Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

Olá, Criei uma automação, porém ela só responde ao primeiro comentário, depois não responde mais nenhum comentário.Já realizei vários teste, de outras contas, mas não recebem a resposta automática.   

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?

Is it possible to exclude our subscribers on our subscription list(broadcast list) on our facebook ads? we don’t collect emails, phonenumbers etc. 

Hola, he realizado un flujo con la IA Strep en el cual solicito los datos para comunicarme e enviar la informaciónhasta ahora todo ha estado bien, sin embargo, haciendo prueba con personas reales  he tenido la siguiente dicicultadAl enviarle el mensaje: “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”, las personas suelen escribir cosas como: “ok gracias” “espero la información” “espero que se comuniquen”, la IA Step como que reinicia el chat y empieza a enviar mensajes como “necesitas ayuda” “pen que te puedo ayudar” , lo cual hace que el cliente se confunda, por eso veo necesario que despues de enviar el mensaje “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”la IA Step deje de responder por una hora. Le di instrucciones que no responda despues del mensaje indicado, a lo cual aveces no escribe y otras veces si lo hace, por eso consulto por este medio si alguien conoce una posible solucion

I have created a whatsapp chatbot and initiates when user send text like hi, hello but I want bot to only activate when its a new user if its an existing user it should directly go to Live Agent. How I can do this?

Is there a way to edit the name of a contact in Manychat?If I create the contact, ok, I can enter the first and last name myself, but in my company, we receive contacts directly on WhatsApp, and the contacts are created automatically. I can't find the option to edit. Is there any way to do it?Thanks

How can I start a new conversation on WhatsApp through the link? I have a button on my website that took me directly to the conversation with my customer with a pre-written message, can I change this link to open this conversation in ManyChat?

I have an automation already tested and running: it sends a DM with a clickable link.Now I want to add a step to collect the person’s email address. Here is what it looks like (work in progress). However the message #2 does not get sent out. What did I do wrong?  Note: I don’t really need the action that tags the person, but I don’t know how to send a second DM without this in between...Thanks for your help!Justine 

Can someone please tell me how to add a YouTube link in an automation from a reel or post. I can do it from the templates for a DM but not from a reel or post. 

This month, I’ve paid for pro as usual and the payment was successful, but after 10days the subscription has ended and Manychat is asking for renewal! I paid for pro for 30 days and my subscription is canceled just after 10 days with no clear reason. I paid a high amount for it and I don’t know what to do. This is frustrating that there is no explanation for this issue.

Olá, estou começando agora com o Manychat. Não consigo de jeito algum ativar mais do que 4 automações do plano gratuito. Jã retirei todas as palavras chaves personalizadas, não estou usando nenhum recurso Pro e mesmo assim não ativa mais automações. Eles dizem que não há limite de automações e sim limite de palavras chave. Já fiz de tudo. Atualizei as permissões, apaguei, refiz o fluxo e nada. O que pode ser?

hello, i have Manychat pro and refreshed permissions BUT i typed a keyword to get some stickers (freebie) from an instagram post, i received the chat immediately to my inbox, I clicked the button to receive freebie but its saying ‘hmmm cant connect manychat?? what is this?’ Im concerned that this happens with my own automations to others! Also i checked on the instagram end in settings and permissions, thats all fine.

Actualmente estoy intentando de publicar un par de anuncios por meta, y tengo un flujo creado en manychat que se activa con palabra clave y se inicia una conversación en instagram. El tema es que no puedo publicar el anuncio porque me aparece un error y al parecer es porque no se reconoce mi flujo creado. Cómo que mi facebook no estuviera con manychat, lo que si esta hecho.Ayuda por favor 😬  

Hi, I was just creating my first automation, on trial, but testing the pro account. I can't setup a very simple external request and I note that it shows a different required field (test contact) when comparing to some tutorials that I watched.In the upper right corner it's requiring a test contact, but I don't have a clue how to set it. But I don't see it on other users over the net.Another bizare validation is that it doesn't validate the json correctly… Even a very simple json it's gives me a strange error.{“oi”: “oi"} is not wrong… But it says Invalid JSON, not defined variables…Pls, anyone have any guess? Thank you!

Our owner and social media person does.I have a quick response in messenger for “Live Chat” so the customer can signal that they want to speak with someone directly.How can I make that message notify or standout to my owner or social media person so they know that specific chat needs their attention?They do not use the ManyChat platform and wish to keep all their communication within Meta/Facebook.Thanks

hi there, after a long break about two or three years ago, manychat features were free then,Manychat Fb messenger bot helped me a lot at that time. So again i came back to use its features but new plans that im not aware about it.  i have only one question. What does contact limit means?  suppose i have 10k fb messages, and the limit of contacts in manychat is 500 only. Does it mean i can only broadcast automessage to only 500?  pls explaim me and sorry my english is not good

hi, i have the free plan. i am deleting some contacts so i can either use many chat for free or maybe open to paying $15 a mo.. right now its only giving me choice of $25 even though i deleted some contacts and have under 1000 now.. what do i have to do ?

I have a Pro account, but when importing contacts for WhatsApp, not all my numbers are being imported. I’ve already checked the number format, and everything appears correct. I'm importing from a CSV file.

I would like to use the Instagram Broadcast feature to send messages to followers who have previously commented on my posts.I found a button that seems to allow exporting the follower list—is this the correct one?Or is there another function that allows me to export a list of followers who have commented on my past posts into a spreadsheet?  

Bom dia.Sou novo na comunidade e tenho tentado realizar alguns testes de interação. No Make.com existe um módulo Send Messages que oferece a opção de enviar áudios, imagens e textos. Ao utilizar este módulo para o envio de qualquer tipo de informação, recebo o status: success como resultado, porém nada é exibido na conversa de WhatsApp.Se tento apenas atualizar uma tag do contato no ManyChat via Make.com, a tag é atualizada com sucesso, então não existe problema de conexão entre as ferramentas. O problema está apenas no envio de mensagens.Acredito que esteja faltando algo, porém não tenho experiência suficiente para identificar o problema. No meu fluxo no ManyChat apenas envio o gatilho de ativação no Make.com, então não sei se preciso de algum módulo para receber as informações enviadas pelo Make.com.Alguém consegue me ajudar, por favor?
