mi WhatsApp, y sigo recibiendo mensajes, pero no me deja ver ni quién me mandó mensaje, y mucho menos qué me dijo. ¿Saben si hay forma de recuperarlos o ya los doy por perdido?

Using Messenger, I’m creating an OTN to contact my subscribers outside the 24-hour window. My understanding is that I need to use the Messenger List feature. I’d like to customize the text of the subscribe button, but I haven’t found a way to do so. I’ve checked all tutorials, but they refer to the "Flow" feature, which I believe is no longer supported. Has anyone here had success automatically importing new subscribers from manychat to Beehiiv? Im wanting to use Zapier to zap these emails into Beehiiv but somethings not working. If anyone is doing this integration, I would be grateful for any advise on what I’m doing incorrectly:heres my current setup:

Ao conectar uma conta do WhatsApp Business, o assistente finaliza com sucesso, porém ao voltar para o Manychat para carregar, ele retorna o seguinte erro na tela: “Esse número de telefone já está vinculado a uma conta do Manychat. Para usá-lo com outra conta, primeiro desconecte o número da conta atual”E um Toast vermelho: “Account already has WhatsApp channel”Já consegui fazer um envio de teste usando o ManyChat, porém não consigo usar a tela de conversas, pois o sistema pede para vincular à conta do WhatsApp.

Does this mean the second message and third etc in a sequence can be promotional?

Hello, i’m trying to send an automatic message everytime i receive a DM on my IG profile but it seems there’s no option such this.I can only select the trigger “send message” and then select a keyword that activate the trigger…?? How is possible? Thank you.
