The challenge is that I can’t track exactly which messages were successfully sent and which weren’t. Since the automation is still running, I have no clear way to determine who actually received the message and who didn’t.The NEXT STEP of the message is just running no metter the message wsa sent or not.What I'm Trying to AchieveTrack message delivery – Identify which messages were sent successfully and which were blocked due to the daily limit. Run follow-up actions ONLY for successfully sent messages – Avoid triggering actions for users who never received the initial message. Pois estou no plano TRIAL e não consigo importar, diz que não é compatível com o meu plano.2 = Sobre disparar mensagens em massa, está disponível em qualquer plano (FREE ou somente PRO)?3 = É possível enviar audio nas automações de forma nativa do WhatsApp (aparecendo a imagem da pessoa como se tivesse gravado no WhatsApp? Fiz testes com formato mp3 e ogg e o audio não aparece como gravado na hora e sim como se tivesse importado um audio externo).4 = Os fluxos de automações estão disponíveis somente para plano PRO? exemplo automações para quem envia mensagem através de um anúncios do facebook/meta? Obrigado desde já.

He hecho una automatización para vender un ebook. Después de enviar el enlace de pago de Stripe y que el cliente haya pagado, quiero que le salga al cliente otro mensaje en Instagram para la descarga del ebook.Lo he testeado y hasta el pago funciona pero no consigo que despues se cree el mensaje de descarga en IG. Gracias por vuestra ayuda

Hey folks,we are using a lot of external request with a REST API and we want to see or work with the error codes of the http status.For instance, if everything is fine, we get an http 200. When we have a internal server error from the rest backend we get an http 500 for example and want to send an error message to the chat. Currently our workaround would be sending the error message in a valid json back, which is not intended to be done in REST Calls. Because its not 100% possible in every use case.So we want to have access to the http status while designing the flows and react with conditions to the flowThanks and best regardsMarc

Hi! I’ve set up my main menu automation for Instagram, however, I can’t find it. It says to click on the 3 lines (hamburger) but that doesn’t exist on IG now the upper right-hand corner has the option to audio or video call. Does anyone know where to click for the main menu options to come up? Thanks!

Hi , I have multiple Instagram pages (one personal, one content creator and one Podcast) connected to my personal Facebook account. I have connected my personal Instagram account to Manychat. Can I add additional these Instagram pages to my Manychat dashboard and manage them all through the one Manychat account?

Hi! I’m a new user in here. I set automation on lid magnet via Comment to my post. When I test bot. 1 step trigger sent 14 messages, when I press button Follow it sent to my page, I press follow, but when come back to chat nothing happened - bot doesn't sent message with link on file. If I press button, I have already follower - nothing happen again/ Why it's not work? What is wrong in my automation?

Hola a todos soy nueva por aquí, justo ayer abrí cuenta y hoy cree la primera automatización.Mi duda es sobre el panel de contactos: Tengo 9 Visitantes que son las personas que interactuaron con la palabra clave de Many chat pero también veo de golpe 92 suscritos que esta parte es la que no entiendo de donde ha salido.Si solo 9 fueron los que interactuaron .A la hora de la facturación supongo que los suscritos cuentan o cuentan solo los visitantes? Estoy en el plan Pro y son 500 así que si en un día tengo mas de 100 esto no va bien ...jajjajaj Se pueden eliminar los suscritos o crear alguna regla para que no aparezcan ahí por arte de magia .Agradezco mucho que me deis un poco de luz Mil gracias 

I want my AI Step to kick in ONLY if someone ignores the buttons and types an answer in a specific flow  - how do I do that?? The instructions I read said to use the User Input field but I can’t get that to work for this - I think they are outdated.  I don’t need to save their answer but I want the AI to activate and help them get to the right place.  Can anyone share a visual of how this works or a video?? How do i set a note in a chat via a flow or via api?Usecase. I’ve got live agents dealing with tickets for support.You can’t search for a ticket id/number in the search that is a custom field but notes do show up.I need to be able to dynamically set those notes to make the tickets searchable.

Hi, I’m having trouble understanding how to correctly set the content type for my broadcasts in Manychat.I’ve created a list where users have explicitly opted in to receive daily updates (promotional messages). However, when I send the broadcast and check afterward, it’s marked as non-promotional content, even though the message is promotional in nature.When I’m setting up the broadcast, I notice a "Reason" field during the process, but it only shows me the list I’ve created and doesn’t give me the option to specify whether the broadcast is promotional or non-promotional. I can’t find any settings or options to adjust this during the setup process.Could someone guide me on how to properly configure the broadcast type as promotional? Thanks in advance for your help!
